セットでコーラ頼んだけど、昔はドリンクホルダーあったけど無くて傾いて袋の中で全部溢れて飲めなかった。チキンナゲット15ピースのを購入したがソースを2つか3つか選んで貰える筈が1個もソース入ってなくて、家にあるケチャップとマスタード使って食べた。メニューが地味に見にくいし、以前は壁に貼り付けてるのしか無かったことも。休日は地味に人が多くて凄く並ぶ必要があるので平日の混まない時間帯を狙った方が良い。 2023年6月22日に追記：コロナが落ち着いてきて店員がマスクをしてないのは許せますが注文を聞くレジ店員がくしゃみをしたときに手で覆ってきちんとくしゃみをしてましたが、くしゃみで汚れた手のままで色々な作業をしているのを見てしまい衝撃を受けました。手洗いすることなく、ジュースの蓋の補充やレジをそのまま続けていたのが非常に残念でした。

I stopped by while driving from Kobe on National Route 2 to Nishinomiya. I ordered the Spatiki set and chose a cola for my drink, but cola goes well with a hamburger after all! I had a delicious meal today and was able to relax.

Lots of seating and quick service

The drive-thru is a really difficult store to use. The parking lot is also small! ,, This is a problem because there is only one parking space available for mobile orders. I hope it improves.

Parking lot is small. Obviously the location is bad. Since it's close to a traffic light, I didn't feel like it was causing traffic congestion (sweat)

イメージでは無く現実として席の下とか宜しくなかった。商品の出来上がりは普通位でしたが何かしらこざっぱりしたインパクトに欠けるマックのバイタリティが感じないバーガだった。スタッフ対応は良かったが店自体に何となくアンバランス差を感じた。駐車場は少なく、外部階段は大まか２箇所で大阪側から上がるとレジが近く、よく確認はしなかったが仕切りの有る席が見えた。兵庫より階段を上がればトイレが真正面近くの感覚であったかな。

店内はひろびろ。土地柄、学生は少なく家族連れが多めで静かな雰囲気。 しかし駐車場はとても狭いです。 ドライブスルーは2号線大阪方面からの左折でしか入れませんし、わりとつっかえています。

グラコロが食べたくて行きました！ ポテトの塩がバランスよくかかっていないためか、なぜかわからないですが塩辛かったです...

Every time I order takeout without lettuce or onion, there's plenty of lettuce and onion. I wonder if it's a trick that there's a sticker saying "lettuce is removed" and an order form so there's plenty of lettuce in there. lol I would be horrified if I ate this food without realizing it was an allergic food. I think the customer service from the drive-thru and store cashiers is very good, so I wonder if it's a problem with the people making the food inside. It's a shame because that's the only area I would like to see improved.

I'm usually more than an hour late because it's crowded or something. I thought I was prepared, but I wasn't even able to do that. It's terrible. The staff's response is terrible I know it's crowded and busy, but please be prepared.
