    Their ticket system for mobile orders was down but people could still submit orders without issue. The poor girl at front making the mobile orders was completely surrounded by Karens and people that have no patience. They handled it very well since the only way to actually make someones order was to see their receipt from the app and then remember who had what. Handled very well under pressure they all deserve a raise but especially the sweet girl at the front. It’s my fault for not asking for her name.

    Small girl with curly hair looks like she hates her job. Went in and after a few mins she walked over to the register to take my order, but didn’t even smile or say anything, just gave me a serious stare. I ordered a pumpkin cream cold brew, she put in the oleato drink and I kindly let her know I wanted the pumpkin cream cb, and she replied “I know I’m changing it” in an annoyed tone. I just didn’t say anything back. Waited for my drink and then I realize she put the wrong drink. ( pumpkin cream chai) so I told another girl that I had ordered something else and she apologized and made the correct drink. The girl that took my ordered just rolled her eyes and told her I hadn’t ordered what I said I did. I work customer service and even on my bad days I put that aside and give my best service to people.

    I know that nobody at Starbucks ACTUALLY makes the drinks, so you would think that orders wouldn't be coming out incorrectly several cars in a row. I don't understand how you can get it wrong from the time the guest orders their beverage to punching it in on the computer.

    If you’re looking for a Starbucks location that has ZERO personality and looks as if they hate life, this is the spot to go... No one speaks to you and if you speak to them, expect an aggravated response as they are too busy to willingly acknowledge you.

    Barista with name tag “el Donta” was extremely rude. I needed a quick change to my order and when I approached him he had the worst attitude & gave me an eye roll. I went towards another barista, and she was very nice about it but that definitely needs to be addressed. | indoor line and wait time were extremely long.

    The staff are so rude and uncaring! They behave as though they are doing us a favor when they take our orders. I had to wait 22 minutes for a Frappuccino and a coffee. I couldn’t find the cream for the coffee and they said they were out of it. When I asked them the reason of the delay, they just gave me a dirty look and looked the other way, and started talking to another colleague that was standing next to them. The place was empty. There are four people behind the counter but yet they take their own sweet time and get upset if you ask them any questions. I don’t see why I even have to give them one star….

    Worst starbucks in town. Worst customer service, it is always a hit or miss when ordering a drink with how expensive the coffee is they should make it right the first time instead of wasting people’s time.

    This location is the worst location I’ve ever been too. And we’re a military family who has lived in quite a few states. They’re slow with bad attitudes and the drive thru which is also slow is their main focus. They need order

    I normally have no problem with this location but when I order a venti with light ice I still expect an venti because that's what I paid for!! I didn't get a full venti. I brought it to the girls attention and that was her reply. I ordered light ice not acceptable!

    I come here every morning and they always get my coffee perfect! Sometimes there’s a bit of a wait but I don’t mind it because they make my coffee exactly how I like it every time, and everyone is always soooo nice! Definitely my favorite Starbucks.

    Worst experience ever. Got in line and it was moving slow (no big deal as it was still moving) and then it abruptly stopped. After waiting 42mins even being next up to order I finally just left the line, along with multiple others that gave up sooner than I did. I'm guessing the staff decided to just stop making coffee and go take a break as when I passed the window there was a hurried sign in highlighter that said closed until 9am. I left at 9:05am. Never again will we go there.

    My drink was ready and sitting on the counter. A barista looked at it a few times and walked away. I needed to leave for work, so I honked to get the cashier's attention. A male named Riley (may go by "she") came from the back and scolded me, telling me not to honk at the cashier and that it was her second day. I'm the paying customer. Don't tell me not to honk and excuse her poor customer service. If she's unfamiliar with her job, have someone stand with her the entire time!

    Upon walking into Starbucks I was greeted with a smile and positive attitude. I was assisted by a wonderful employee named Madison. She answered all my questions and was able to find the perfect drink for me. I would 100% Recommend choosing this Starbucks as your go too before work. Keep up the good work guys!

    It would be very helpful if there was a canopy over the orderboard. I was a bit frustrated at getting drenched by the rain because the drivethru person refused to let me order at the window (which had a little bit of coverage but I still got rained on) and I had to have my drink fixed since I asked for lite ice but was given extra ice.. overall it was a very "Meh" experience and for the prices they charge I expect (and normally receive at other locations) better service.

    I’ve given this location so many tries… like daily. It’s come to a point where it’s just terribly poor customer service and experience. I consistently get cold coffee, cups full of milk rather than balanced with coffee. I often have to pull up and park to request a drink to be given to me properly ( no one wants cold coffee) and they seem to forget I’m waiting for my drinks. I was recently burned by getting boiling hot coffee after kindly asking that my cold coffee is replaced. I’m often given a cold brew rather than nitro. Also, the nitro machine was broken FOREVER (think McDonald’s ice cream) and recently fixed for about a week now. That would be great if I actually received a proper nitro cold brew. Everyone who works there seems to be kind but just maybe not properly trained or supported. I love coffee to start my day- specifically Starbucks. How we, I can no longer continue to support this poor service location. Here’s a picture of the “nitro cold brew” I was given this morning. All cream. All ice. No nitro 😭 if you know the order, it doesn’t even come with ice! this happens more times than I can count. I just don’t have the energy to keep kindly asking to get it right.

    Placed my order online, went to pick up and the door was locked. A sign was up saying drive thru only due to short staff. Tried to explain through the door glass that I had an inside pick up order and I was ignored. Stood there for almost 10 minutes and was never acknowledged. Tried calling for several hours and no one ever picked up. I had to place a whole new order at a different location, which caused me to pay double. I never got this order and was not refunded.

    All I can say that yesterday whoever did our pumpkin cold brew got down. And it was the staff from around 4:45, you guys are awesome wish I knew who it was cuz that pumpkin cold brew was perfect. Props to that crew that worked yesterday around that time.

    Store manager, Ellie, was awesome. I’ve been looking for a specific specialty cup all over HTX. No luck. Not only did she give me feedback and where to look, but she gave me her cell phone number for easy verification. She was friendly and offered great customer service. Thanks Ellie!

    I visited this location yesterday in the drive thru and Riley took my order. Their system was down but I was greeted with a big smile and such a pleasant attitude it was refreshing! I ordered my drink but was asked if I had tried another flavor and offered me a small sample for me to try next time! I'll be back soon and kudos to Riley I enjoyed my drink.

    Pretty great store! Could use an update but customer service was good and fast. I think they could be more welcoming and interacting with customers. My drink was made right, which is the best. Just wish it was more home like.

    Extremely interesting layout, the store is just a long letter I, on a corner in an open air strip mall. It's a very good use of space for long table along the windows, and great seating. I especially like that the patio runs the length of the store and is wide. Worse feature is they're right as you turn on a busy street intersecting w very busy 1960 and it's one way in-one way entrance. I actually like Starbucks with multiple entrances & exits. But, all and all, the staff was lively and the vibe very good. The staff seemed to know many of the customers as regulars.

    Stopped in at this location today to grab some coffee. Tried to order a grande dark roast pour over since they don't brew dark roast in the evening. I was notified by the barista they don't have pour over there I could have the brewed pikes place or an americano. Promptly left and went to another location that was willing to actually make the coffee I wanted. Terrible service.

    It used to be great, now they never have anything in stock, drive thru is packed and it sucks waiting that long for them to tell you "unfortunately they don't have it", and going for 3 months now... I just stop going. I'm now switching to energy drinks instead. It's cheaper and faster to buy.

    My mom and I just spent a wonderful time at this Starbucks 💫 the Frappuccino was delicious and the banana nut cake was just amazing! Thank you for keeping the place clean. The staff was super friendly and happy 😊 and the music was also good.

    I’ve visited the drive thru at this location multiple times over the years between 5:30-6AM and thus far has been the worst compared to others they rarely get the order correct, even after going back to have it corrected they still screw it up..??? And I only order basic menu items..??? No fancy changes just straight menu items…!! Sometimes I’ll add an espresso shot …. ????? Unacceptable…!!! In the morning when you need your coffee right, you seek out and pay for professionalism…..!!!
