High-end shouldn't mean disdainful and suspicious attitude. The things they sell are way more expensive than ANYWHERE ELSE. Including other Parisian bike shops which sell the same stuffs (Vintage Cycles, KM0, L'Hirondelle, Fixie Warehouse etc...) You can easily find everything they sell in here in other bike shops in Paris. For exclusive stuffs go there, check the stuffs (put clean white gloves if you wish to touch anything) AND ORDER ONLINE. I wanted to check the BROOKS CAMBIUM C13 the guy treated me like I was a sorry ass who couldnt afford it, pretending a special & expensive carbon seatpost was necessary to mount that saddle. Bullocks. Gladly bought the C13 in another Parisian bike shop (30€ cheaper) and mounted it on my Thomson seatpost.

I came here looking for a pair of Ortlieb sacoches and they helped me right away. The salesperson at the store got a new pair from their storage, got them ready for my bike, and tried a few things with the packaging so I can easily carry them home. He was very helpful and friendly even though my French is basic. The shop has a simple and neat vibe and is located in a lovely shopping alley.

Some overpriced bling, not a lot of substance. Very rude employees, it seemed we were doing them a favour shopping there. Do yourself a favour and bring you and your bike elsewhere.

Not sure why people are so harsh on this place. It is a high end shop, more of a bicycle art gallery really. If you want some real bike porn, this place is not to be missed. If you need a blinky light or bike tube go someplace else! Nobody buys shower flip flops at Dior. Stop the whining, grow some balls when dealing with the staff, and enjoy the beautiful steel.

This shop is the only retailing Rapha products in France. I had to buy a bib short at this place. I went inside the shop and had a look at the other products. However, nobody said hello to me nor even a little smile. People were really rude. Indeed, I was 19 years old and dressed with super old jeans and t-shirt. Only when I picked up the bib short (200€) and that my money went out of my pocket, they started speaking to me. I go there usually to have a look at new Rapha equipments. But definitely the poor customer experience in this shop makes a trip to London by Eurostar reasonable. You can enjoy a coffee with the staff in London in Picadilly or in Spitafields market. Way more enjoyable. Moreover, this shop has a new policy of non-touching the products. I don't know if it's because I look too dirty for them. I decided to adopt the same at home. It's definitely really hard to enjoy a bicycle without touching it. I'm curious to ask them if they even know sthg about bicycles.

This store is definitely getting better with age. Clothing selection is my main attraction there and it becomes more extensive each year. Rapha is not distributed any more but other brands are see the picture. And the advice is finally on par with what I wanted. Keep it up!

Super team! Guys who are working there are super helpful and attentive! Moreover the shop is super cool, you can find nice accessories for new or old bikes! Quite fancy/hipster thought ;) Super experience! I recommend!

Reminded me of the kind of bike shops you would find in San Francisco. Not really performance-focused, but lifestyle focused with many of the same brands (i.e. Brooks bike seats). Also had some books and there was an expresso machine, which made it feel like a Rapha store, but for commuters.

Probably not the right partner for Schindelhauer owners. Maybe other shops in Paris are more expert but not this one.

I arrived in Paris without my water bottles and in need of new cleats. I asked if I can look around as the store had a lot of interesting mix of items, the staff was arrogant and kept on following me with paranoia and surveillance like attitude. They had what I wanted but the vibe of the lady employ made me walk out, much less buy!
