I was looking for somewhere peaceful and green after a busy time at work, not too far from the ferry but "proper French", so my son could see the point of learning the language. We stayed 5 nights in May, beautiful weather for exploring on foot and on bike. Facilities are "rustic" but everything spotless and there's a beautiful ivy-clad bar for that quintessential afternoon beer. Wonderful friendly hosts. So grateful to have found it.

Little camping on the outskirts of mametz,beside the lake,sauvergine. Mostly residents for the year but a few mobile homes to rent .
