Doctors are helpful and friendly, except one of the receptionists there, she’s very rude and arrogant. Every time my friend and I go there we had unpleasant experience with her. I do hope Queen Street Doctors will do something about it.

The doctor I saw was negligent and waived off my symptoms. He ran bloods but did not order the test for the one reason I was there for. Was discovered by another doctor 3 months on when they couldn’t find the right test on record.

Convenient location, helpful doctors but quite pricey. They charge you about $60 even if you are enrolled there.

Incredibly easy transition from enrolment as a UK citizen, to being on visa that changed my rights with healthcare in NZ. The nurses, ladies at reception, and doctors are all exceptionally friendly and easy-going, you can always get an appointment when required, and always get information sent to you that goes above and beyond expectations. Never experienced healthcare service like it! 100% recommend to anyone.

I had a mixed bag of experiences with this practice. Doctors saying one thing then providing a raft of excuses as to why they didn't deliver on their promises. Took some of my concerns to the HDC, they couldn't even provide the requested information to the HDC Advocacy service before a generously lengthy deadline. Shame on you Queen Street Doctors.

I have been crying myself to sleep in pain at night with a seperated ac joint, a 1 inch gash in my face, sprained elbow and two sprained thumbs. I was rushed out of auckland hospital without pain relief and went to see them for help. I have blue hair and i assume i was taken as a drug seeker...not cool.

I was based in Christchurch before I came to Auckland and I've called a lot of clinics. Most of their process for new/transfer patients is difficult and appointments are far away, until I called Queen Street Doctors. My experience so far had been smooth and easy. I've been looked after by Dr. Jason, Dr. Margaret, and Nurse Pandora. They were all lovely and made me comfortable during my visit. I highly recommend this clinic, especially for someone living in Auckland CBD.

People are quite friendly there. But most of the time, there's just no solutions. The doctors don't know how to treat my symptoms, and this has happened multiple times. A simple phone call would take $65, repeat visits take $65. I've been in and out clinic/blood tests for 3 times, but I still don't know what's wrong with me. Nurse at the lab told me the blood results are usually back in 1 or 2 days. But I first waited for 2 weeks, no one from Queen St Doctors contacted me until I called. The receptionist was lovely and told me to call the hospital. A nurse was quite rude (maybe she's overworked), so I asked if I can do a scan at a hospital near me. Then my GP said I shouldn't follow up with the hospital. So should I contact the hospital or not? Communications is quite important, and I'm totally receiving conflicted info from this place 😂, while feeling stressed out with my situation.

Dr Monica and Nurse Cescille were very warm, encouraging, and knowledgeable when examining my infant son and administering his immunisation. They went beyond their duties and provided additional information and services that made us feel comfortable and at ease, which was very helpful to us as non-residents unfamiliar with Auckland's healthcare system.

For the price you would expect more but always feel rushed and don't really find any solutions.

Been with dr Kristen for like 3 years and she’s been the best! The other doctors at the clinic I’ve seen from time to time and they’ve been super lovely as well!

Been going for 2+ years. Professional and helpful reception staff, skillful and compassionate nurse team, and GP Mike has a good understanding of mental health and lgbt related issues. Would recommend for common issues and/or chronic condition maintenance.

Abhorrent behaviour from professional practitioners who took the Hippocratic Oath. Nz health system should be reviewed.

Great service for a pre-departure COVID test. Prompt results in advance of departure. Caring and empathetic doctors with a patient first attitude. Will be visiting again when I am back in New Zealand.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!! I needed a Covid swab in order to go home, but my flight was on the weekend. I walked in without an appointment and they managed to fit me in despite being fully booked on a Friday afternoon. The reception team were so amazing and assured me that'll id get the results before my flight. Despite being closed over the weekends they emailed through the reports and everything I needed for my flights without any issues. I literally cannot thank them enough for being able to pull through and helping me through such a stressful time😭🤩

Was in Auckland on vacation and got sick. Very uncomplicated, I walked in without an appointment and saw the doctor 5 minutes later. Knew what she was doing. Super easy to pay for someone only there for vacation. Was very happy that everythings so easy and felt in good hands. Thank you

Bad experience with a GP there. I am suffering from allergies. After using the medicines they gave me for 2 weeks and still no any improvement. So I emailed them for a referral letter 1 week ago, then I could make an appointment with a specialist. Finally I received it yesterday, also they didn’t let me know they will charge me for the referral letter. Now I got the bill:$25 from them. That is not cool. PS: My consultation fee:$130

I’ve had appointments with 3 different doctors here - for different health matters. All were genuinely caring & solutions focussed - all very knowledgeable in their specialties. Very happy with the service.
