The food here is always good! On this visit I had my favorite... magic mushroom soup. Yummy!

I hate to give this place such a low rating, because their pizza is really delicious. But my partner and I order pizza for pick-up pretty frequently because we live in the area. When we order, Mellow Mushroom gives us a time to be there in order to get our food (usually an hour out, which is fine). Nearly EVERY time we've come to pick up, we have had to wait 25+ minutes for our order to come out AFTER we get there. It's frustrating, and there have been several times where we had to wait 40 minutes after arrival. At first, at just chalked it up to a staff or management mistake. But after a while, it became clear this is a pattern. Very disappointing.

Pizza was yummy, staff was good and welcoming. The ambience is quite cool and the location of this outlet is really close to all the offices located near by. They do have veggie pizzas and it’s tasty.parking might be a problem here

First time visiting a Mellow Mushroom and based on the food and superior customer service, this will become our go-to pizza restaurant. The restaurant space is immaculate and very large. Great beer selection and phenomenal pizzas! After an ordering error, we had the pleasure of meeting the manager Nick. When I realized a very small error in my topping order, Nick treated me as the most valued guest and immediately went to the kitchen and started another pizza. He insisted that he wanted my family to have the best experience and did it with a sincere smile. Thank you Nick and everyone for a delicious meal and, more so, a warming first Mellow Mushroom experience!!

I don't understand. We ordered online and was told that the pizza would be ready at 5:33pm. It's currently 6:17pm. Still waiting. Something is either broken with the wait time estimates or something is broken in the kitchen. Eitherway, waiting for going on an hour for pickup after the pickup time is unacceptable. Literally watching people walk in and out with their pickup orders...and no updates on our order. UPDATE: order filled at 6:30, and part of the order was missing (was eventually fixed). Employee took our printed receipt and promised to give to manager to give us a discount.

IT WAS abit weird being in Mellow Mushroom little yo no people in there they were usually packed before the pandamic.

Pretty tasty food! Slow service for an empty restaurant. Ordered a small and was pretty filling! Consist of 4 slices and nice hearty toppings.

Omg sooooo good. I got a half and half Mushroom and Buffalo chicken pizza. Trent the bartender was super nice and friendly too! And they use paper straws 😊

Ordered to go and it said "ready in an hour". Fine. Got there and called to tell them I was there to pick up and that I was in stall 1 for curbside. The *rudest* person answered and told me they were very busy and it would be a long time. Geez. Fine. Waited for almost another hour! In that time I *saw* them bring out other orders to the curbside, so it's not like no one saw me out there waiting. Finally went in and asked about it. They seemed to have a bit of trouble finding the order since it was placed online. I waited a bit more and finally got my COLD food. -_- Maybe if it's *so* busy that you can't handle to go's, you shouldn't accept them! Turn online ordering off if you can't handle it!!

Wish I could give this place 5 stars because I do love their pizza, however, they need to figure out the online ordering system. I ordered a pizza and Greek salad for pick up at 11:45 on a weekday. The salad was boxed up and ready to go, but they hadn’t even started the pizza when I walked in at 11:40. The place had a total of 5 customers at the time, not busy at all. More than slightly frustrating when you’re on a tight schedule and that is why you planned ahead and placed the order to pick up by a certain time.

Today was my first experience with the store. My company had a catering order for 75 people that was canceled by a different restaurant about an hour before scheduled delivery. This was an absolute nightmare. I called the store and asked if there was any way they could help us out and deliver enough food for 75 people with about an hour and a half time. Nick, the catering manager, completely save the day. He gave us the variety that we needed helped us figure out vegan options and delivered the food in less than an hour and a half from the time that we called him. Nick had an amazing attitude and was an excellent representation of this mellow mushroom store. My company and I will be very loyal customers from here on out. Thank you Nick!!

We had a party in their back room on a Friday night at 6:30. THEY WERE FANTASTIC!! They designated 2-3 servers just for our party of 48 and never missed a beat. Our drinks came out quickly and so did the food. And everything was correct! Seriously, it’s a great place to host an event! Thank you Mellow Mushroom! We will be back!

This location is amazing - the staff, especially the bartender, Trent, always provide top tier service! Great pizza, atmosphere, and bar. Trent makes dining at the bar my preference with his great conversation, wonderful attitude, and service!

7pm Saturday night, was so glad not crowded. Social distance enforced, staff wore masks A+ We sat on the patio and service was great. I appreciated that our server recommended a specialty pizza based on the toppings we liked. Our pizza and salad were very good. I would give 5 stars, but am keeping one although this is no fault of the restaurant: there were several occasions of very loud motorcycles (with music blaring) passing slowly in the parking area below the open patio.

This is become one of our regular lunch stops due to their lunch special. Services is great, Pizza is very good, and it's an excellent value

We love going to this Mellow location- it’s our favorite post workout spot! Trent is such an amazing bartender! The food is consistently good for us, even though we have some food allergy modifications that need to be accommodated. They always do a great job.

Always a great spot for a work lunch or casual dinner. Trent will take awesome care of you at the bar. About 20 beers on tap, plus some cocktail essentials. I've done several networking lunches there and even worked for a few hours there just for a change of scenery.

I had a wonderful experience! My waiter Yoshi was awesome. He checked on us often and made sure we had everything we needed. When he was checking on his other tables the wonderful bartender Trent would check on us as well! He brighten my daughter's day up with his awesome personality! I wish I could have tipped them waaaaaaaaay more than I did. If you ever go up there they have a wonder staff that will definitely make your day better. Thank you all for the great experience and we will be back!

Kitchen staff not wearing a hat/hairnet/ anything to keep hair out of food. Condensation pouring through a light fixture behind bar. Food wait time 3x longer than expected. Friendly and polite wait and bar staff keep this review from being lower.

Some of the best food I’ve ever had hands down

As good as expected with a good selection in their menu. The service it’s a bit messy but they are friendly. After many visits I noticed they take longer when I sit at the terrace but it’s nice to be outside on a good day. Their salads are huge, even the small sizes. Their desserts are good and topping the browning with ice cream makes it for a great decadent choice. $$

I usually go for pizza, but had a Greek salad and it was fantastic. I liked the outdoor patio for our lunch.

Food was good, quiet time of day, so there was not wait. Overall Sarah was a good server. I did experience a order issue, but she was able to correct it with minimal effort. Thanks Sarah!

Sarah is the absolute BEST bartender!! Go get the Go Pink you will not be disappointed!! It’s bomb and Sarah knows what her customers like!! It’s also for a great cause.. The manager is outstanding unfortunately I forgot his name but he helped his team out by being our server until they freed up!! First time at this location, will NOT it be my last!!!

We were hesitant to go and my husband insisted. The bartender, Sarah, was so happy and welcoming, I felt at ease immediately. She was attentive, kind, and fast. We enjoyed the food, and, though we were slow to order, she never rushed us. When I was unsure about which wine to choose, she gave me samples to try. We will definitely make this a regular place!

Hannah, our waitress, was super warm, sweet and welcoming. I can’t boast enough about her outstanding service. I hope to be back with more people and request her as our server. I can definitely tell she went above and beyond for our experience to be a good one but it was a great one. Please, upper management, don’t let her warm personality die off. Cherish her.

First time here and it was amazing! I went out a Saturday night and they were busy. The manager took care of us for majority of the night. Stacey, the bartender, makes an amazing drink. I had several of the speciality drink, Go Pink. If you visit during October, try it. I’ll definitely be back again.

Mellow Mushroom is already known for its great food and lively atmosphere, but the bartender I had the pleasure of meeting took my experience to the next level. From start to finish, Trent was attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely enthusiastic about making sure I had a great time. First off, Trent greeted me with a warm smile and made me feel welcome from the moment I walked in. He took the time to ask me about my preferences and helped me navigate the extensive drink menu with ease. Their knowledge of the different beer and cocktail options was impressive, and I appreciated the thoughtful recommendations they provided. Throughout my visit, Trent was incredibly attentive, checking in on me regularly to see if I needed anything else. He also great at striking up conversation and making me feel like a valued customer. The energy and enthusiasm they brought to the bar were infectious, and I could tell that he genuinely cared about making sure I had a great experience. Overall, I can't say enough good things about Trent. He is an absolute pro, and their excellent service made my visit all the more enjoyable. I would highly recommend Mellow to anyone looking for a great night out at this fantastic establishment.

Atmosphere was great and mellow. Got the brushetta and house pizza. Brushetta was GREAT and the pizza top 5 I have ever had. Becca was server/bartender and a great host.

You know how the large popcorn at the movie theaters will fit in a medium sized cup? I feel like this MM took a tip from that. The large pizza we ordered had to have been a medium or even small size dough stretched out as much as possible. Now, I love MM because the crust is like a godforsaken bonus meal in and of itself. Imagine my surprise when we opened the box and this is what greeted us. 3 stars because the bartender was attentive and friendly and the toppings were decent.

Their pizza is just ok. It’s a great size for a large. The salad was gross, wasn’t fresh. The cloud 9 wings were great, I recommend those. Our waitress was perfect.

Trent was our bartender and he was awesome! He made me the perfect drink based off what I was wanting. Very attentive, great service, and great conversation! He kept us laughing the whole time.

I have the two slice lunch special. Although the slices are very nice in size, the pizza definitely was not fresh. Definitely leftover slices. Mellow Mushroom used to be one of my favorite places. Very disappointed with my experience yesterday.

Food is good, but the service is abysmal. My husband and I came in for lunch on the 17th. The place was almost empty. It took our waitress 15 minutes to come out with my husband's drink, and 5 more for mine, and we just had tea. Once she brought mine, she told us they'd run out of ice. I used to be a server; if she'd told us up front that there would be a little bit of a wait, I wouldn't be griping, but to us, it just looked like she'd completely forgotten. She checked on us once after we got her food, but then vanished. We didn't eat fast. We took our time. So 15 - 20 minutes after we'd finished and put our plates at the edge of the table, we'd been trying to find her, but no dice. I was about to go walk up to the person at the host stand so we could ask for her when she finally showed up. This is the second time this has happened to us. I'll definitely still order from them, since it's one of the few pizza joints my husband and I can agree on, but I sure as hell won't be dining in again.

No Thank you! I will never go back to this location. I like this pizza and their calzones BUT I would REALLY APPRECIATE my toppings being spread evenly as possible on my pizza. ☹️Look at the all my ground beef on that one slice in the back.

The new waitress was wonderful. I think she was in training but was doing all the right stuff to help us have a quick lunch. My two slices of ham left something to be desired. Thin and no cheese or sauce on some of the slice.

The food was delicious but the service was kind of slow. I ordered my food online and it gave me a automated pick-up time. I came to the restaurant and the food wasn't ready for another 10-15mins. Also I asked for a gallon of peach tea and they gave me regular sweet tea.

It’s been several years since the last time I had Mellow Mushroom. Originally tried Mellow Mushroom for the first time in Blowing Rock, North Carolina. It has been my favorite pizza spot since I was a child. Luckily while on a business trip my hotel was down the street from a Mellow Mushroom in Windy Hill, GA and I just had to pay it a visit. Glad to report it did not disappoint. The Mighty Meaty is the best pie they have (in my opinion of course) but if plane cheese is your thing that’s great too. I went around 7 PM on a weeknight and it appeared they were getting much more carry out orders than dine in but the service was great and speedy as a result. Food was fresh and hot. Pizza is by default a bit lite on sauce. The venue had pop music and a full bar (with great specialty drinks).

Crispy wings hot. Spicy bbq thai ,mushroom soup. Veggie o pie Cosmic Karma Buffalo chicken pizza Blue cheese base. No swirl plain cheese extra cheese. Gluten free douhg sugar cookies chocolate chip cookies both a la mode

Not busy and they were slow getting food out. They made my pizza wrong and our server tried to charge me for it. We had to remind our server about bringing the checks and boxes. It took about 20 minutes just to get the checks and we had to hunt him down after we paid.

Maui Wowie is my favorite. Drinks could be better. And the server was meh, just O K A Y. Not great at all

I asked for a Greek pizza well they did not know how to make a Greek pizza, but other than that the family and I enjoyed Mellow Mushroom just not the Greek Pizza

Ordered 2 large pizzas last night 11/21/20 at 4:50PM (Pepperoni & Shiitake). They both tasted great but I ordered chicken with the shiitake pizza and paid almost $5 for the add on only to find no chicken. Giving 3 stars because the pizzas themselves were good but they technically stole $5 from me.

Amazing staff. From the moment we walked in the man who seated us was hilarious, the server Chris was obviously extremely busy but absolutely amazing and the manager Amanda even checked on us twice. Given what every restaurant is up against with covid and having to run minimal staff shifts I think they were brilliant. Chris was so great. It really felt like a team effort and I applaud every move you guys made today. Also the food....Dope! Thank you guys sincerely for a great experience. Keep pushing because people notice the difference from restaurant to restaurant and you guys are top echelon on work ethic!

My wife and I took our 2 boys to this location to celebrate my son making honor roll. Trent was our server and he was amazing from start to finish. Above and beyond customer satisfaction. We’d give him 10 stars if we could.

We come here a lot and honestly it's always a 5-star experience. We get the Pacific Rim every time we come. It's by far the best. However, we came in this time and our waitress seemed kind of nervous but was super sweet. We ordered the Pacific Rim, but when we received it, it was a pizza that had chicken on it and no jalapeños. We were pretty confused, but immediately checked the menu to see if there was a change to the recipe, but it was the same as ever on the menu. We didn't want to come off as rude, but our server assured us that it was the "specialty pizza" and it was correct. We just asked for some jalapeños, and didn't ask for the chicken to get taken off because we really didn't want to be rude and have the whole pizza remade. The kitchen just tossed a bunch of cold jalapeños on top. At that point we were pretty disappointed. We have never had an experience like this before at this location. We just wanted our favorite pizza, and we felt pretty bad after we were told that we were wrong.

I placed an order for curbside pick up and was told it would be ready at 8:07pm. I arrive at 8:09 and called to let them know what parking spot I was in. Trey said ok, I'll be right out. I'm in the car on the phone and realized it was 8:17pm and I was still waiting for my food. I called back in and Trey said he got stuck behind the bar. I understand staffing challenges, but communicate to me that it will be a moment because there are others in front of me. I would have felt better knowing that. I feel that if you can not accommodate curbside service it shouldn't be an option. My food was cold and this was unacceptable

Despite dealing with pandemic prorocols, the Mellow Mushroom is still providing friendly and caring service. When I first tried MM in 1976 on Peachtree St., near 26th St., I have always enjoyed the crust and fresh ingredients on the best pizza in Atlanta and beyond! Will, our server, was very attentive and allowed us the time to enjoy our birthday festivities. Thanks again for an enjoyable time.
