we
needed
it.
Two
members
of
our
small
tour
group
of
five
missed
the
flight
from
the
United
States
to
New
Zealand
due
to
weather
delays.
When
the
two
arrived
in
Auckland
one
day
later,
the
tour
had
already
begun.
So
our
party
called
the
emergency
contact
number
we
were
provided.
The
travel
company
was
no
help
at
all
-
they
provided
zero
assistance
to
our
party.
Additionally,
one
member
of
our
group
lost
their
cell
phone
on
the
bus
on
the
last
bus
ride
of
the
tour.
We
contacted
the
tour
company
to
request
the
bus
be
searched
and
the
phone
mailed
to
our
next
destination.
Were
able
to
track
the
phone
to
different
locations
-
all
bus
terminals/depots
so
we
knew
the
phone
was
on
the
bus.
However
the
tour
company
said
they
could
not
locate
the
phone
despite
us
telling
them
where
it
was.
We
thoroughly
enjoyed
New
Zealand
and
more
than
likely
will
go
back
sometime.
But
we
will
certainly
not
use
this
tour
company
again.
