Eh. There are better salons out there. The tech quality is decent, but I’ve NEVER had dip nails break as much as I’ve experienced from this salon’s techniques. They charge extremely inconsistently; if I went in on the weekdays I wouldn’t get charged for a soak off or even a repair, but if I went in on the weekends I’d get nickeled and dimed for everything. I once got charged for a nail extension (1) they previously repaired that they didn’t charge me for originally (?????) the next time I went in. It also seems like they put a lot of emphasis and attention into “influencers” who come in and post videos and pictures of the salon and neglect other customers. They’re also just not organized or considerate. The 4 times I have been here I’ve gotten dip powder. I would ask techs and employees which swatches the dip colors were and they would look at me like I had 2 heads, or tell me they didn’t know. I would proceed to pick a color, and they’d get irritated with me that it wouldn’t be a dip color, because they’d have to match the gel color I picked out. I’ve also been told that I would have a 20 minute wait with an appointment, and when I finally sat down a tech told me the entire time I was getting my nails done that they’d move me over to get a pedicure at the same time, and they never did. Just odd. For the amount of money you pay here, the place should be more comfortable and well run, but it isn’t. It’s not a terrible salon, but you’re much better off spending your money elsewhere. Especially when getting your nails done is already so time consuming.

Don’t waste your time or money here. Came here two weeks ago with my friend and we spent over 2.5 hours in the salon for appts for pedicure and gel manicure. I left without even getting my gel mani done, because the girl that was doing my nails doesn’t paint and I had to wait for one of the other workers. My friend asked “what is going on” and they explained that they were understaffed and I would have to continue to wait. The girl that did my pedicure was the same girl and cut me three times where I was bleeding. She had no idea what she was doing and asked me for advice on how she should file my nails. I will never return here.

This cute salon is conveniently located in Buckhead. The decor and atmosphere is amazing. The chairs at the pedicure station are a little uncomfortable but very cute. The woman who did my nails took her time and she was friendly. Highly recommend this salon especially when compared to other Buckhead nail salons in the area.

From out of town and needed to get my toes painted, not a full pedicure, last minute. I did a walk in but called ahead of time to check if that was ok. Owner was friendly enough on the phone and said yes. The owner and her staff were not so friendly in person- made me wait 45-50 min before being seen and pretended like I wasn’t there the entire time. Just made me sit around. After 45-50 min of waiting, I was finally seated. Lots of small chit chat between employees and zero sense of urgency. I saw how friendly she was with with her other clients vs. me probably because I wasn’t giving her the money she wanted! My recommendation would be to tell clients what their wait time looks like ahead of time.

I booked for the “fast” mani/pedi. Pedi took 45 mins and looked great but after being talked into doing hard gel on my nails i sat there for THREE hours. I also was told the hard gel would last 4-5 weeks and it ended up only lasting 2. Waste of time and money and I was overcharged as the rest of the team left when the salon closed while the girl doing my mani and i stayed an hour later. The girl who did my nails even asked someone how to check me out before they all left and i’m pretty sure she charged me way more than she was supposed to. such a weird experience at a “high end” nail salon i will not be returning

I love Gloss. Manicures are always perfect and the owner has the latest safest & newest products. Staff is friendly & helpful and I always meet great women:)

Gloss Salon is the best! The atmosphere is super cute (& clean) and the staff are all really friendly. They do such a great job and pay attention to details. Tracy in particular is wonderful at manicures; specifically ombré style and nail art.

I am amazed every time at how flawless my nails look. Tracy’s attention to detail is impeccable. Everyone that has done my nails at Gloss does an amazing job, and I couldn’t recommend them enough!

Do not recommend. Started going to this nail salon February 2023, and service plus costumer service was good. I’m not sure what is going on with salon as of recently but last 2 experiences but been nothing but horrible. I normally book with Lisandra, last time I booked with her in August I arrived on time to my appt to find her working on someone else as I arrived and she saw me but didn’t have decency to say she would be unable to help me that day. I had to get up and speak with owner about after an hour of waiting. Abby ended up doing my nails super sweet person, I am in my third trimester of pregnancy and it was extremely inconsiderate of owner and Lisandra to keep me waiting. Fast forward to last week I booked with Lisandra again, to find her working on someone else when I arrived 10 min early to my appt, front desk employee sat me and about after 10 min of waiting I walked over to Lisandra to ask how much longer would I need to wait for her, and she very nonchalant said mmm about 30 minutes. No apology, no sense or urgency, nothing. No point of booking an appt when clearly it does not matter. Abby ended up doing my nails again, and although Abby is the sweetest person and has great costumer service I was so unhappy with how my nails turned out. She did ask did I want to start over but after an 1:30 min of being there I had no patience left in me. So sad to be disappointed with this salon, I gave them second chance thinking that day was just off but clearly not. Will not be returning. If you value time and want good costumer service this is not the place,

I love this little nail salon so much. It’s small but intimate. It gives off a very sophisticated and chic atmosphere. I’ve always walked out with a great experience. The owner is super friendly and nice, she even gave me a free scrub because of how long I had to wait for my pedicure. 10/10 highly recommend.

Thomas did absolutely amazing. I came in with an idea but had trouble finding the color and he made my idea come alive. Thank you @GlossTheNailLounge
