The trail is very nice but the park itself is a bit sketchy. A lot of homeless make the covered areas their residence. The playground, and all play areas for that matter, could use a good pressure washing. The baseball field looks nice but no rec sports are offered by this park. There's no public engagement from the city at this park. Which is unfortunate because our community needs it! Maybe a burger/hot dog day in exchange for the community to come out and clean up the park while meeting the neighbors. Just a thought...

While the side with the dog parks is nice and big, the rest of the park is massive on scale, and beautiful to say the least. Parking lot is a bit tricky to pull into, coming off of the main road. Just make sure you're going slow, and enter through the entrance to the right of the swimming pool/rec center. There is a ravine where the dogs can fetch sticks and run uphill to return them. If anything, this is the perfect park to tire those little furry balls of energy out. If you're a nature person or a photographer, later afternoon / sunset is the perfect time to be here. Autumn turns the trees a beyond amazing color, and it's worth exploring. Have fun!

It's a reasonably nice and simple park for the area with semi-friendly regulars peppering the landscape...

It was fun a few hobos but they don't bother you. I Love the outdoors especially for working out! It even has a dog park in addition, a playground for kids. The park itself is pretty huge. Follow my fitness page on Instagram: businessminded_fitness for workout sessions! πŸ¦‹

Could not find the restrooms if there are any. Nor did I notice a picnic area. The first field before the hill is a great space for kickball etc green & clean.

Nice park with trails, pool, parking lot, playground, picnic tables, and dog park. Unfortunately the city and community has let this place deteriorate.

Great place for a brisk walk, afternoon swing or take a seat on a park bench to read. Didn't see any restroom so I can't confirm that.

We had some time to kill with a dog we were transporting to Atlanta International airport And wanted to give our passenger some time to run free before her long trip. The dog park was clean with easy access and close to our destination. Will use this park any time we are in the area. Only drawback was no access to public restrooms for us humans.

We went to the dog park. It was very well-maintained. Plenty of dog bags, lots of well-cut grass, and plenty of shady areas. Even has a hose and baby pool, along with a dog water fountain for fresh water. Great experience. Will definitely return.

I live in the neighborhood and use the Dog Park regularly, but the rest of the park is really wonderful as well. A nice walking trail and tennis & basketball court as well.
