This
facility
has
gone
down
the
toilet.
I
originally
joined
this
location
back
in
2006
when
it
opened
and
I
remained
a
member
through
2020.
I
canceled
my
membership
because
the
facility,
the
staff
and
the
quality
of
patrons
declined
significantly.
Fast
forward
to
November
2023.
I
moved
back
on
this
side
of
town
and
decided
to
visit
each
gym
to
figure
out
which
I’d
join.
My
son
and
I
signed
up
for
the
complimentary
day
pass
and
we
met
with
Harold.He
was
sitting
behind
a
desk
(front
desk
unmanned)
and
I
felt
like
he
was
bothered
by
our
presence.
I
told
him
that
my
family
of
four
would
possibly
want
to
join
again
and
that
we
wanted
to
check
out
the
facility.
There’s
no
other
word
to
describe
Harold
except
for
rude.
I
was
told
that
I
could
not
use
the
day
pass
since
I
was
a
former
member
and
he
offered
no
alternatives.
I
was
willing
to
pay
just
to
check
it
out
prior
to
joining
but
he
left
a
very
disgusting
taste
in
my
mouth
with
his
sense
of
entitlement,
lack
of
customer
service
and
slick
mouth.
He
ultimately
gave
me
a
pass
since
my
son
(minor)
was
allowed
to
use
his.
After
that
terrible
experience,
the
facilities
were
even
more
terrible
than
Harold.
There’s
original,
rusted,
screeching
&
dirty
equipment
that
is
in
the
same
spot
that
I
found
it
in
2006.
This
location
is
by
far
the
worst.
My
family
and
I
joined
Planet
Fitness
in
U/C.
Great
experience
upon
entering
the
facility.
Follow
up:
Harold
called
to
follow
up
3
weeks
later
and
introduced
himself
as
Camp
Creek
LA
Fitness.
I
asked
whom
I
was
speaking
with
and
he
repeated
name
of
the
facility
and
not
his
name.
GET
THIS
GUY
SOME
BASIC
TRAINING.
