If I couldn't give any stars I would have. Two incompetent and rude women at reception, fortunately the lady at the checkout tempers their gratuitous nastiness towards the patients. I absolutely don't understand their role. I will never wear a hair again. And the incredible delay of the doctor and his arrogance made me mouth B!!!! No excuses, no goodbyes! I strongly advise against going there…. I hate this place and these people who are all but caring!

I managed to make an appointment for the same day on doctolib and I do not regret my choice of center because I received a great welcome, despite some administrative problems on my part, and the nurse who took care of my injection was really helpful. I know that for some it is difficult to find respectful and open-minded caregivers so I recommend it to all my trans adults.

Chaotic care by this center. I arrived there was a public settling of scores between two doctors. No kindness and even shocking shortcuts in the “diagnosis”.

Dr Balique is a professional full of empathy, attentive and caring. Gently, she warns before each gesture she makes, and we feel so well welcomed and taken care of. Full of humanity and thoughtfulness, Dr. Balique is an extraordinary doctor!

I was seen at the health center for an open fracture of a toe with complications. From the first day I received a very warm welcome, from the reception secretaries, from one of the doctors, Ms Aucante and even more particularly from the nurses, notably Hélène, Lydie and Vanessa. Stitches could be done quickly and in a much more comfortable situation than in the emergency room. The care provided was truly beneficial and I was able to benefit from long-term follow-up without ever feeling abandoned (the follow-up having however lasted more than eight months). The nurses not only carried out the prescribed care perfectly, but they also guided me towards various solutions, supported me in administrative procedures, and played an intermediary role between me and the hospital where I had to have the operation. I was particularly touched by the great moral support that was provided which played a big role in mitigating the negative effects that this accident may have had on me. The health center brings together many health professionals, I was able to benefit from care for my fracture as well as psychological follow-up or other specialized care. I recommend this health center without hesitation and am very grateful for everything that was done.
