My husband made reservations for my birthday . Very disappointing he found a metal piece of dish scrubber in his whisky bacon . Manager took off . Service was great ! But the food did not live up to my expectations. Lobster was dry , did not taste fresh , my husbands seabass was just bland as it looked . Cream corn was ok. We were sat with the rest of Asian family by the bathroom . With open tables in the main area . At that point I knew this was not going to be a place I’d like to come back too .

Reservation process was easy. Immediately seated. Service was amazing. John was very attentive to our needs. Food portions were plentiful. One steak was more than enough for two people. Outstanding service all around... definitely will be back!!

We had a fantastic dinner at American Cut on a Friday night. My husband started with the french onion soup on special and I had the scallops. He had the filet mignon oscar and I had the halibut. We shared the mushrooms and a potato which was more than enough food.

My first time here and I had a great experience! Food was absolutely delicious. I got the surf and turf. My steak was cooked to perfection and the lobster was melt in your mouth good. Our waiter, Adam, was very attentive to our needs and provided top of the line service. Will definitely be coming back when I visit Atlantic City again!

This was an amazing restaurant with A great atmosphere, both visually appealing and friendly people. All the food was exquisite and top end. The prices are a bit expensive but what I would expect for such good quality food. Everything we had was perfectly cooked. The staff takes extra time to make sure you have everything you want and will customize anything. You’re willing to explain everything that you have questions about. I look forward to going back here for special occasions. Everything in the restaurant was very clean, organized, and well-kept.

First of all the staff here is good, our waiter Matt was great he was attentive and went over the menu pretty good. The food was delicious the crab cake appetizer was very tasty and had no fillers, the scallops were very tasty. My wife fell in love with the Collie flower they bring you the whole thing like you would get it at the supermarket with a sauce that puts it over the top.

Great service and atmosphere during our recent birthday dinner. I ordered the NY Strip while my wife ordered the Lamb Chops. Both were cooked to perfection. We shared the mashed potato side which was plentiful for both of us. Waiting staff was very attentive and cordial. Our water glass was never empty. Will definitely return again.

The hostess was rude, and couldn’t be bothered. the waiter was fantastic and explained the menu to us, The steak mealted in your mouth, drinks was great and strong. They bring you free bread it was not good. Overall I wouldn’t go back. I didn’t like the The atmosphere and the loud rock music that was playing in the background while I was eating my $130.00 steak.

This place was pretty good! Here for the weekend for some R&R. I got a dogfishhead beer and a Miller lite for my drinks. My buddy got an espresso martini. It was pretty average. There wasn’t much espresso taste, and it was kind of watery. I ordered the ribeye cut with garlic mash and my buddy ordered the filet with the 5 cheese Mac. Everything tasted great. Although for $80, I would say my steak was above average, but definitely have had better. The Mac and mash were awesome. The bread to start was fresh and very soft. The cream cheese spread they pair it with seems to be mixed with carrots, green onion, and some other ingredients. We had extremely good service the entire time which is always great. All in all I would say it’s worth a visit.

Awesome food and atmosphere, music is great when you enjoy your meal , had the oysters, very good and fresh, the shrimp, massive prawns that were very good but slightly frozen , chopped salad was very good , so much I couldn’t finish it , French onion soup was awesome, done to perfection, unfortunately I didn’t have the company budget for a ribeye but hope to be back soon, staff was great also , thank you!

I went to this steakhouse while it was referred to as the American Cut. Overall, I had a great experience the name at the time spoke highly of the trophied selection for nice cuts of meat. My wife and I shared a bone-in ribeye with some of the Lucious and delicate sides of fresh blue cheese, macaroni, French fries, and their in house bread.

Best steak I’ve been to in a long time. The wagyu meatball appetizer was phenomenal. We also had the filets which were both cooked perfectly with great flavor. The mashed potatoes tasted better than any homemade mashed potatoes I’ve ever had. Anthony was our server and he was THE BEST! So professional and knowledgeable! I would drive from Bergen County to AC just to eat there again!

Food was pretty good. I was expecting more. We ordered calamari as starter and it came out pretty soggy n was falling apart. My steak was good and also the Mac and cheese was good. Drinks were 10/10 I got the baby can you drive my car and it was pretty strong . I would of been lit with 3

I really wanted this to be better but honestly the steak was eh. Don’t get me wrong, service was amazing, the chopt salad was good! and drinks were PERFECT. Especially the dirty martini! But probably will not be returning for this price.

My husband and I enjoyed a luxurious steak dinner here. We try to go to a nice steakhouse any time we travel and we were pleasantly surprised to consider this to be one of the best we’ve encountered! I ordered a bone-in ribeye (my favorite cut) , and my husband had the NY strip au poivre. We shared garlic spinach, creamed corn, and a baked potato. Every single item was above average and excellent. Our steaks were cooked perfectly and were extremely tender and flavorful. The creamed corn and baked potato were both astonishingly delicious. We also enjoyed a great bottle of wine from their extensive wine list. I had a chocolate martini after dinner that was also exceptional. The interior of the restaurant is nice and offers a beautiful view of the ocean. We both felt that the table setups were a little cramped and crowded and we would have liked to enjoy some more room but it didn’t bother us enough to take enjoyment away from the experience.

Ate here for the first time. Beautiful and elegant space. Service was mediocre. Food was not great. (Specially for the price you pay). My lobster was salty (mind you, they give you a side of butter). My steak was tasteless and I asked for medium rare it was rare.

Day special: Beef ribs (without bones) was amazing taste with mashed potatoes, mushrooms, crispy onions. Excellent size and perfect serving. French onion soup absolutely perfect. Fantastic waiter, absolutely perfect. You need to try 🙏 very highly recommend

Amazing steaks! Melt like 🧈 super tender. Get the BACON!!! Some really expensive cuts if you want to go that route. Filets are always absolutely delicious!

The food + atmosphere + servers + experience was great. Highly recommend the crab cake and rib-eye. Will definitely come back.
