It has been an extremely long time since I have been here. Sad they don't make Mu Chu Chicken anymore. I had the Shrimp Dumplings, Veggie Spring Rolls and Honey Crisp Chicken with fried rice. Didn't care for the Honey Crisp Chicken, was really crisp nor honey, tasted lemony and soggy, just ate the fried rice around it. The sauce with the Shrimp Dumplings had a nice spice kick. My favorite part is the Oolong hot tea, delicious subtle smooth taste.

Today we decided to dine here. The food was amazing , the service from our sever Andrea was SENSATIONAL! She allowed us to try multiple drinks that were also great. Drinks from the strawberry lemonade sweet tea, to an amazing tasting Arnold Palmer. I recommend if you are looking for an amazing time and great food with even better service. Come to this restaurant and see the server Andrea. She will make your time here with every penny spent. THANKS ANDREA!!!

Dined here for the first time on Friday evening and it was horrible. They were out of so many menu items! Don’t take late dinner guest (830pm) rsvp, if you’re going to be out of everything. It’s hard enough not eating pork or seafood, so the last thing I want to deal with is having to try and find a substitute menu item. Our server was dull and the service was slow.. maybe she way new. She did start to open up towards tip time. She also didn’t explain to us that the rice is shared amongst the table in one or two large bowls. It might be on the menu, but so were the other food options that didn’t exist that night—so an explanation would have been nice. Besides it’s 2022 and I’m paying to share food during Covid? Absolutely ridiculous. Food was mediocre but I also didn’t want what I ordered, just got it because they didn’t have what I wanted.

I am just sad that I chose this place to take my son on his 16th birthday. It was a week day and we still made reservations to make things go smoothly. Once we walked in and stood at the front without anyone there, we should have left after ten minutes but we didn’t. For a pretty much empty restaurant it was hard to get anything through out the night. After an hour wait, we got our dinner. It felt like the family would have had a better time at Chick-fil-A and have gotten better service. We paid and went out side to take a family photo not near the restaurant so we can try and forget we ate there.

Came to go to Costco after a very long day at work to shop and decided to stop in and have lunch instead. We were sat quickly and Claudia was our waitress. It's been years since I've been to P.F. Chang's. The ambiance was cool. The food was amazing and the service was great, our fave appetizers are the dynamite shrimp and the Brussel sprouts without the nuts. We definitely love the bowls too. If i could make the suggestion to the store it would be bring back the apple apple crunch i was dad that it was discontinued. We tried a bunch of drink and so far my fave drink is the Down the rabbit hole. The old fashioned is good too if you like more sweet than strong which I do. Stop in and ask for Claudia.

Had a great dinner here with John. He had some of the best service we received on our trip. The food was excellent!! Loved our main dishes and would love to come back. We were a bit frustrated as the hostess made us wait 15 minutes when the restaurant was empty. Other than that, the experience was amazing.

Empty plates! It was great! We ate it all. We had chicken lettuce wraps for an appetizer. Honey chicken is great! So good! And Kailyn was a great waitress… very attentive and energetic!

Long wait even with reservations! Very slow, appetizers and meals trickled our over a 2 hours plus time frame! They forgot the dipping sauce. Lettuce wrap (not pictured was scorched and were sent back. Steamed and pan fried shrimp dumpling (not pictured) were very good!

Came out here for our anniversary. Service was remarkable. Brianna was friendly, fast, and attentive. Got the crispy green beans as an appetizer. Had the sesame chicken and the wagyu beef as our main dishes. Also had the crab rangoons, the pork egg rolls, and the short ribs with a coleslaw. All the food was cooked very well and tasted great. Everything was absolutely delicious. This was our first time eating at this establishment, and I have to say it could not have been better. It was a slow evening on a Monday, or so it appeared. Total cost before tip was 120.00

I havent been in YEARS and I remembered why. Tastes exactly like a chain restaurant. Boiled beef in a bag that has been frozen for months. CHEWY CHEWY! I’m actually convinced they heated up their frozen meal kits they sell in grocery stores and slung it on a plate. You’re paying for the atmosphere and not the food quality. The service was painfully slow and our drinks took eons to arrive. Mall food court Chinese tastes better and for a fraction of the cost. Please don’t waste your money here!!!!

Kaih was our server and he was absolutely so sweet. He was very intensive and noticed when we needed more water. He also brought out our food and made sure we had a great time.

This was not IT! I thought P.F. was supposed to be the height of Asian fare? Evidently not here. The service was ok but the food was sorely lacking especially for the price. The braised short ribs with pineapple rice had very little flavor and more fat on the beef than I could stand. The pork fried rice was also mediocre. Truthfully we could've gotten better Chinese food on Old National!

We had a fabulous time here! The restaurant is spacious, clean, and comfortable. The staff are awesome they are so attentive and thorough!! Our dinner was absolutely amazing 10/10. The Gluten-free options are great and they all actually taste good which is impressive! There are plenty of parking options when you arrive and the ability to reserve a table ahead of time online.

Our food was really good. My wife has never been here before so we decided to try it out when we got done with the mall. Our timing was around lunch so it was pretty quick. We got a variety of menu items since we sample as much as possible to determine if the review is fair. Our server was attentive to our needs and all the food was excellent.

It's been well over 8 years since I dined at P.F. Chang's. My friend recommended we stop in for lunch. I had the chicken lettuce wraps and the Mongolian beef bowl. Just as good as I remember! The service was quick and friendly and I was quickly reminded why I used to love coming here so much! Delish!

Great food & atmosphere - their lettuce wraps, Mongolian Beef & Japanese Old Fashioned were delicious. And our waiter, Marcus, was knowledgeable, friendly, provided excellent service and provided a fun amount of banter. Overall, it was one of my top 10 dining experiences!! 👏🏼👏🏼

I love this P.F. Chang’s! I eat here often and the food is always freshly made and delicious. I always ask for Onyx because she always makes sure I have everything I need! The sweet tea is actually sweet and I love the fried calamari fried a little extra crispy and ask for the green beans sauce with them! Love this location I will be back again as always !!! Great job you guys!

We went after service to celebrate my nephew birthday. The waitress, Andrea, was beyond exceptional. She gave me a good choice for food and drinks. The food was excellent, and the portions of food were just right. If I am on that side of town (Cumberland Mall), I will go back.

I was so excited for my husband to take me here. This was my first visit. We had fried green beans, which was absolutely delicious. I ordered oolong tea, which tasted like peach. It was not what I ordered, but it was good. Then our soup came. Mine was so salty I couldn't eat eat. Our waitress brought me another, which was delicious. My husband ordered the street noodles with chicken and shrimp but was told they ran out of noodles. So he settled for the salt and pepper shrimp. I ordered the Cantonese lobster in butter sauce. When the food came, it looked beautiful. But to eat mine was impossible. It did not come in a butter sauce. Instead, it tasted like a vinegar chili sauce that was so saltyI couldn't even eat it. My husband's food was a little salty but tolerable. We just dusted off some of the seasoning. The manager saw that I wasn't eating and asked what happened. She offered another, but I declined. After we ate my husband's shrimp, the manager adjusted the bill we paid and left. This experience left a bad taste in my mouth, literally. Sorry to say, P.F. Chang.... I will never come again. Highly disappointed!!

Excellent service and great food. I sat at the bar. There was no wait for the bar when I arrived. The tender was fantastic. I highly recommend the vegetarian lettuce wraps. It was all very tasty.

My daughter and I went for a quick bite during grocery shopping at Costco. Our waitress, Andrea, greeted us promptly she was informative and helpful. My daughter had a strawberry Hennessy Margarita which was referred by Andrea and my daughter loves. I myself had a drink with no name (that’s what it is called on the menu) and it was delicious. I ordered Chang Spicy Chicken and it was flavorful. My daughter ordered Crab and Pork Belly Fried Rice which she enjoyed and definitely recommend to others since it’s on their seasonal menu. All in all, we had a wonderful experience

    P. F. Chang has been a favorite eating spot of mine since the first time I ate there a long time ago! The food has consistently been great! The drinks always taste good! The service has been impeccable! My wife and I went there for dinner on our 33rd wedding anniversary and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves! Veronica was our server and she was fantastic. I will be returning to eat here again soon.

I had Korean Glass Noodles (Sweet potato glass noodles, onion, mushrooms, bell pepper, egg, sweet-spicy sauce with chicken and shrimp.) It was delicious and light but not spicy at all. I also had the dynamite shrimp and the Brussels sprouts for an appetizer but were delish. My server was great.

Chain restaurant but still great food! We had pork dumplings for appetizers. They were delicious. The server suggested the Kyoto Bloom cocktail. It was refreshing and such a balanced drink. It has sake and gin with a great balanced flavor. I would definitely order again. My son got the Mongolian beef and I went with beef and broccoli. The food and service was really good.

Ordered delivery. The food came as promised through Doordash. The Wonton soup is to die for! Fresh spinach, chicken chunks, shrimp, bamboo shoots, and those delicious wonton! We also got a lettuce wrap appetizer with chicken and another delicious sauce for dipping. My wife got the Mongolian beef with brown rice, I got the same with fried rice. Delicious! The beef is like pieces of steak, plus the green onion pieces. By far the best Mongolian beef too! She also got the egg drop soup, which very good. My son got the Pepper Steak with green, red peppers and white rice. Fresh and delicious again. Just an outstanding meal. Only thing that would make it better would be to eat in the restaurant.

The absolute worst experience.. I made a reservation for 9:15pm on Valentine’s Day , I got there at 9:11pm told the hostess and she informed me they were running behind and it will be another 20 minutes before we will be seated ( party of 2 ) .. long story short she didn’t check us in , they close at 10 we didn’t get seated until 10:40 .. food took another hour to come out just for them to reheat some food that was left by door dash and bring it out to me .I know this because when I told the waitress my food was cold she asked me if I wanted them to reheat it AGAIN. then offered us to take home some food that door dash never came and picked up and the Food was ice cold .. The waitress then came back out and told me they were out of white rice . My wife ordered shrimp fried rice and when they brought it out to her it was made with brown rice and the rice was burnt , mind you they never informed us they were out of white rice until after they brought out our food . I asked another waiter to speak to a manger and he stood there and stared at me and never went to get the manager . I had to wave the manger down myself just for nothing to happen food was disgusting literally a fancy Panda Express .. we didn’t leave until close to 1:00am the next morning .. there was broken glass being kicked around by the waiters and customers . Just awful experience will never go back.. it was dirty and bad customer service

I just received the ultimate experience. Please ask for Abelito the next time you come visit and be sure to order The Ornament as well. My food was delicious too. We really really enjoyed our evening. Again, be sure to ask for Abelito. He will take excellent care of you.

The bartender tonight 12/27 was understanding and patient as the kitchen was severely behind on orders. He had the drinks flowing and kept a positive attitude despite other guest frustrations. I LOVE "Changs" and visit when I'm in town from Delaware. The food & drinks were worth the wait 🥂👍🏽😊

First time eating here, I order pepper steak and fried rice. And it was really delicious, have some leftover. Even though there was a long wait time and they only had 1 chef at the time we arrived, the staff was very pleasant and upfront with the situation
