Very nice hotel. Was clean and quiet. We went to a concert at State Farm. Nice to be able to just walk there and easy to leave the arena after the show, they allow quest of the hotel to get through security to get back to the hotel.

Rooms are typical hotel rooms. But service has been fantastic.

Expensive, but excellent accommodations. The 15th floor view is phenomenal. I do not advise ever coming here when it’s at capacity because the elevators cannot handle the load of people and there is no stairs that are easy to use. Forget trying to get to the lobby. Terrible design of moving people around. North Tower is worse regarding fire safety. My goodness.

The shower didn't drain properly and the Internet didn't work. Other than that, I had a good experience. The view from my room was great and so was housekeeping and the valet service.
