Stayed at the Ardager on and off for 2 years now. I really like the place and the staff are almost always good. Rooms are clean, and much larger than a hotel room. Good thing with the Ardager rooms is the ability to open windows and let the breeze blow in. Some rooms also have access via door onto fire escapes giving y o u a small balcony. Safe and secure with many shops within easy walking distance.

Stayed for multiple months for work in the area. Apartments are clean, spacious, and provide basic needs. Management/maintenance is responsive, addressing requests quickly. I would be more comfortable with a softer couch and softer bed.

Service apartments are spacious and well ventilated. You get the best view of the city from the Bar.

Service level is very high, but they treated my fiancée like a call girl for six months, even after I spoke to staff and manager. First rate if you do not want a Kazakh to be treated with a modicum of respect. I met the owner and identified my issue. He remembered my fiancée as a former associate and confirmed that Kazakh women are treated by the Turk owner (Johnathan) as chattel. But the lights out front are beautiful in winter..

Comfortable apartments, friendly front desk service that speaks Kazakh, English and Russian. They offer quality room cleaning and laundry services everyday but sundays by default. Have gym, pool and sauna, which are nice and usually not crowded. All infrastructure facilities available nearby.

I like the big room with complete amenities, free gym, great wifi speed inside your room, and their caranel restaurant for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Although the restaurant, gym, and swimming pool is a walking distance outside the building of Ardager. Reception is very good to their customer. Overall, great hotel.

Good expensive hotel. Service is good with secure parking place. The food meal in restaurant are various and highly quality cooked, much delicious.
