ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING pizza. Its the closest Pizza Hut down the street from me. They do not know how to make pizza. I finally gave up on them after multiple orders and now I just drive 15min away to the Pizza hut in Humble right off the freeway. That Pizza Hut is awesome! I honestly thought Pizza Hut had just went downhill until I tasted Humbles Pizza Hut. They need to close this one down ASAP! Plus the manager there is horrible. Terrible customer service and he always looks so stressed and miserable. Good lord put him out of his misery.

I was a little concerned about ordering here when I saw the reviews but thought there was no way that it could be that bad. I was wrong. Pizza was delivered with RAW crust. Called to get the issue fixed and was told if they remade it, it would be another hour and a half. I requested that it just be refunded due to wait and everyone wanting to eat now and they said NO! They don't give refunds. So now we are stuck with 2 undercooked pizzas that aren't edible. Don't order from here!

Toppings are over cooked, poor customer skills in general. Pasta is same quality.

This has been the most unprofessional Pizza Hut I have ever been in. We ordered 3 large two topping pizza’s using Pizza Huts $5.99 pick-up special this evening. When I got to the Atascocita location I found that not only was the location not managed well enough to have enough mushrooms to handle a Sunday evening rush but they actually made each pizza without the toppings that were ordered and expected me to still except the pizzas . This was not just my experience but there were also 7 other patrons experiencing the same thing at 7:15 in the evening. The actually disappointment is that after waiting 20 minutes for the manager to come out front and tell everyone that there orders could not be completed i now have to go somewhere else to get my family dinner. Very disappointing🤔

Will NEVER go to this location ever again. Pizza took over 40 mins and once I received the pizza it looked horrible the Crust didn't rise, it was very light in color. When I picked up a slice of the pizza all the tops fell off, it wasn't cooked on the inside, it was watery and it smelled old. This experience made me to not ever want to eat pizza again Just disgusting!!!!!!!!!

Will never come here again. Wait for 1hr only to not get nothing at all. Burnt my pasta 3 times and wanted me to take the burnt pasta for %20 off. Katlyn the manager needs more training.

Horrible service and horrible manager. This place needs to be shut down. The manager is super rude and told us he didn't care that our order was super late. I will never order from this location again.

The way you treated Felix DeLeon was completely UNACCEPTABLE. The man can play any harmonic minor scale you could possibly imagine. DON’T even get me started on his range! AAAAND his embouchure??? IMPECABLE to say the least. He’s at least a solid 7.8 for Pete’s sakes.

The fastest and friendliest service around. Using only fresh ingredients: meats, cheeses and vegetables, their pizza is always great.

I would give no stars if possible. delivery order was supposed to arrive at 6pm and my order wasn't delivered until 6:30. To top it off my wing were missing and pizza was cold. Called to let them know that wings were missing. Was told I could pick them up. Picked them up and got home and only had 12 out of 18 wing that I ordered. The manager was rude also. Never playing from this location again.

Order delivery around 10pm. Waited over an hour and 30 mins because I understand it can get busy, and I was being patient. Tried to call to check on my order, and the store is now closed. So I paid for food that never came. Not. Happy. ***so editing my review...walked outside, and it's on the ground. Cold. I feel sorry for the opening manager today because I will be showing up in person with cold pizzas from last night, and if a refund is not given, it's going to get ugly quick.

The pizza was old, cold, and didn’t taste right. If I would have checked the food first, I wouldn’t have accepted it, it looked bad. Won’t be coming back, should have read reviews first.

OMG… It took absolutely forever for our pizza to get here, I even had to call the restaurant. They just said it was out for delivery. We got our stuff ordered cheese bread and it is not even cut at all. Everything else is pretty OK.
