This bakery is a sweet tooth’s dream. Every sweet pastry is available here. And they also have great savory pastries as well. We got their ice cream which they have incredible flavors. Their salted caramel is the best I’ve had. There are huge chunks of soft and super salty caramel surrounded by incredibly sweet ice cream. This was an amazing ice cream to have in the heart of Athens.

2023: A bakery with a 75 year history. The selection of baked goods and sweets is mammoth, it'll take a few trips to figure out your favourites. There's an upstairs dining area, if you've got the time, but the menu's marked up.

This bakery is one of the nicest i have seen as far as the inside architecture and design is concerned. Must see.. We were two for breakfast. There were so many sandwishes, croisants and other types of bread and cakes that we needed to go inside and show the waiter what we would like to be brought outside to our table. We started with a sandwich and a croissant and asked to have them heated a bit. For this a coffee with milk and a cappuccino. The sandwiches were bone cold but we were offered to have them heated. The coffee came without milk and the cappuccino was semi warm. You need to know that the prices announced inside the bakery increase with 1 euro when brought outside - around 8 meters. We ordered a caprese salad and one more coffe. The saled was excellent and the coffee tasty. Total price 30 euros. Tip: buy what you want inside and bring it to a nice place to eat...

The best Bakery and Coffee Shop in Athens. All products are delicious and look really great. The shop itself is smashing and elegant. The personal is extremely friendly and totally customer focussed. We love this place in Athens. An absolute recommendation.

Interesting place with multiple options. Upstairs or outside you just sit and the wait staff will take your order. Service was a bit slow but they were very busy and probably short staffed.

After waiting twenty minutes for a waiter, we gave up. At the same time, we were refused an order inside.

Cool retreat. Very reasonably priced. You can also head upstairs for table service. We did this for a late lunch and later went back for cake! Cakes are really nice and staff friendly. Probably going to visit every day we're in Athens as the opening times are very good.

Amazing bakery and restaurant. Baked goods to meet everyone's desires, breads, cookies, pastries, pizzas, the choices are endless. Restaurant prices are very reasonable and delicious. Highly recommend more than one visit

We've bought salted stuff for lunch, vegetable pie, cheese sticks and pie cheese and it was very good. For dessert we ate some pastries like baklava and was also very good We recommend it, not expensive at all

This is the place I come to for coffee and dessert every time I come to Athens. There is a wide variety of products and the coffees are good.

My second time in Athens and this bakery is the highlight of the trip. Great prices, tons of amazing pasteries (sweet and salty) to choose from, quality service!!

I really like this place. At the first floor you can buy coffee, bakery and sweets to go. At the second floor there is cafe with salads, pasta and other food. Nice atmosphere and design.

Just eaten there. Wonderful interior (more Viennese than Venetian). Sat on balcony and enjoyed overview of patisserie & bakery. Excellent food, quickly served - 2 risottos (risotti?) and 2 beers (and some of the great, obviously freshly baked, bread) less than 24 euros all in. So tempted to have one of the eye-wateringly beautiful gateaux but honestly I was too full. The Veneti did not show up on the first pass through google maps so we discovered it by chance. They say Athenians eat late - apparantly later than us! So there were few other diners which affected the vibe a bit.

The food is amazing. We ordered several different kinds of pizza ( Veggie was magical; margarita and pepperoni). A pasta with chicken and mushroom was delicious. My son had a bolognese pasta- he kept saying this is unbelievably tasty. We liked the food so much that we decided to dine in again next day to celebrate my son’s BD. In addition to the food we also ordered a white Greek wine. At the end of the dinner, we were pleasantly surprised when the waiter brought a five pieces of cake as a gift not knowing that we actually had a birthday boy at the table. We spent 3 days in Athens and of course we ended up at Veneti bakery 1948 Neon Omonia at our last evening in Athens.

They have a lot of choices breads and sweats. We could control to go there daily when we were there. Goat milk yoga tasted very good.

Very pretty bakery with decent prices and much larger selection compared to its competitors in the square. Seating upstairs and accomodating to tourists. Main dishes are good value for money with sizes, tastes delicious (e.g pasta ~ €7-8)

Our first morning in Athens. This is right across from the Moxy Hotel. Double espresso made by a vibrant Italian. The pastries are delicious and I had a beef Filo puff. I want to go back and try the smoothie bar and also the green olive bread. I am overwhelmed by the expense of pastries and baked goods.

Not bad but not so good either, just enough for quick breakfast in Omonia square. I had chicken pie, which was big, but not so good, because felt like they use meat substitute, not real chicken. It’s better to reduce the size but have a higher quality. Coffee was big and tasted good, profiteroles were also nice. Rating 4* because of not real chicken 🤷🏼‍♀️ Other than that the place is good, and I must say that the bakery has lots of options for pastries and cakes.

Delicious fresh pastries at affordable prices. The prosciutto sandwich, spanakopita, bagusta (sweet) were tasty. Coffee was also great (not burnt). Seats available on ground level and upstairs. Service was quick.

A bit pricey but they have lots of different options, either to eat there or to take away. I lived it there because is is like a museum of bakery, local and international

Most delicious chicken creamy pasta and salmon salad. The tarts are also amazing. However the bathrooms need serious attention

A perfect place to eat breakfast or lunch. The selection of baked goods is perfect if you are looking to buy treats for a special occasion, and the dining on the first floor has a great atmosphere. For everything they offer, the food is also very inexpensive. If you're visiting Athens and nearby, coming for breakfast is a must!

Wow sweets are a awesome here. About 2-3E each bit seriously yummy. Coffee very good as well, 2.5E for double cap, good deal. Hot, well creamed, and big mug (not the dainty tiny cups other places give you for cappuccino) Seating in the street is a bit noisy, cold, chaos (lots of beggars and touts, and many riot-ready police) of the super busy square. Go upstairs, lots of seats, nice soft background music, WCs. And good table service. Great refuge from the city streets outside.

I visited the place on two occasions, once in the morning, once in the evening. Both times I was met with great hospitality, especially second time our waiter was very sweet and kind. And they serve amazing cakes, what else do you need.

👍 A place where locals eat. Not a tourist spot. Food is spicy and full of flavor. Beware the spicy sojouk is actually the hottest food we tried in Greece.
