Beautiful hotel with nice decor and atmosphere. I gave a 2 star because we had constant issues with no hot water. Our heating system also made loud banging noises. We switched rooms, and the cold water in the faucet didn't work, and the hot water in the shower was inconsistent. Self parking is expensive each day as well, although that's probably typical close to the city. Having said this, they did easily switch our room. The hotel is very quiet and in a good location. The guy who runs breakfast was super friendly each morning, and the food was great.

Stayed there for two days this past weekend. Booked the same night. Our stay was amazing. The staff go above and beyond & they are very pleasant. The breakfast was amazing both days . I love it there and can’t wait to go back. Also most importantly the rooms were very clean and neat. No problems at all. This hotel definitely deserves five stars ❤️❤️

Absolutely beautiful! Gorgeous view! It faces Swabs, other hotels, and so many notable buildings. Breakfast is included: they have decent choices and an amicable staff helps. They have a Ruth Chris located to the left of the hotel entrance. I was quite satisfied with the food and the service. But.... this one front desk clerk that sometimes picks up the evening shift almost ruined it for me with her tone and awful manners. Thank you, Sonia, for making up for that troglodyte's reception.

I decided to surprise my mom with a room at this hotel to treat her for being awesome. The room was great and did not disappoint. The king suite had a great amount of space and the decor was lovely . She enjoyed her shower and said the bathroom was very clean. The happy hour was a great touch. The valet was very backed up but other than that she had a great experience. She will be staying there again.

From the moment I arrived the staff was extremely helpful and friendly. My room was very neat and clean. The location was also perfect. The hotel is within walking distance of my friend’s apartment, the MARTA, shopping (Lenox Mall) and several amazing restaurants. The breakfast was really good and the gym was well equipped. My overall stay was amazing. I look forward to staying again when I visit in September.

I give this a 5-star review but I wanted to do 4.5 as most everything was convenient and well-maintained. However, after approving late check out house keeping attempted to enter the room twice… once before regular checkout and once before late checkout. It was a small stain on an otherwise well-planned weekend. And yes, the line for breakfast was extremely long… took about 30min but the wait was worth it. We had massages at Treat Your feet and dinner at Ruth Chris Steakhouse. The convenience of location was one of the draws and it didn’t disappoint. The valet service was efficient and top-notch. I was very pleased with the stay overall. We made a plan to come back.

We had a very nice stay! Very clean hotel. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. The process to check in and out using the Hilton mobile app with awesome. Never had to visit the front desk until…. After checkout. I had to stand in a long line to get our parking ticket stamped. There was only one associate at the front desk and she was swamped. If mobile QR code provided when using the valet service worked everything would have been amazing!

Chile the GHETTO! And I’m from St. Louis!! How the entire hotel hot water out? Then the lack of urgency to get it fixed. Seriously! I called the Hilton customer service and they didn’t care either. The rooms could be better. Customer service was by far the least stressful of all factors. AVOID BY ALL MEANS!

The hotel is beautiful, rooms were bigger than expected and the beds were comfortable. It was quiet which was nice. We left a bag when we checked out. I called and when we got there they had the bag at the front desk with everything still in it. This is major for me! Valet was incredibly quick and super nice. The only small issue was inconsistent internet but I also didn’t pay for the premium.

They have the best hot breakfast ever. Eggs, potatoes, bacon, omelets, oatmeal, cereal, pastries, cut fruit and the list goes on. The happy hour is wonderful too. Front desk staff is friendly and Ernest with guest services knows the area. You tell him what type of place you are looking for and he will find the perfect place. I was in town for a conference . If I ever return to Atlanta I will definitely stay here. Oh and Ruth Chris restaurant is so good.

We celebrated our family reunion at this location and would definitely come again! The foyer and central dinning area were very pleasing to the eye, rooms were very nice and clean, overall customer service was excellent, and breakfast/cook-to-order was delicious. The only reason I didn't give this property a five star is because the front desk check-in line was extremely long (20-30 mins) and one of the elevators were not working during our stay. However, I would definitely come again!!

When I made the room request I asked not to be placed by elevators and I asked for a bathtub in our room. Well we were placed by the elevators and our room is facing the stairwell. The room has a shower and not a bathtub. I know they cannot always accommodate request so it was okay .Once inside the room there was something red on the wall. As a medical professional maybe blood not so sure without close inspection . I called the front desk and spoke to Wendy. I asked about the bathtub and told her about the red spot on the wall. She said bathtubs only come in queen size rooms and that she didn’t have another room to move us to regarding the red spot. Never offered to send housekeeping, so we just looked at that spot for two days. They changed the code to the parking garage with notice, so once we returned to the hotel, the line to self parking is five cars long because everybody has to get out walk in and tell them that they’re code is not working. This is just poor customer service and it’s dangerous.Morning breakfast crew annoyed because you are asking for a breakfast you paid for. The only bright spot in this day was Tony. We will never stay here again for graduations, weddings, family reunions whatever the family occasion is. All I can say if you don’t want to be hospitable, maybe you should not be in the hospitality business.Repeat .. if you don’t want to be hospitable, get out of the hospitality business. I don’t expect anything, but a generic response from the General manager, Mr. Washington.

I came in town for a visit to do a bachelorette party in my place was not big enough for 20 women. Lots of them stayed here and really enjoyed it. Very clean, very attentive staff and timely check in and check out. We even got a late check out with no problem at all

Really good hotel overall, in a good area if you're based around Lenox/Buckhead. The hotel is very clean with a great atrium. Staff are very friendly and welcoming. The room is spacious and well designed, the large window looking into the central area is a new one on me and I kept my curtains pulled the majority of the time for my own privacy from guests walking the hall (see picture of what it's like when it's open). No issues at all during my stay. I will be returning next time I'm in the Atlanta area!

Horrible experience. Soon after we checked in, we noticed our air conditioning was out. We called down and they said they would send someone to fix it soon. It proceeded to get into the 80s in our room and no one came to help despite our calls. We later found out that they were installing a new air conditioning unit and had to turn it off for a section of rooms without telling any guests or reducing our rate. We were not provided fans or anything to make the situation better.

The room was spacious and very comfortable. The staff was very nice. The complimentary made to order breakfast and evening reception was nice. We also appreciated the shuttle that took you within 2 miles of the hotel. We only used our vehicle once during our stay.

Our youth department stayed here for our conference! Room was great and spacious! Beautiful view! But what will always stick out to me is the breakfast variety!!! And most importantly Tony!!!! Absolutely to notch service!!! He catered to our every demand all while servicing others!!!! I have never been to a hotel with this level of service for breakfast!! When I’m back In Atlanta this will definitely be my first choice!!!

The good? The hotel is beautiful and it’s in a beautiful area. A lot of complimentary things to aid you in having a pleasant stay. Security and valet people are hella cool & made my stay worth while. The bartenders are so nice, the pool was warm and relaxing & the complimentary breakfast is so yummy. Let’s get to the bad.. housekeeping only came once out of five days to give me fresh towels, bedsheets & change the trash. I overheard multiple other guests complaining about the same issue. I was told there was a smoking area away from the building that I could enjoy in my leisure, however the housekeeping manager charged my debit $250 for a “smoking fee” for leaving an unsmoked FULLY contained cigar out in the open when I went out for breakfast. Mind you, she only came one day out of the five I stayed. Ladies at the front desk aren’t exactly the friendliest, they look at you like they rather you go anywhere else but to the front desk to ask them anything. I won’t tell you not to book here, but what I will say is, I wish I would’ve booked at the Intercontinental hotel across the street instead and don’t have high expectations if you have already booked.

This Embassy is pricey, but I really liked it. Parking is expensive!! WARNING- do not expect anything good for the managers reception!! We had a few bowls of measly chips, a veggie tray and some water. Pretty bad. Other than that, I was here for July 4 to run the Peachtree, and this hotel was very convenient! The receptionist was very kind and was very informative about all the road closures for the race. The room was clean and had a little slot of air so that was nice. Overall a nice stay in a very nice location.

Do not recommend. Absolutely no services... No cleaning of rooms during your stay; trash stacked by elevators for days and not collected, no bellmen. Some guest rooms smell damp. Insufficient water pressure. Constant elevator issues with no elevator service at all for hours. False fire alarms at 3 am. This was my second visit for the same trade show. No significant improvement from last year (including fire alarms and elevator issues).

Was a beautiful hotel and staff were friendly and accommodating. The valet were really cool and sparked some good conversations while we waited. The location is right in the middle of everything but didn't have to leave hotel, service and food was great. I truly recommend staying here. Very nice! @_angelicalchemy_

First time at an Embassy Suites and in Buckhead. Pleasantly surprised by the size and comfort of my suite. Was only in the city for one day/night and was glad to have the extra room to comfortably take business calls and relax a the same time.

Everyone was polite enough & I like the new decor, but it has been difficult to get service. We rented 2 rooms for us and family- to be near the hospital for an upcoming surgery. The phones in both rooms do not work. I have to call the general number from my cell phone to get help , and most of the time, I have to go to the front desk myself to get it.. There is no room service, they do not clean rooms if you are staying 4 days and parking is 32 dollars a day! . I called to have towels brought up to my mom- she has to have fresh ones to wash with a special soap, dry off, etc. to prepare for surgery- they said they would bring them up, but after a few hours, I had to go to the front desk to get them. When I originally called about the towels, I asked about the phones and they told me since re-modeling, none of the phones work. When we checked in, there were two keurig cups of decaf coffee and tea. In my mother’s room there were two packs of single brew. It just seems like there is not a lot going on in terms of service and no one is in a rush to provide any either- answering the phone fine, getting stuff at the front desk, great, but really? They don’t clean your room for 4 days?! They don’t advertise that while you wait 5 minutes on hold, making promises of a stress free environment.

Great but not outstanding small issues add up first the rooms were clean and spacious, beds were comfortable 5 stars on room setup. Most issues are with the parking area and breakfast setup. Parking area is dimly lit and very tight going from one level to another big vehicles beware, Breakfast was ok food was fresh and made too order but it's also the problem ,the wait can be long along with the lines. Waffle station needs help one person making waffles for 150+ people is a little much for two waffle irons , other than those small issues the hotel was a pleasant stay would definitely stay again!

We love Hilton! Only issues we had was the phone in the room wasn't working because of an upgrade so we had to use our cell phones every time we had to call down to the front desk, but not a huge deal! It took forever to get towels! I had to call 5-6 times for towels and finally got them around midnight! Overall, the staff was excellent, especially the valet staff! They were awesome! Rooms were exceptionally clean and the breakfast was amazing! Very clean dining, bar and pool areas! Hotel was fabulous and Hilton is the absolute best!

The hotel itself is really pleasing to the eye. The view from the room was even good. Ruth Chris was very nice. Valet was very nice as well. My issue lies with the front desk. There was a humongous line multiple times at different parts of the day. A certain lady was not built for customer service. With as modestly priced as this is we ran into one of the biggest group of high school kids for whatever convention they were attending. They were extremely loud for hours upon hours and it ruined the whole stay. Not to mention waiting on the elevators were a nightmare with the hundreds of kids just running around wildly. I’ll never stay here again.

Nice hotel in an elegant neighborhood. For us, it was a better choice than downtown because it was quiet. Breakfast buffet on par with a luxury cruise and very friendly staff. The only thing that management seriously must do better is parking garage maintenance. Garbage cans were overfill all the time and it was simply a dirty place.

This was my first time at the Embassy in Atlanta, and it was amazing. The best part of my stay was Mr. J's valet service; he was the highlight of my family's trip. He was hilarious, friendly, helpful, and gracious. We are so thankful for Mr. J. and his service. Kudos; he deserves all the praise and a raise. He became another family member👍🏽

Nice facilities and location, however I had a bad experience regarding damaged luggage. My luggage handle was damaged after I left my luggage with the front desk before check in. One of the staff members agreed that the luggage was not broken when I left it with her in the morning but somehow it was damaged when I went back to retrieve it. After reporting the issue multiple times, I was told I would receive a small refund. I have not heard or received anything since. I would like to raise that I do not feel adequately compensated for my time for discomfort, and I expect better from Hilton.

Probably one of the worst hotels I've ever been to in my life. So I walk into the room and I'm excited to make a cup of coffee. However there are no coffee cups. Not a huge deal. So I called down to the front desk, no one answers. So I walk down to the front desk and there's three desk attendants. I asked one of them for coffee cups and they say oh I definitely can't get you coffee cups I'll have to ask housekeeping. Okay, so an hour goes by no coffee cups. So I have to leave my room and search the hotel for a housekeeping cart and then ask someone for a coffee cups. Awesome. So I get the coffee cup and I go to unwrap it, guess what not one trash can in my room. Not one. So I called down at the front desk again and magically someone answers. Ask for a trash can. I get one a few hours later. I go to take a shower before heading out to dinner and there's hair all over the shower floor. It's not my hair, cuz I hadn't showered there yet. I go down to the happy hour and of course it's the cheapest alcohol selection you've ever seen. Which is fine. Stale tortilla chips stale crackers warm cheese and pub mix the typical cheapest stuff possible. Not a big deal cuz all embassy suites are like this. But what is a big deal is they just openly let the homeless people come in right through the hotel and use their hands to get all the food fill up plates and leave. Yes I'm serious. I could go on and on about this hotel but honestly I'm already tired of writing this review. I'll be switching to Marriott.

Stayed just for one night fir a meetibg and hotel is at very convenient location close to restaurants. Breakfast was supposed to open at 6:30 but they were just started setting up. Main items and made to order window was not open. Also I am a diamond and my preferences are saying far from elevators and stairs, when I checked in I have been put in a room literally had stairs in it. When I asked for another room and if they do not loom at the preferences if at least diamond members the front desk attendant was a little upset. She ended up moving me to a different floor a little further than the elevator or stairs. The staff does not even welcome the diamond members and thanking anymore. I do not think I will come back again unless my company chooses the hotel.

Loved the room and the location of this hotel, It was very clean and quiet. I did an electronic check out on the Hilton App and when I checked the receipt, I saw I was double charged for parking. I called the hotel had the call transferred to billing and received a message for immediate responses use an email address. I waited and left a voice message asking someone to contact me. After not receiving a response, I called the hotel again and once again received the same message and this time used the email that was provided. That was on November 30th and I still have not received a response.

Mostly a great experience! Pros: Facilities were clean, staff was friendly, and it was nice and quiet. Also guests get 2 complimentary drinks in the evenings and complimentary breakfast in the mornings. Decent views (we were on the top floor) This hotel is in a pretty nice area, only 10 min from Piedmont Park and the Botanical Gardens. Cons: They let us know they recently had a new AC system installed, we were instructed to leave our AC off for 2 hours, then turn it on to 70. However, we had zero cooling the entire night, it was EXTREMELY hot and stuffy, pretty unbearable. so we got little sleep.

We checked in on Thursday early morning, we were traveling with kids from another state and we walked in to a dirty room and dirty sheets. We were so exhausted that morning that we waited the next day to speak to someone. The next morning, not only was the AC not working throughout our stay there was also no signs. The shower was not draining and it was disgusting because we had to take a shower with lingering water on our feet the entire stay. The beds were dirty, even after the cleaning. The room was supposedly clean, yet, things were still left from the prior checkout. Every time we ask for extra towels, we needed to call back more than three times; the first night we waited, and no one ever came. We were lied about being transferred to another room, they will tell us that they will call us back, and never would call us back. When we called the front desk back, they would say that the rooms were all booked and there was no manager on duty. Upon checkout, we were told that the room will be audited, and that a manager would give us a call back regarding this issue, and as I received my receipt at 8:30 AM on Sunday, morning I also noticed transactions that we did not even charge. I'm shocked to have experienced this at a Hilton hotel.

AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL. worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in for multiple reasons. The staff was so unhelpful and plain rude and made me feel so uncomfortable. Also, the air conditioning was BROKEN ALL NIGHT. The rude ladies at the front did not tell us about the air conditioning problem. In fact, when I was checking out and politely told the front desk lady about the air conditioning issue, she said “we have a sign.” Except, there was no sign the previous day. Just overall awful and never stay at such an awful place.

Wondering why this hotel in a prime location is so cheap? I'll tell you: The room was $100 per night The parking is $35/45 per vehicle per night The deposit is $75 per night Early check-in $75 No shower gel or shampoo Called guest services from room at 10 pm placed on hold for over 5 minutes. Called from my cell phone and it was answered by the same person and asked how she could assist. I told her that my shower gel/shampoo was empty and that I had been on hold from the room phone for awhile. Annaya said "Ok" and hung up. I waited for over 20 minutes. I called the corporate number for assistance and got a nice lady. But when she connected the call the manager was making a nasty comment calling me "silly" for calling after waiting over an hour for soap. I waited another hour for a very nice man to bring me soap and shower gel.

I stayed for 2 weeks while on a project. The staff was great. A shout out to Tony, who helps get the breakfast area ready - always has a smile & a good word. They coffee is available before they opened for breakfast. The room was clean & housekeeping did a nice job. A live singer on several evenings was a nice touch. Note that the parking garage has very tight corners, so a larger vehicle might struggle to get between levels.

I really like my stay at Embassy Suites at Buckhead. It was very close to shopping and restaurants. Easy access to the highway. It was also very close to Path 400. The buffet breakfast was decent. I wouldn't go around 9:15-9:30 especially on the weekends. The lines are super long. I thoroughly enjoyed my room. I could see Stone Mtn from my room! It had a 6 person conference table and couch in the front room and a good-size bedroom. The bathroom has a walk-in shower and lighted mirror. My only issue was the lack of housekeeping. The trash cans are super small and my takeout boxes from 1 night was too much for 1 can. It was inconvenient and not horrible.

Room Quality - I paid for an upgraded room that had holes in the bedroom wall and at the front door. Although my upgrade was for a city view, my view consisted of parking lots. Housekeeping - I observed and eventually had to clean several strands of hair from the shower walls. Requested clean-up, fresh towels, and soap and only received towels. Trash cans in lobby/elevator to garage areas were overflowing daily. I walked past the same cups and hair accessory on the floor from check-in on the night of day 1 to check out the morning of day 4. It was clear that quality assurance and maintenance were not important factors at this location. Customer Service - I sent a message regarding my concerns during my stay and the response I received did not offer any effort to correct, but said to let them know if they could do something to make my stay better next time. As if I would return! I went to the front desk and inquired if Kyle (the person who replied) was a manager. Kyle informed me that she was not, and that was the message her supervisor told her to send. Her excuse for there being no attempt to rectify the situation was that people usually come to the front desk when they have a problem. That was a poor excuse! After calling down for assistance and only receiving towels and having to clean the bathroom myself, it made no sense to stand in a long line to complain again therefore a complaint in writing made more sense to me. My digital key didn't work, and when I requested to have a key brought up to me so that I could get in, I was told no and to come back down! As clearly stated , customer service and quality were truly lacking. I have frequented the Hilton brand for business and personal trips for many years, and I specifically favor the Embassy Suites whenever possible. However, this by far was the worst experience I have had. I definitely expected better in Buckhead, especially as a Hilton brand. Despite those issues, I will say I did appreciate and enjoy the gym, complimentary breakfast, and happy hour.

Staff was wonderful. Breakfast was very slow but very good. However, my room smelled like an ash tray. I hardly slept at all. It was my first time here so I don't know if all the rooms smell like this or not but it was really bad. I will certainly not return, which is too bad because the staff was so great.

It was great overall. I loved the breakfast omelette and the drinks, we were pretty full after. The bathroom was clean, the bed was clean, and we slept pretty well. The service at the front desk was fine, but something happened with the card use and the person at the front desk, but I wont get into it. Just make sure you have your card the entire time because you only need to use the device on the table.

Everything was pretty nice. Our tub in our room would not plug completely so it basically had a slow drain while I was trying to soak. That's room 1222. The outside pool water is cold, but the outside jacuzzi is awesome. Room service workers were really nice. Valet guys very nice. Inside of hotel looks nice with the black and white theme. Outside view from our room was awesome.

Everything was amazing. The King room was beautiful. The amenities were great. The complimentary breakfast and evening reception were both great and a wonderful addition to such an enjoyable stay. The staff were all great, with the exception of the individual male that oversaw the omelet station (at times he was very snappy). The staff memeber named Tony was the perfect example of great customer service and professionalism. He was attentive and helpful and made getting breakfast a delightful experience! He deserves a special raise or something in my opinion. Front desk staff were all kind and helpful. I would definitely come back here again.

Rooms were not available at check in, which made us rushed to an advent. Shower did not drain properly and shower head was cheaply made and didn’t spray well. Staff at the breakfast buffet were overwhelmed and couldn’t keep up with food for the number of guests. Long lines to get food and food was not available in some cases. Our room was ok and we slept well. We thought the location was good and had easy access to the Marta.

Last week I've stayed in this hotel for a work conference for almost a week. The room was very big, lot of space for your stuff! It was also very pleasant that you could close the door between the bedroom and the living room, so you didn't hear noice from the hall. Most of the personnel was kind , especially Tony! He worked every morning very hard with a smile, enthusiastic and very service oriented. Thank you, Tony!

This by far has been one of the best Embassy Suites my fiancé and I’ve stayed at and we have booked stays at many of them. The room and the entire hotel was extremely clean. Everything was just perfect. From the valet crew, to the front desk receptionists, to the hotel staff, on down to the cook and the server, everyone was pleasantly friendly and helpful. I have absolutely no complaints! Whoever is running this hotel, you’re doing a great job! You can always tell businesses with great management because it shows through the staff. Molivia & Jose R.

I complained about a noise with the HVAC panel and it was not addressed. When I returned to my room late that night, the noise was so loud that I had to pack up all of my belongings and change rooms. To make matters worse, the next room they gave me, the key did not even work! It also had a do not disturb sign on the outside. The next room they gave me was fine. Room 626 should not rented out until this noise issue can be resolved. I told the checkout person and she still charged the full amount but said that some reimbursement in the form of points would be given to me. I spent over an hour trying to fix something I shouldn't have and was very inconvenienced very late at night. I texted the person that sent me a text and not only did she not understand if I had even stayed there or not ??? But she also said I would be getting points within “24 hours”. 5 days later and still nothing. Hilton charged me full price and made me “work” for them for 3 hours over 6 days to remedy this?? What makes this matter even worse is that I also recommended this hotel to my sales team, 4 of them, and 2 of them have a higher loyalty level than I do and they did not even receive the perks they should have - water and candy. Bad service, worse management, and even worse follow up.

Got upgraded to a king suite! Room was clean and comfortable and the staff was friendly. The breakfast buffet was really tasty especially the bacon. The location is perfect for a variety of activities in the downtown, midtown area. I really enjoyed my stay and would stay again.

Absolutely amazing views!! It was overall a very luxurious feeling stay and this was my first time in Atlanta. Not to mention the beyond superb service specifically from J! He went above and beyond to not only welcome us but to help up with anything we needed when it was needed on the days he worked while we stayed here. He definitely needs a raise in all aspects of the word raise!! He cracked jokes to make us feel comfortable, it felt like he was family. Again he definitely deserves a raise and I loved my stay!! 10/10 would highly recommend.
