この歴史の中で、ある時代には、当流の全国総本山として、密法専修の道場となり、全盛時には、山内に二十四院・四十僧房を持ち、全国に三百六十余の末寺があったと記されおり、凄いお寺様だなと訪問しては感慨に耽っております。そして私は毎月当院を訪れ、墓詣りをし、先祖に手を合わせております。
