FIRE REAGAN!!!!!!!!! This lady was rude to me and my girlfriend the entire time. My girlfriend thought her size was too small and politely asked her to show her both but the lady had given us a rude look and walked away talking under her breath when getting another size. Also she rushed us out the store upon purchasing and didn’t even bag her ring, and IGNORED us when we asked. I want her gone. A lot of my friends gives this place business and she does not meet the standards of what I think pandora should hold their employees too. Fix her attitude or let her go, and train your employees to be more professional

Very conveniently located in the heart of tanger outlet mall in Atlantic City . They have some good collection of pandora charms . They also had rings … about 12$ for a ring wasn’t bad. Customer service was good . Quick and effective . Parking is crazy . No restrooms for customers . Overall a good experience 👏👏👍👍

I despise bad customer service. Been to literally a different Pandora store in multiple states over the past week of Pre Black Friday sales for Members. This is the ONLY location that is telling customers that they can NOT see the in store catalog because "we use it to scan". Have looked at the catalog in EVERY Pandora store over the last week. Decided to make the purchase elsewhere.

They are only able to take 4 people at once so you have to wait inline outside but aside from that my experience was nice. I got in and got out but... I did know what I wanted! Lol

Was able to get an item I saw online but the cashier didn't make me feel welcome. When I walked in, she let me know they were only taking cash, but gave me a look as if I couldn't afford anything. 2 stars only because I got the item without having to wait, but won't EVER go back to that store!! Online only for now and on💯

I like Pandora overall, nice jewelry, and usually the employees are nice, too. But NOT HERE. I was not alone and we were intended to actually buy stuff. There were people, but not like crazy crowd, and we were waiting for like 20 minutes until somebody would pay attention! I'm just curious, how you are making any money working THAT slow? Nobody even came over even after I asked. Nobody even gave us catalogs to look at while we wait. So we left. Incredible waste of our time and disrespect to the customers. And usually we buy more than 2-3 items. Just think about it.

Service was okay not the best on black Friday. Normal days the staff are very patient and welcoming

Staff was friendly. Jada was personable. However I was disappointed on how my full bracelet was cleaned.unlike the store I frequent in my hometown where they remove each charm & put into a machine. Usually taking a half HR or more while I shop. Bracelet n charm had gunk inside the charm openings & blackened clasp. Nasty!

We walked in and were treated nicely. It wasn’t until I walked away after my purchases that I noticed the manager and employee talking about how much I spent and both of them rolling their eyes. I get it. Commission based jobs are hard, but maybe it was the only money we had to spend at the time. You should want to make people feel special, not awkward.

Staff is always friendly and helpful. Very clean store. Lots of discounted jewelry

There was a deal for a free bracelet I think September 9th to 16th. The lady didn't tell us. When we came back she said sometimes we don't always allow the person to get free bracelets. If it's a deal you should get it. But she ended up giving us the free bracelet without us having to return none of the stuff we got.

I needed a gift and I know the recipient loves Pandora. The associate was so helpful the correct choice was made. Thanks so much!

I was able to find a nice gift for my granddaughter's graduation. She really loved it.
