Perfect hotel for a 3 night trip to Paris. Easy access to the centre of town for the sights and out to Eurodisney. Reception very helpful throughout our stay. Breakfast was busy but always had a good selection. Room was very well fitted to make space for 4 people and not feel cramped. Pizzas from the hotel were excellent priced and tasty. Table football a nice bonus!

Fine enough when traveling with a school class but my room was dirty with hairs on the floor and no soap (finished) but nobody ever replaced that..You can't open the window!! Not even a little bit. If you need to open it you need7 to call a guy from the receiption and eventually he will come. Location is quite bad, about 8 meters from a highway and noy very charming. Staff very friendly.

5/5 Stars. Room was clean, very modern and new Look. The Receptionist „Musa was very Professional and friendly. The Breakfast the Next Morning before Checkout was also very nice and hat a variety of foods. “Mohammad” was very friendly in showing us the buffet and explained everything in a calm and nice voice. Very professional team. Overall a very good Price/quality Hotel.

Nice, clean and cheap. The crew is very kind, a plus note for the morning warm welcome by Mohamed at the breakfast. Croissant and pan au chocolate don't deserve a try but all other food are good and abundant. The room service should be improved: towels weren't changed when put on the floor, sometimes removed but not replaced. Asking to the receptionist was always the solution. Globally I'll suggest the hotel, specially for the price and the position.

This is our second Time staying at this hotel. Both experiences have been very pleasant. Arms are big and clean in the breakfast buffet is amazing. The staff is very courteous and friendly. During this visit Meriden remembered and ensured I had the lactose free milk I preferred each morning. She was very observant and insured that we were taking care of. Apu, also in the breakfast area, was also very friendly and seemed to greet each guess enthusiastically and made them truly feel welcomed. This is not a luxury hotel, but for anybody just looking for a place to sleep and eat breakfast. This is perfect. It is a short walk to have access to the metro and then a quiet neighborhood.

Everything was very nice during our holiday. There was no problem with the cleanliness, order and heating of the room. It was really great that the rooms had good sound insulation. We would especially like to thank MOHAMMED for welcoming us at breakfast. He was really caring and professional. When we plan our new holiday, we will definitely plan with the same hotel in mind.

Nice and clean hotel where the staff is friendly. The breakfast is simple but good, no complaints about that. The hotel is not far from metro (5–10 min walking) line 1, which has great connection with all the popular attractions, also the neighborhood seem safe. The only comment I can make is that it can somewhat noisy on the top floor, we heard a whooshing sound on the roof (probably the climate control unit). But that was not a big deal for us. For the price you'll get a good stay and if we look in the same price range we will come back again for sure.

Overall room was clean but the shower was really dirty and the window isn’t possible to be opened. Breakfast ok but not really great. Plates and cutlery not always clean and dry. Diner really bad, went to sleep with hunger. Chicken bright red and fries wet and unbaked, bread hard as a brick. Got offered pizzas in refund sounded good but pizzas weren’t fully baked and still cold. Don’t understand how hard it could be.

This hotel is the one you would like to book if you're looking to have a metro nearby (only 10min walking), groseries stores, and restaurants. It's a quiet area, which is highly appreciated in Paris. Rooms are big enough for what you're paying. Breakfast is simple but good quality. Overall, we enjoyed staying at this hotel and we would be happy to come back. The only tiny issue is that housekeeping forgot to clean our room one day even when it was requested to have daily service, but it was something that could be amended.

It's my second trip to Paris, and I've always stayed here! And this hotel is simply the right spot to be! Friendly staff, (especially Mohammed who welcome guests at breakfast in the morning!) Clean, convenient location for metro! Beautiful colours everywhere!

The location is quite good (although one main street connecting to the Hotel at night is full of "night workers"), and the distance to public transport (metro) is OK. The breakfast is good (the selection could be better), but Mohamed makes it up for everything. One of the best hotel staff I saw. The room when checked in could be a little cleaner, but nothing tragic.

The hotel is pretty good and the all staff really friendly, specially Mohammed from the breakfast reception. He made our morning really happy. The room is quite good, beside the noise from corridors (lots of children and teenagers screaming and we could listen really loud).

Staying at the Meininger Hotel in Paris was an unforgettable experience, largely thanks to Mohammad. His exceptional service at breakfast each morning was a highlight of our stay. Not only did he ensure that everything ran smoothly, but his friendly demeanor and dedication to customer service truly made us feel at home. If you visit, be sure to enjoy breakfast and experience Mohammad's hospitality firsthand. Highly recommended!

The location is good. Public transport is easily available and there are grocery stores nearby. The rooms are of a decent size and the front desk is open 24/7. I had breakfast a few times and it was quite basic. However, you can make all your meals in the hotel kitchen. The staff were really accommodating.

The familyroom was good in size but really needs a better clean. Even the walls were filthy and the tile really badly needs a scrub. Didn't want to walk around without socks. Good breakfast!

Overall this is a good hotel especially for families. The breakfast was good with lots of options but after two times we wanted better food. The rooms were a little small and the beds are comfortable. The staff was very helpful and it was great to have the kitchen for doing some light cooking. If you need a sharp knife, bring your own. We asked to move rooms because of the Highway noise and the staff helped us to get a room on the other side of the hotel. That made all the difference for sleeping. Thank you.

Perfect location for families with children who are visiting Paris. We stayed 2 nights in October and were surprised by the quality of this hotel. No unnecessary luxury but clean and tidy rooms and a lobby with everything you need, including toys and games. The rooms are small but big enough, and very clean. We only experienced that is was very warm inside the room, the A/C was not sufficient and the window can not be opened. We later learned that the staff could open the window on request. The staff is very friendly and does everything to make you feel comfortable and welcome. Special thanks to Mohamed who made the breakfast an amazing experience for the whole family with his jokes and kindness! Metro line 1 is at walking distance, this is the main line for visiting the hotspots that Paris has to offer.

A no frills hotel that feels like home. Staff were very accommodating with our large group. Mariama particularly was kind and warm. She had a difficult job in seating 57 students but she did a great job.

My 3-night stay at this hotel was nothing short of exceptional, deserving a solid 5-star rating. The entire staff, from the Reception Supervisor Shahriar and Mohammed in the Breakfast area to the gentleman who checked me in (even though I didn't catch his name), displayed remarkable professionalism and were incredibly helpful throughout my stay. Their dedication to guest satisfaction truly made this experience memorable. Thank you to the entire team for ensuring a fantastic visit!

Nice rooms , good cleanliness, good location poor breakfast , not trained staff at the front desk and bad service from the barmen with the long hair that refused to serve a drink to us while they were giving beers to others and mentioned that we are not “friends” . I felt offended and horrible. Last but not least : We arrived as honeymooners and they ignored it . This is not the type of hospitality we expected. Please visit this hotel only if you are ready for bad sleep and no windows. Only mention to The security guy that arrived to my room and helped us

One of the best places I've visited. Close to metro line. Clean neighborhood. Friendly staff - perfect start of the day with Moham's happiness. Good food (breakfast). Cozy and warm rooms. Maybe too hot during the night, but it's so nice after a cold rainy day. Clean rooms. Although is close to highway its a quiet place inside. There are also good places to eat around the hotel. I will return for sure!

It was nice to stay in the hotel with small kids. The option, to be able to use the kitchen to prepare own dinner, lunch, was really great. One bad thing was that we could not open the window, and we could not ventilate the room.

Decent hotel, although rooms were quite costly as compared to the size and the amenities provided. Tea/coffee and electric kettle is not provided in the room, which is another downside. There is a huge waiting area at the lobby, along with a bar and an indoor sports area. Buffet breakfast was nice - you get multiple bread options along with pancakes, maple syrup, fruits and a wide assortment of cold cuts. Juices and tea/coffee was also available. Overall, a decent stay but many areas of improvement consider the humongous price they charge per room.

We had a very nice stay in the Meininger hotel. Our room was comfortable and very clean. We especially liked the pillows which were very soft. Mattresses were a bit too soft but still very much okay. While there is the city ring highway outside, the noise was barely audible, no problem. We especially enjoyed the kitchen which is very well equipped and generally quite clean as well. We could store some food in the fridge and were thus not forced to eat out for every single meal. The hotel is a walkable distance from Porte de Vincennes metro stop, which is served by the line 1 which takes you directly to most if the main attractions of Paris. In case you don't want to walk the whole way from the metro stop to the hotel you can take tram line 3a for one stop, after which it is just a very short walk. Only one thing we didn't like was the fact that you can not open the windows at all. Especially in summer this would be quite annoying. I know it has to do with security issues, but some partial opening should be possible, at least a few centimetres to get some fresh air.

We spent a couple of nights at this hotel and to be honest are quite disappointed. The first night the ceiling started leaking. We went to the reception around midnight and they told us there was nothing that could be done but that the problem had been there before. We spent the whole night with a dripping ceiling and had to mop the floor with towels and even a blanket. We haven't had any decent sleep that night. The next morning we left to visit Paris, hoping the technician would fix the problem. Thankfully the problem was fixed. What bothers us that there were no decent apologies, not even a complimentary cup of coffee to deal with a sleepless night (...) or any other form of compensation. A leakage or any other incident can happen of course, but make sure your guests still feel like guests and not just as a means to make money. We have sent an e-mail to the hotel two weeks ago with our feedback, but haven't heard from them. Hope to hear from them someday and wishing them all the best in further improving their customer service.

Hotel is located in a good neighbourhood. Beds were very comfortable. Bathrooms modern and spacious. Whole place is clean. Breakfast offer is good and tasty. Reception is open 24h. Storage lockers are 3-5eur for 6hours hold. The big one can hold up to 2 suitcases. Near tram T3a and metro . Great location if you going toward Disney but also toward Eiffel tower /or anywhere. Staff could use a smile or two. Anyhow, it was a good value for money (in Paris).

It is a decent hotel and it has lots of good qualities ( simple but our room has 2 bunkbeds and one queen size bed so 4 people can stay together). And it has a communal kitchen as well. Staffs are friendly. Quite close to the public transportation (tram and metro). But it's impossible to get some fresh air because of the sound proof window (I don't hear any noise from the highway so far. This is quite nice!) But we can't open the window. There is a ventilation system which provides some new air but it is not enough to get rid of the bathroom smells in the room.

    1. (-1) take one star out for very late 3pm check in, while the rooms were ready but insisted 3pm, We had 15 hours flight from SFO to Paris the lasting we want is wait 3 more hours to check in , why would not let your guests in. 2. (-1) the rooms are very small and tiny, compared to US. Great location Best customer service but I have say it nice they have family environment.

Lovely hotel! They are pet friendly, so big shot out to that 🐶❤️ the location is great: near the city center by subway and quiet enough if you go with dogs and need some green places around. Totally recommend it!

Very basic but clean and functional. Bunk beds were brilliant. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is OK, couldn't do more than 2 days. Close to amenities and metro. Parking outside is expensive.

Clean, comfortable and modern hotel. One of the best value for price options in Paris! We really loved it. Good breakfast (not included in price for room, but it was worth it). There is kitchen in case you want to cook something or have some tea. Location is amazing. It is located next to metro line 1, so you can easily get to the city center (15 minutes ride by metro). There are supermarkets, pharmacies, boulangeries next to hotel. But! Be careful while coming back to hotel at night, because the neighborhood seems not very safe when it comes dark.

5/8/2022 We are a family with 4 members (me, my wife and 2 twin boys 10 years old). I am heaving the most terrible experience ever. The room is filthy the floor is dirty but the worst of is that the water from the shower room doesn't go away and the bathroom has flooded. They didn't change us a room. They suggested to have a shower on another room. I called the manager and he did not answer the phone. I am not lying, of course I have pictures of the bathroom. Also the metro is exactly 960 meters. 10 minutes walking.

Excellent experience and value for money. The hotel exceeded all our expectations, from the hygiene which is impeccable, to the excellent location with good access to public transport options and the friendliness of the whole staff who go above and beyond to make your stay as pleasant as possible. Special thanks to Muhammad who welcomes you with a smile each day and is very happy to answer all your questions. Overall, a great choice for visiting Paris and we will male sure to return here anytime soon

This hotel is in a convenient location with relatively easy access to two metro stations, trams, and buses. It is very well maintained, and the breakfast option is decent and reasonably priced. The rooms are not big, but not too small either, especially by European hotel standards. I would stay here again.

  • 5/5 ANJA A. 7 months ago on Google
Everything is great, clean, in order. Location is good in a sense that it is very close to buses and metros which lead you very quickly to the center. Special praise to Mohammad, a great guy who welcomed us with a huge smile each morning, saying good morning in our language, always there to help us with anything we needed and chit chatting with us 😊 he certainly makes the hotel even better with his positive energy!

On a group tour in Europe right now and this has been my favorite hostel by far. The beds are soft, bathroom is big and nice. Everything is supper clean and the staff is great. I believe her names was Mariam something with a M for sure. She was supper friendly and helpful lovely to be around and would always take our dishes after breakfast. Breakfast by the way was very good. The host was also supper polite, and welcoming. Can’t recommend enough 10/10

Nice and clean hotel. The triple room had comfortable spaces and a clean bathroom. It would be better if there was a bedside table to put some things on and a fridge. satisfactory breakfast and the manager Mr. Mohamed very kind and helpful, as were also the guys at the bar. the final impression is positive and we would choose to stay in a company hotel again. Thank you.

I came from London to Paris and stayed here for 3 days with a 2yrs baby with me and the Breakfast service Mohammad was very kind to give a bottle of milk every morning.. not only with us but he was very kind with the every customers.. I just loved my stay and if I come back again, I would like to be served by Mohammad again as he gave a wonderful hospitality with all our questions and was very patiently handling almost everything!!! I would say because of him my stay was pleasant ❤️

It was a valid hotel for spend some days in Paris. Good service 24h/24 at the reception and elevators blocked by your room card, in order to get only to your floor. For sustainability policy of the hotel, towels and cleanings are not done if not explicitly asked at the reception. No fridge, vault or wardrobe in the room. Quite far from the center but well connected with Metro 1. Avoid subscription to metro, buy instead 10 tickets at time.

Your hotel in Paris has a great location and generally is a decent hotel, but your people are its best part. They are helpful and polite, they speak very good English, and they had the answers to all our questions. Even people who were in training (I met two of them at the reception) knew everything and helped with everything. Your cleaning team is especially good! I've been to many hotels, and I have rarely seen so good cleaning and room care.

rooms were hot and you couldn’t open the windows, but were otherwise fabulous and very comfortable and clean (no bugs in sight). the breakfast in the morning was amazing and always made better by Mohammad, who greeted us with such a lovely smile every day! it made getting up so early much easier. overall, a very good experience and i’d be happy to come back.

What a no frills moderate hotel with great price. From walking in to the front desk to check in and the staff are very helpful and friendly. Muhammad (I think he’s the hotel manager) was more than happy to answer and assist you with questions. I will definitely come back and stay again

I was here for 5 days and we were 4 people in a room. The fact that the windows can't be opened made the nights uncomfortable. The AC was completely cosmetic and does nothing. The beds were OK but the room got a winter rug so it was way too hot when using it. The bathroom is quiet good. You got the basic things like shampoo and towels and the water had a good response. The employees were all nice and calm as it should be. Places like the metro were easily accessible that made the position quiet ok. All in all I wouldn't recommend this Hotel when traveling with a decent amount of people through the simple fact, that the windows can't be opened.

Really nice hotel, nice staff and reception 24/7, great breakfast. The metro station is a 15min walk away. The room is nice, but it's a shame we can't open the windows to get some fresh air. There was a weird smell, maybe sewers or something. Other from that, love the fact there's a free shared kitchen

We stayed here for 4 nights in a room of 6. The windows did not open and the thermostat was difficult to control, however it was all otherwise amazing. The service at breakfast was excellent, shout out to Mohammad who unfailingly greeted us with a wide smile. The room was very comfortable and clean (no bed bugs as far as we could tell). I had a great time and I would highly suggest this as a place to stay.
