Amazing place for drinking and eating. Delicious plates & cocktails. Very polite and friendly staff. Maitre Kostas is the best. We are going to have our Wedding Dinner there and Kostas is extremely helpful and he managed our anxiety and stress for this day to disappear. Wedding day/night: ·       The tasting we did in order to see any changes to the menu was very good with the only mistake being that there was no dessert available. We were offered another dessert which was excellent nonetheless. The purpose of this report will be explained below. ·       The setup of the tables that they gave us the opportunity to come and see up close earlier was different and we were informed at the last minute. The differentiation has to do with the fact that two couples were sitting apart and it was an ugly image. (from one single table became 3 with a partition in the middle) We understand that the setup was the best possible so that their staff could serve properly but they should have notified us to change the numbering so that everyone can sit more harmoniously. ·       My main course plate and the welcome bowl of oil were broken and a piece was missing and I wish there was no other such plate / bowl for the guests. ·       The dessert we had on the menu (and which we did not try as mentioned above) Pavlova with Valrhona white chocolate, Madagascar vanilla and strawberry sorbet was incomplete and not only had we not been informed, but also followed: It came without sorbet when we asked 'why' they thought it was internal to Pavlova and after they asked the kitchen we got the answer that it will come out later because of serving. We were then informed that there was a problem with the chef and that instead of sorbet he made a kind of semifreddo inside the Pavlova but it was actually a compote/coulis (My wife is a Pastry Chef and this was all kind of awkward and insulting). I should point out that menus were printed for each guest at the table. At the end they brought out a scoop of strawberry ice cream/semifreddo in a bowl to everyone's surprise which was unnecessary. I highlight all this having traveled to 45 countries and stayed in all-star hotels and being a Diamond Member in Hilton Honors and also I have worked as Barman and Bar Manager in SLH 5* Hotel. Apart from all these, the hotel staff was excellent and very kind during our stay.

We went to Electra for dinner, but we hadn't made a reservation. Upon arriving at the place, we were attended by a concierge who informed us that there was no place, as all the tables were reserved, but that we could stay at the bar. We sat at the bar and ordered a few drinks, after an hour and a half, we realized that there were several empty tables that hadn't been occupied since our arrival. We called the concierge and said, once again, that we would like to have dinner and that there were tables available, but, once again, we were denied access to the restaurant. After two hours, I asked for the manager to be called. An employee came to talk to us and we explained that we had been seated at the bar for over two hours, that we had requested a table from the concierge and were denied, but there were many empty tables since the time we arrived. We were then invited to sit at a table, but the restaurant's kitchen had already closed the service. They served us a salad and a plate of cold meats. In the end we asked for the bill and were told it would be a courtesy of the restaurant as an apology. We hope this sort of thing doesn't happen again, with any customers. The porter attendant is very poorly prepared and poorly educated to receive customers, which causes a bad impression of the restaurant and an embarrassment to the customer, who, after all, supports the business. We are Brazilians and we know that in Brazil, this kind of thing would never happen, after all, the restaurant survived on sales and if there are vacant tables, why not allow someone who has not made a reservation, but is there to pay for the service not having it?

My wife and I ate here on our first night in Athens and couldn't have been happier. The view, food, drinks and service were all excellent and really set the tone for the rest of our trip. We ended up speaking to some other guests while there and had a great time. Highly recommend!

Apparently the kitchen closes at 11pm and the bar only stays open until 12am. I reported how confusing this is to the front end supervisor and he seemed confused by this telling me that it isn’t confusing. This should be clearly stated on google.

Good meal for dinner. Great staff. Had really good live music the night we went. Amazing view of the Acropolis as well! The breakfast wasn't that great. Some of the food was cold. Still wouldn't stop me from going back for lunch or dinner

Spent the night with a group of friends with the entire balcony to ourselves. Amazing view. Felt like I was out on a friend's balcony but being served by very professional waiters and waitresses.

Firstly the food and the service in general was very good, however towards the end of our Greek salads I noticed that the feta cheese was missing. This was then brought out as we were finishing, to cut a long story short the restaurant refused to remove the salads from the over 200 euro bill which ruined the end of the meal. Ps Luckily Maria at the Hotel sees customer service the way I do and has refunded the cost of 1 nights stay in the hotel.

An amazing view on the 10th floor with abysmally low service once the waiters knew we only wanted drinks and to share one dessert. The water bottle was left 2 meters away from us, so we don't get the privilege of filling our cups for some reason. The waiter was rude when telling us the following: ONLY drinks? NO food? There was no shouting, of course. However, his implying nature trying to force us to spend money felt out of place. We caved in, unfortunately, as we were curious about their carbonara. Italy wept that night, as their carbonara was slaughtered by what their chef decided to put in it. Fettuccine pasta, greek bacon (similar to spam) and close to no parmigiano or pecorino, and finally their sauce with cream and onions. Never again ... The drinks were great, and Pavlova was sublime. Unfortunately, overall, it's overrated and not recommended.

I had New Year's Eve reservations at XFloor rooftop recently. I don't normally take to social media with my complaints, but I made several attempts in person to contact the restaurant and hotel manager...to no avail. So, here we are. The place has a nice view, and the staff are nice. But when it comes to the food quality...it's awful. The 5-course meal was genuinely one of the worst meals I've ever had in my life. Let alone for one costing 300+ euro. The first 4 courses were so bad...we left before the 5th course was served. Each course was worse than the last. Every course was bland and overcooked. My assumption is that everything was prepared from frozen, stored ingredients. The beef main course was the worst of the bunch. One could easily get higher quality, fresher beef on sale at a local grocery store. If this meat was not frozen, it was one of the lowest quality pieces of beef I've ever encountered. It tasted like cardboard, and had a similar texture. The scallops likewise were dry, overcooked, and certainly not fresh. The salad was wilted. The soup, watery and tasteless. Two of the courses were so bad, we had to send them back to the kitchen. I wish the management had responded to my complaints, either in person or via email. But I suppose if you don't care about the food quality, you likely don't care to reply to complaints. Avoid this restaurant. PS: I will stand by my review. While the management found time to respond on Google, they never responded to my complaints in person, even though I lived in Athens less than 100m away. I politely asked for a refund, and Elektra could not be bothered to respond to me via email or phone. "Covid-19" is the catch-all excuse for terrible service and terrible customer relations. Yeah, I had "Covid-19" as well. I still paid 300 euro for your piss poor food. AVOID THE ELEKTRA HOTELS.

We came to drink something and despite all the tables were still empty and we made clear we would stay only 30 minutes, they gave us a table in the corner with no view. We ordered 2 glasses of wine - which were mediocre - and the didn’t bring ANYTHING to eat with them. When we paid the tables we asked for were still empty. PATHETIC

We had a morning coffee on Electra Roof top. Very nice atmosphere, a place where you can spend time and discuss with your friends and colleagues without any unnecessary noise, having a fantastic view of the Acropolis. Easily accessible, at the shopping centre of Athens in Syntagma.

Beautiful place to have dinner with great views of the city and the acropolis. The food and service were both excellent. I hope to revisit again one day.

We’ve checked-in in the hotel at a late night hour, and weren’t sure where to go for dinner. On our way out, we’ve decided to pass by the rooftop to see the view, and ended up staying for a meal. We got the mushrooms risotto and the sea-bream fish filet. Both were surprisingly outstanding! One of the best risottos I’ve had in a while. The fish was made to perfection! Excellent service, reasonable prices and the beautiful view of the Acropolis made our first night in Athens perfect

This is the worst restaurant I ever visited. If you lay on the table the view is okay but all you see from the balcony is ugly buildings under the Acropolis. The food was mediocre at best and the pasta with tomato lacked any spices. They never gave us our drinks (Mojito and lemonade) but tried to charge us for it. Also we asked for the check twice because once again they forgot to bring it the first time. We went for anniversary there and they almost managed to ruin the day with their incompetence.
