Very nice place and the staff are very friendly. Here you can smoke cigarettes, well for those who smoke, otherwise it can be perceived as annoying for families with children.

Probably the best coffee in the city, comfortable seating and good books to read, The staff here are amazing, I even got a discount for being a regular customer!

The view and place is nice and comfort. I ordered for a single espresso, one turkey coffee, a cappuccino, and a cake, the waitress brought 3 espresso, then she told that I asked for 3 espresso. Surprisingly, she got me wrongly as she thought I said three in Kurdish (سێ). Better to have some one who knows a little about the logic. When we are all three why should I ask for 5 drinks, in particular espresso....

I hope the staffs at Belucci Cafe cloud pay more attention to their customers and learn more about customer service! I happen to place a wrong order and kindly asked them for a replacement, the captain answers we can’t offer losing a drink but they want me to pay for it again. Please value your customers you really need learn more and educate yourself.

I’m use to go to this Cafe, it is nice. The service is great. However last Thursday I was serviced by a fat Kurdish girl, she spoke words while servicing which were not clear. I don’t like people whom speak to themselves deliberately. I have to ask her what she told me later. I consider it rude. Another day: I used the same way of talking but they didn’t recognize it. It was a very bad word. Another day: the same behaviour by the service man (deliberately) I will not go there again, I chose for another Cafe afterward. I left the last cup of tea and water for the service man to drink, enjoy and pay himself for it. Many Cafes in Sulaymaniyah.

I mostly go here for evening coffee, the Americano coffee is almost better than the equivalent cafes.

It's amazing cafe to have a cold or hot drink with a dessert. Very friendly staff, clean & cozy environment.

I heard that this cafe is nice and that i have to visit, so i went and i was really disappointed, it is very nicely decorated but the service and the food were really awful i visited the one beside Adidas Store, the croissant was not fresh and veryyy old couldn't swallow, the coffee was diluted ,waiters were chatting and never gave attention to the customers. I read many positive reviews about this cafe but my experience was totally different.
