Don't get me wrong, the hostel and staff are nice. Location was good and atmosphere was okay, not super social or anything but I knew that going in. My biggest gripe was the security of my room. The door to my private room does not close unless forcefully closed. It doesn't close like any other door, even if you swing it shut. You have to forcefully push it closed at the lock. I didn't know this coming in and so I had kind of a scary incidence where someone (mistakenly hopefully) entered my room at 2 AM while I was asleep. When I heard my door open, I groggily looked up and saw a figure standing next to my bed! I responded with wth they're doing and they ran out apologizing. Definitely spooked me considering I'm supposed to feel secure in my own private room. It seems even the cleaning ladies aren't aware of the door because I came back one day and my door wasn't fully closed after being out all day! This frustrated me because I had my passport and valuables in my room. I made it home fine and only had that one scary experience, but this should really be addressed by the staff.

Easily accessible from the metro station. Very central location. You can find supermarket and restuarant nearby. Truly amazing in reference to hostel rooms, the amenities on the property such as lounge, bar and community kitchen. The receptionists were all super helpful about your questions about paris or in general. Great luggage storage facility and easy check in and check out. Highly recommended to stay here when in Paris. Budget friendly.

Rooms and bathrooms are clean and safe, and the bar crew is amazing. I love how friendly they are and how they get people talking. There is a mini box within your bunk bed and you can lock it with your access card. There is another shelf in front of the bed and you have to pay to rent a padlock for that. I didn’t need it since some valuables can be locked in the small bunk safe. Attention, you have to pay to rent towels, locks, toothbrush, soap, etc. I would suggest going to a supermarket and buying these since they are cheaper and they are yours at the end. You can easily meet people and have a nice night just by going downstairs. I would recommend if you’re looking to meet good people and sleep in a comfortable environment.

Nice hostel, clean and with a friendly staff. It's not very lively and I don't recommend it to those who want to meet new friends or party. Value for money, average. There is a nice terrace on top of the building, but it closes at 10 pm. Also, people usually go to sleep quite early (before midnight). Advantages: very close to the metro, supermarkets, restaurants, boulangeries and to the bus stop

This was my first time staying at a hostel and I was super impressed! Everything was clean and well kept. There is a bar and in the evening there were lots of people chatting and getting to know each other. We only stayed for the one night but wish we could've stayed for longer! It's close to metro lines and it's pretty easy to get anywhere in the central city. I had to do some work in the morning and there's an area just for that, check out is at 10:30 but you are allowed to stay for a while during the day, which made the deal so much sweeter. I would highly recommend this hostel, if I'm ever in Paris again I'll be sure to keep this place in mind.

Remembering that this is a hostel, I’m not a Hotel I’ve given it a five-Star review. At first, I was merely curious about what it would be like to share a dormitory. It takes a bit of getting used to if you’ve not done it before but after the first night I sort of had it down. Being a bit of a leader I just simply turned the lights off at 10 pm, otherwise no one bothers and made sure the window was open a bit. Otherwise you get a headache with eight people breathing the same air. thankfully each bed has its own privacy curtain so it’s fine it’s just a bit different. But what I really like about this place is that as a writer I can sit and write in the common room; I can save money by cooking myself and I can be sociable if I feel like it.

This place was awesome! The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with curtains for privacy on all the beds and a balcony attached to our room. There is a great rooftop seating area with a beautiful view. Also very affordable! I would highly recommend.

The staff was very welcoming and helpful, the rooms were very clean and the bed was absolutely heavenly. It’s great value for money. The location is also decent, the neighborhood looks lovely, very close to the metro station and there are many grocery shops and restaurants nearby.

Booked as a first time solo traveller. I was a bit reserved coming alone to Paris but here I am now in the common room about to leave & already missing it. It was exactly what I needed and exceeded my expectations. The staff is so nice & helpful. It's very close to metro stations leading to the center. What I love about the rooms is that they have a bathroom in the rooms. I hope to come back soon to Paris. If so I know where I'm going to stay. Merci a tous.

Clean and organize with excellent staff. The USB charger (2 of them), EU plug, the safe box, and especially the curtain in the bed really make the difference. You also have a cabinet for your luggage in the room. It is quite far away from the places that I visited, however, the hostel is near the metro and I didn't have any problem getting around

The hostel was the perfect mix of upbeat in the common areas, and calm in the rooms. Theo at the front desk was so positive and happy the whole time on top of being courteous and helpful. The best part is that the bunk beds are wooden and do not squeak at all as everyone moves around in the night. Made for a peaceful sleep. Will absolutely stay here again!

For a hostel, it's not bad. I had a shared room with 8 people. The rooms and beds were clean. They provide a sheet, pillow and duvet. There's a safe in your bed cubicle, along with two usb ports & one electric socket. There is also a curtain to provide you with some privacy, and a light. There are also lockers in the rooms for which you need your own lock. Towels are available with a deposit of €10. The bathroom is a biittt small, but it's usable. I appreciated that there was a bathroom and shower in the shared room. The toilet is separate from the shower. Like others have said - there is no tap/sink in the toilet so you have to go to the shower room to wash your hands. There's a communal kitchen downstairs, as well as a bar.

It was amazing. The staff is so friendly and very importantly multilingual. We were served complimentary drinks as well as had an awesome selection from the bar. I ended up leaving some clothing behind, and the staff had no problem shipping it back to me. Truly exceptional service.

LOCATION was CONVENIENT! Nice Privacy in the beds with curtains. The room did smell a bit like FEET when we entered but it did go away over time! The BATHROOM SITUATION WAS LESS THAN IDEAL. One shower in my room for 8. Furthermore it SMELLED LIKE A POTENTIAL HEALTH HAZARD (not my fault). I fear there may have been a mold Situation. OVERALL a decent VALUE!

The rooms/cleanliness are about average but what makes this place great is the employees- they are EXCEPTIONNEL!! They are so kind and make sure you are safe. As a female traveling alone, a guy was chatting me up (it was chill) but a staff member came upstairs to make sure I made it to my room safely. That meant a lot! The staff are the BEST! ♥️ My only request is maybe u guys could provide soap in the bathroom? And the rooms are very hot. Nevertheless, I’ll always return here bc the employees are that good.

Wow! I was a female solo traveler, so I really appreciated the extra safety the hostel provided. I met so many interesting travelers, and locals too at the friendly bar on site. The coffee bar was superb! I slept better in their beds than at home. Short walk to the Seine, and metro. 2 supermarkets within steps. And an amazing street market 2 days a week outside front door. The staff were unforgettable!! Thanks everyone

I love the location and the space. People who come here are usually backpacker or solo travelers. I slept on the dorm room. One of the best layout room. The toilet and shower are inside the room (shared with 6 people) but it's separated. So you don't have to wait for someone to finish one thing to do the other. Had a nice sleep too. Luggage storage fits large suitcase. I'm just hoping the receptionist are kinder. But hey, this is Paris, what do you expect?

I have traveled in a lot of hostels in my life and I was a little hesitant on that fact that it was not a capsule so worried about noise and not getting enough sleep. But the hostel was very very quiet. I stayed in an all women's room. It had it's own shower and toilet (separated). The beds were comfortable and even had a small locked space for valuables, etc that could only be opened by your own room key. Getting to room was simple (other hostels can be a maze!). Very clean! Would definitely stay again. Two metro stops near by, decent places to eat and plenty of grocery stores near by. They also allow you go keep your luggage in safe space for free (up to 11pm on the day you check-out). I've stayed in hostels where such services were at a cost. The only thing that I would ask they do is that add a few extra hooks. But it is minor :)

Everything was perfect. The room was nice and clean and I didn't have any inconveniences with the roommates. All the staff was nice, but I truly want to thanks Federica. The best person I met in my trip so far. I will definitely come back here soon in my next trip in Paris and I will make sure to come back in the weekend so I will be able to meet her✌️ I definitely recommend everyone to choose this hostel, great position, great views, great people and great drinks(ask federica for the Brazilian cocktail, you will be surprised)

I definitely will come back!! Thank you for the hospitality.

convenient location hotel, the staff is very polite and friendly, the rooms are clean and quite spacious. I rented a place in a six-bed room for women for 2 nights. The only downside was that it stank in the morning in the bathroom, but on the second day the smell was gone

This hostel’s facilities are great, and is perfect for those who aren’t interested in socializing, or are older than the general hostel population and are looking for a calmer, more work oriented environment. However, If you want to make friends and feel good about being social, as well as be near the city center, go elsewhere. I will say, if you are unbothered by the lack of atmosphere, the beds are very nice, you have a little capsule with a mirror, a safe, your own dimmable light and shelving all within a curtained area, so people can easily be awake without disturbing one another. The shower in my room had a very thoughtful little sand timer you could use to help you gauge how long you had been in the shower. The kitchen was quite nice and there was plenty of space for my food, the rooftop was beautiful, and overall, the whole hostel was thoughtfully laid out and functioned very well.

As a part of a solo trip (3 nights) this hostel worked out nicely for me. I can't fault the facilities and the staff who were very helpful and friendly. Two best things for me was the small kitchen, common room and in-house bar all of which made it easier to meet other people both travelling and local alike. Did not regret my choice of accommodation, Merci!

I stayed here for 4 nights, safe to say you cannot really go wrong with this hostel. The staff is super nice, the rooms are clean and the location is super nice to go places, it’ll take time but the hostel within proximity to two different metro lines. 9.5/10

A few bars restaurants and diners around the area. Rooftop, balcony and private area. Small bathroom with no windows. Sometimes the lights in the bathroom which are motion controlled turn off during showers. Great service. Emails and phonecalls to make an easy entrance. You may need to learn a few words in French.

As a group of 8, it can be hard to find a safe and comfortable place to spend 4 days in Paris, but this hostel made our stay very peaceful! The room was comfortable and clean, with an amazing view (as you can see in the picture), and the staff was very pleasant. There’s a common kitchen next to the lobby, where people cook and staff their food. The breakfast area is in the entrance/lobby of the hostel, it can be inconvenient if you want a quiet and peaceful place to pick up your food and eat. There’s a rooftop with a view to Paris, and places to sit and relax. The area around it has a lot of restaurants, cafes and supermarket, and seems to be safe overall.

Love this hostel - very friendly and welcoming. 24 hour front desk and bar til late. Amazing rooftop terrace with vegetable garden. Really nice eating and study area with garden on the ground floor too. The room we had was a bunk bed with a double bed which is perfect for a family of 4 and it was all really clean and functional. Good shower too. Can be noisy in the night. Easy to get to (but not great until August as route 5 is closed after Bercy station)

+ Modern and mostly clean hostel with a nice view from some rooms. Good connection to the center/tourist attractions. Many shops and supermarkets nearby. - The community kitchen and bathrooms inside the dorms are rather small. The shower could be a little cleaner on the sides but it‘s okay.

  • 5/5 Delancy H. 7 months ago on Google
24hr reception. The best bed situation I've had in a shared dorm. The beds are enclosed on 3 sides, the open side has a blackout curtain, shelves built into each bunk space with a safe that unlocks with your keycard, a light, mirror, and multiple working outlets.

  • 5/5 Yaegol C. 7 months ago on Google
What I love about this hostel is that the farmer's market is right at the entrance when you go out, it starts at 7 am on tuesdays and fridays. There is a laundromat next door for 4€ washing, 1€ detergent and 1€ drying. The rooms were great, the bed was very comfy; we had to lay our own sheet. The location with the station and nearby supermarket made it very convenient to buy and cook in their kitchen; they have all the kitchenware, we had to ask for a kitchen knife and for the oven to be turnt on. It is a very calm hostel to rest, you won't be meeting much people unless you actively go and talk to them. This has been a very good experience and I would come back here.

My favorite hostel in Paris. The bar, the kitchen, the common spaces and the staff are really what make this hostel superior than all the others I've been to in Paris. Shoutout to Faz, Nico and Andrés for the hospitality.

The room are enough big and with the internal bathroom. The shower and the WC are in different rooms. There are lockers big enough were you have to use your lock. The bed is comfortable and clean, with your shelves, plug and small curtain. Not very central (2.5 Kms) but 2 metro are very close. not far (1 km) to the international bus station of Bercy and gare du Lyon. Inside, they have a 24 hour reception and space, where you can have beverages. Last day, I stayed till midnight in the common space and they were very kind.

Fantastic hostel! Originally booked a couple of nights here for a work trip & I loved it so much that it’s now my go-to place whenever I need to book an affordable bed in Paris. The staff is responsive, friendly, and willing to adapt to your needs. The hostel is well-equipped and has plenty of little personal touches that make it feel friendly & open to meeting other travelers, in addition to feeling safe in our shared rooms. I’ll be back soon!

I stayed at this hostel for 3 nights. It was one of the best hostels I’ve ever been to. The room was pretty spacious and very clean. The beds were very comfortable and you even have a personal locker in the capsule with the bed. The service was great, the staff is very friendly and helpful. The location is really good. The metro stations are very close so it’s really easy to get to the center in literally 10min. I felt very safe. would definitely go again, 10/10 recommend

Absolutely fantastic hostel. The people working there are friendly. The bar is great, especially at night. There's enough kitchen supplies, the rooms are clean. Definitely the place I'd recommend for anyone who wants a great time in Paris. We had a great time with other people in the hostel.

very nice rooms, good wifi, super friendly staff, nice outdoor garden and rooftop area where you can enjoy drinks, okay location (not too many restaurants choices nearby) and beds were okay. would recommend especially for young travelers. I stayed in a private room and I enjoyed it. was not loud at night or anything.

  • 5/5 Juan V. 1 year ago on Google
This is probably the best hostel I’ve stayed at. Everything is designed in order to make sharing a room with 8 other people more comfortable! The location was also quite accessible by metro, and the terrace has amazing views. My only complaint is that the wifi can be a little unreliable, but other than that, everything was perfect.

  • 4/5 Munir A. 2 years ago on Google
The hostel was in quite neighbourhood. It was quite clean and well maintained. The staff was welcoming and friendly. There was private toilet and shower in each room and each bed had curtain and its own light, so you will have your privacy. But must bring your own lock to keep things in locker. They also have kitchen and bar and quite enough indoor and outdoor sitting area. Although it is bit far from center, but metro line is on walking distance.

My first time staying at a hostel and it was so nice! The staff was so welcoming and met so many people from around the world. I got a shared female dorm and it was very clean and quiet. Only thing is its a bit far from the main attractions in the city but if I ever came to Paris again I will definitely stay here again.

Man where should I start! This is the first time I have booked a hostel and honestly I was kinda skeptical and freaked out because everybody kept telling me to be careful. Honestly I have enjoyed the experience here. It is so clean, the staff has been very nice and helpful. Love the location and the fact that the market sets up on the same street!

The team here is intent on making their guests feel welcome. They are friendly and helpful and many of them speak many languages so you won't have trouble being understood. The private rooms are spacious and airy with a balcony, comfortable bed and en suite shower and toilet. A TV and desk are also standard. The bar on the main floor provides a forum for guests of the hostel to meet others and discuss their adventures and share a drink or two. Watch out for Nico. He'll make you feel very welcome no matter what country you're from. Tell him I said hello.

Excellent value (money/ confort), felt safe and sound. A cool and social place as well, good amenities (locker, several sockets, hanger, chairs), nice personnel, spacy room, quiet neighborhood. Definitely best choice for 2 nights stay on budget in Paris.
