The location is great on Champs Elysees and the rooms quite spacious but if you are looking for a great service and experience you’ll probably find it elsewhere at the same or better price. Needed to visit front desk every day because keys kept getting void and not a word of apologies. Staff seems to forget they are in hospitality business I presume. Definitely will not revisit.

I’m extremely disappointed with the service provided by this hotel. We had booked two rooms (two suites to be exact, for which we had paid in advance) for a family of 4. On arrival, we were told the second booking did not exist, as they were unable to find it in the system. The 4 of us ended up sharing 1 suite for the night, and we went again to the reception the next day to enquire about the other room. We were again told no such booking exists. This went on for 2 days after which we asked them to cancel the second booking for us and refund the money, as we were only going to be in Paris for another day. The manager apologised to us multiple times and told us he will take care of the refund. However, on check-out, when we asked the reception for an update on the refund, the team was completely clueless and said they are not aware of any such refund. Since then I have contacted the hotel multiple times. On call and email to request for the refund, and every time I am told they will discuss with the manager and confirm the refund but like always there is no response from them and they continue to act clueless. I have emails showing my correspondence with the staff, where I have been requesting for an update and to date have not received a response I urge the management of this hotel to take immediate action and respond to their customers and take responsibility for this misconduct from their end! My family has stayed with Claridge multiple times and I’m extremely disappointed with how they’ve dealt with the matter. Regards, A very dissatisfied customer

The hotel is a little underrated. We had a very nice stay. The location is perfect. The renovated building is gorgeous. All the staff were nice polite and helpful. Only one issue with a male receptionist who was a little rude refusing my request of an hour late check out.

Very centric hotel with awesome staff. Rooms need more attention to detail and technology updating. The breakfast options did not change and became dull after the third day and room service options only include freeze dried options in glass cups. Laundry facilities available behind reception with 2 washers and 2 dryers of which only 1 dryer was working properly.

Amazing location! Fraser Suites hotel is right on the Champs-Élysées. The service is astounding, and everyone at the front desk is very friendly and they speak English. We originally had a normal suite but we got there early and instead of making us wait, they actually updated us to a 2 story 2 bedroom suite! (I've noticed that early check-ins are unusual in France) We also saw them being very welcoming to EVERY guest. The breakfast buffet was extensive and delicious, not only was the variety great, but also the quality of the food and beverages.

Bad experience this round, when I checked in, they anyhow assigned me a lower grade room from the one I booked, told me I was wrong. I stayed a few times before so I know their room structure well. Then they asked me to check, I told them why u ask ur customer to check when u shld check yourself? Yesterday they did not make up room when I hanged out the make room tag whole morning and afternoon. Until I call them, then they claim they have a schedule. I wondered if their room making schdule is at night?? Haha, this is the last time I will choose this place to stay… I decided to edit my review because I spend nearly an hour talking to their Ops Mgr Louise and she completely understand my point and she actually expend great effort in trying to right the wrong things I have encountered. so now I feel I really do have confidence in the my next stay with them. When I arrived at the hotel. They said I need to pay 1000 Euro as a deposit that I will get back as soon as I check out. I was not informed before about such an information and if I knew I would not book this hotel. I was not ready to pay this big amount of money during my vacation at Paris. Anyhow, I payed the 1000 Euro because my daughter was tired and she needed to get to a bed. In addition to this horrible situation that I went through, I did not receive the deposit (1000 Euro) back, even though it has been a week since my checkout!! I strongly don’t recommend this hotel!!

Worst hotel in the paris. Very old and dirty. The reception ask for 1000 euro for deposit for 3 nights stay although I already paid for this room almost 600 euros per night. There are dirty towel still hanging in the bath room for previous guest stayed before me. Never stay in this hotel. Better stay in air bnb. Not worthy for being called a hotel

Fantastic hotel in the perfect location. The rooms and large and extremely comfortable and clean. The service is a bit funny as the lobby only has a front desk and no concierge or bell desk so the check in staff can get a bit overwhelmed dealing with all requests but they do their best. I would recommend this hotel for a family travelling. The restaurant in the morning has a very nice breakfast selection.

Spacious room, excellent service with relatively good value! Location is probably the best in paris! Easy to find food, shopping and supermarket. Laundry facilities and kitchen set are also a plus point of this hotel. Would like to give extra credit for Raouf the bell boy. He offers me tea, help me with my luggage and give great advice

Booked last minute. Rooms are spacious and perfect for work/family trip. Small kitchenette was a big surprise and welcomed plus. Small/free laundry room was just perfect! Fantastic location, walk to everything we needed to see in this area of Paris. We will definitely stay again, especially with kids… @anniquenyc

Wonderful location, helpful staff. While it was a bumpy start to our stay, the staff did a good job of solving the problems and keeping us as guests comfortable. It is a perfect location, steps from many amazing sites, restaurants and shops.

The showers were a torture between hot and cold. I got burned a few times. Never could get at correct temperature and the water pressure sucked. Paying so much and they cant get the hot water correct. I did inform the front desk and no resolution.

I would like to say that the hotel has a policy that is very different from the advance reservation policy. Also, the hotel system is not clear. The place of residence is incorrect and it is used by a previous person. It is very unfortunate. I did not advise anyone to visit it again.

Fraser Suites Le Claridge Champs-Elysees is truly a home away from home. The hotel is located at the famous Champs-Elysees Street, very friendly and professional staff. I always feel welcome, and the management and staff at the reception always strive to accommodate me in the best room they have. Rooms are very spacious and clean. Special thanks to Romain DE LACHEZE-MUREL who arranged a very nice room to me before arrival. Thanks to Ludovic Rivaux, the general manager for his welcoming massage and to the rest of the team at the hotel.

Upkeep of the hotel is very good but needs minor renovations like old bathrooms and outdated sound system. Gone are those days where shampoo tubes were kept in bathrooms in hotel apartments. Even that can be updated with pump bottles. Breakfast was below average, they asked extra charges for omelette. Complimentary water bottles were available only on during check in.

We came as a family (3 members). Very friendly staff. Great suites. Great location. Overall amazing experience. I highly recommend it 👍🏼

The front desk stuff was incredibly helpful and kind; my kids love to greet the lady who does the check-in for us every morning when we go out. Everyone was always very accommodating and helpful, and our suite was spacious and very comfortable. Thank you! I can’t wait to be back soon.

We were upgraded to this place when out hotels.com booking failed to confirm. It was absolutely lovely! Front desk service and staff were exceptionally hospitable. Great beds and pillows. Perfect location. Really a top shelf experience.

Great hotel and amenities. Breakfast is better than most in this area. There were some hiccups when checking in, but staff was kind and friendly. Rooms are very spacious and come with full kitchen in case you want to order out and eat at your room.

My second home in Paris, very comfortable for family, spacious suites, prime location fully equipped apartment. I had an issue with delayed check in, the operation manager did her best to accommodate my requirements and follow up with me to make sure everything was satisfactory to me as a client. This is not the first time I stayed there as my family was considering this as a second home in Paris and I will always return to my second home in Paris. Thanks Ms. Louise and the staff in this hotel.

The hotel had construction on site and they didn’t give us the rooms till after 4 hours when they gave us the rooms they were like a crime scene. The windows were sealed with plastic. After we complained the dowmgraded our suites to give us proper rooms. Also it does not have room service.

What can I say? A decent service apartment right on Ave Champs de Elysee! Shopping galore from morning till night. Not to mention, the apartment comes with a kitchen sufficiently equipped to prepare a decent hot meal. We were satisfied with the service and cleanliness of the food.

Despite there being some major hiccups during the check in process, Ms Petrakis, the operations manager made sincere efforts at service recovery. She ensured that our stay was as smooth as possible. We received bottled water when we returned to the hotel at the end of a long day. She helped us arrange for a comfortable airport transfer at the end of our holiday. We liked the spacious rooms and the excellent location of the hotel. All the big brand shops are within walking distance. Arc de Triomphe is just down the road. Definitely worth a visit. Nice hotel, comfortable beds , great service, Wide rooms with great views, small separated kitchen But it needs some of renovations, Wi-Fi in the rooms is not good I will definitely stay in it again, highly recommend

Nice location and the rooms were great, however there are some ways to improve, the middle tarrace is abandoned, the bathrooms are very very outdated, the dressing room’s closet has nothing to do with a 5star hotel. And they seem to have construction happening, I assume they are working on it.

The staff were unsuited to a 5 star hotel, the reception was chaos and NEVER have we been greeting when coming in. We had to ask for missing items (cups, cutlery, plaids) repeatedly and didn’t get them anyway. The cleaning left a lot to be desired, once we came back to a dirty kitchen, dishwasher loaded and not done; the drains were perpetually clogged. This was our third but sadly last visit.

Location was excellent but rooms are in great need to be updated. Carpets were dirty. very outdated. Bathroom located on second level. Would be nice if there was at least a toilet on first level. The bathroom was very outdated. Couldn't get shower head to work properly. The toilet was in a separate area and so small that we had to climb over toilet to close door. Would not recommend staying here. Pricey and in great need for renovation.
