Great customer service. The C fell off of my wallet and when I contacted corporate, they said it would cost about $75 to repair. They suggested I attempt to return to the store, and that any transaction would be at the discretion of the store manager/team. I could not go to the store where I purchased it because I bought it while on vacation. I went to this store instead. They found the same wallet and easily exchanged it for me. I didn't even have the receipt! All I had was my credit card statement as proof from 6 months ago when it was purchased.

First time shopping here. Good experience. Got what I believe was a nice deal on a Med size tote bag. Customer service was good. Very clean organized store. I like how as you browse, anything you wish to purchase goes up front to the register, but your merchandise is kept in the back until your ready.

The store is adorable, my sales guy Kareem was great. I was there today 06/30/23 at 13:36:03. Three sales girls beyond the counter gave negative energy to me. Not sure why; they took their time approaching me for check out, as if I did not exist. I brought to items that were thrown into a brown bag. Everyone else in the store were smiling and friendly. I hope they do better to everyone.

Went down to the AC store and got my new big Jacquard Dempsey Tote 40in has Khaki and Black Multi…I’m in LOVE. The store was neat and clean. The sales woman was nice. I’ll be going back to get the denim Dempsey 40in!

Always a pleasant visit at this COACH OUTLET. On my every visit I find a little gem to purchase & exactly what I needed. This time I purchased a bag, & 2 wallets one of which is for my hubby. Tge sales associates are so helpful. Laren was able to find a black coach shirt in my bro in laws size in their stock room to go with the sneakers & cap. Looking 4ward to my next visit in the future. My sister purchased the cap, Tee shirt & sneakers for her her hubby, he loved it.

Worst coach experience I’ve ever had. Cashier's associate with the purple braids was giving me attitude when I asked if she could find any discounts on my account for my bday. Went back next day and she had the same attitude while checking out. She was smacking her gum and seemed annoyed I was even purchasing something.

Got a pair of rain boots for $59 price before sale was $130 nice staff clean store will be returning

I was at this establishment about 6 months ago. The greeter (aka security) seemed to stalk me the whole time I was there. I arrived at the store alone and was looking to purchase a book bag for my daughter. A black man walked in with locs about 15 minutes after I did and as I was looking thru the bags, the security guy walked over and asked me if I and the only other black man in the store were together. We looked at each other and laughed like ...HEY CUZ how are you!!?? SMH. THE AUDACITY of this dude assuming we were somehow together because we were both black with locs.🤷🏾‍♀️ This time my visit was seamless. I was greeted kindly at the door. I looked around for about 5 min before someone asked me if I needed assistance. I was helped with my 3 gift purchases and was very happy.

The story wasn't very busy. When I entered the store the employees were in a cluster and someone did greet me, but never offered assistance. Luckily I knew what I wanted and bought it and left. Maybe would have spent more if they would have offered some help. The cashier was the most helpful person in the whole store.

This store has so much energy in the summer months it's hard to step foot in and not feel like you are part of a handbag frenzy! I love the the open space and the quantity of bags. The quality will last many years and the brand itself is one of my favorites for durability. Check this store out.. if you want to score a stylish bag and save a ton of money !

My puppy chewed through my fabric coach bag strap, went in to see if I could purchase a replacement, and the employee found one and ended up giving it to me for free. Amazing customer service. Definitely will be a returning customer. Thank you!!!

Adequate. I had a coupon and saw my first BMW X6 parked out front. I bought a Peony handbag there and then went fir lunch. Helpful staff. Honored my coupon. I think I still have that bag and also fond memories at the Borgata.
