The service and staff are genuinely happy to welcome you and show their menu. The food is healthy, seasoned just right (if you like spices but not overpowering) and the menu choices aren’t overwhelming which confirms that every dish is cooked in house from start to finish. I am happy to have found this gem in my neighborhood. This is authentic vietnamien food with a vegan/vegetarian twist. Highly highly recommend. I ate at the restaurant and ordered for take out too - in both cases the quality was there.

Very fresh ingredients and you feel light after eating, even when you’ve eaten a lot! So delicious, healthy and you feel unbelievably good after. The staff is very warm and welcoming - I cannot recommend this place enough.

Pleasant surprise! We stumbled upon this restaurant by chance. The atmosphere is relaxing and calm. the food is great and the ratio price quality was good. I will definitely come back! I highly recommend it!

Very tasty Vietnamese food, we love the Vietnamese vegetarian sausages. The staff is very friendly and helpful and gave us recommendations to nearby places to visit. This was unexpected and we enjoyed visiting those places. We recommend may bay and will come again for our next visit.

We found this restaurant by chance because we stayed close by during our Paris visit and absolutely loved it! We ended up having 3 courses just because the menu sounded so interesting and unusual and we were not disappointed! The meals are well presented and the ingredients clearly fresh and high quality. Also the meat alternatives, which I am very sceptical of, were really really tasty. Unfortunately, we discovered this gem only on our last evening... Would love to come back to explore more of the daily specials!!

The quality of the fruit and veg are unbelievable. This has to be the freshest fruit and veg I've ever had. The food was flavorful and healthy. Our stomachs felt good after the meal. The owner and staff were incredible. They went above and beyond to cater to our allergies.

This restaurant is absolutely recommendable and an insider tip for all vegans and non-vegans. The service as well as the team welcome you very warmly and present their seasonal and authentic food on point. We were there as a group of vegans and non-vegans for dinner and all got our culinary money's worth. A highlight is definitely the dessert - Chè chuối - but also all other dishes are a poem. We will definitely visit Mây Bay again during our next stay in Paris!

Pho is amazing. I think this is the first time I got a bowl of vegetarian pho that is as delicious as a non-vegetarian one. The tofu is soft, the mushroom is thick enough and flavorful, and the soup has a taste even deeper than many non-vegetarian pho soup I’ve tried.

Foods are very delicious. The restaurant is nice, cosy and the staff is friendly. I recommend it :)

I’ve been in Paris for a week and I found this amazing place to eat. The staff is simple amazing and very kind. The food is delicious and well done. The girl who work in the kitchen is so adorable and give us also gifts when we ordered. Very recommended 🫶🏻

Stoked to have found this gem during our short stay in Paris. Found it on Happy Cow, which incorrectly stated the closing time was 8pm, and I am so glad I double checked Google. It was open and the lovely staff welcomed my animated 4 year old daughter and I after a long day at Disney. We enjoyed the best pho I've had since visiting Vietnam 6 years ago. It was clean, simple and perfectly balanced. Wish we had another night in the city so i could try some more of the menu!

First of all, the service is very slow. We waited for about 15 min for the waitress to take our order. It is not possible to just order a main dish if you want to eat in the restaurant - you have to either take takeaway or order starter, dessert or a drink for each person to eat here. The water was warm, and when we asked to change it for fresh cold water, they explained that they keep it outside, not in the fridge, but brought new fresh water. The food arrived: their version of « pad Thai » consisted of overcooked rice noodles stuck together in clumps and absolutely tasteless tofu. The escalopes were served with plain rice and vegetables and were nothing special at all. They agreed to change the overcooked pad Thai for something else, but we just wanted to leave. I don’t understand all the great reviews, as the food is nothing special at best.
