I want to thank Felipe (sorry if I misspelled his name). He gave us amazing customer service. We felt very welcomed and he took good care of us, and found us a good parking lot while we were having dinner at the hotel's restaurant. He answered all our questions with a great smile when other places people would not even care. The hotel gets 5 stars because of people like him. The room was very comfortable, I loved the bedroom and the pillow menu.

Very good accomodations; take the key out, everything dies and again you cant charge anything.... intertnet access was spotty at best but luckily I did what I needed and didnt spend much time indoors. Location is good; breakfast is awesome if you want to get stuffed. Shower takes forever to warm up, although during summer, you want cold showers, but if you manage to get a cold, you will want warm water. A/C is silent. The restaurant at the street on the back of the hotel, plus the main street in front, makes some noise, but nothing that ear plugs wont solve. Beds are good, firm and clean.

Expensive but cozy. Great customer service.
