Beautiful set up. Great collection of shops. Sadly, not many customers. Come on people, come out and eat, shop and chill in the city

A few shops, should add some more popular ones in but it's nice and I like the setup and decor. Food court is more gourmet and I think they should add at least one fast food.

The food court here is awesome! There are so many options of good places to eat. You can definitely tell it's designed for people coming off cruise ships. There are so many name brand, high-end brand stores and nothing seems to really be on sale. I'm giving it a five-star rating not for shopping but for how it's designed, the great food court, the location which is right by the pier, and the super helpful people we experienced at every store and restaurant.

To me, this is a mall with character. It has a good variety of retail and eating places. It's good to have this type of environment near our waterfront. Also good for tourists when the cruise ships come in. I like that it is open ended to the outside. I enjoy wandering through to the trains or buses and doing some window shopping.

The food places are amazing here, the food places are clean and tidy, staff are helpful in the many food joints and we had a great experience. Can't wait to come to Auckland again and try the many things on offer. We tried Gochu this time and I have to say it was impressive. Thanks for a great dining experience

Went to Shed10 for French Food festival on a windy and rainy day. Enjoyed the atmosphere of the variety of food and loads of poeple. There were Cancan show ever hour for entertainment and flights and accommodation to Nuemea.

Great to a new shopping center in the heart of Auckland. I like the multi level setup, reminds me a lot of the large malls found in Australia. Amazing views of the harbour and surrounding areas from certain parts of the mall. A lot of high stores can be found here including NZ familiar brands.

Visited Commercial Bay this afternoon and was impressed with the hidden secret at the bottom of Auckland City adjacent to both the Ferry Building and the new central railway station (Britomart), at the bottom of Queen Street, and to the terminal of the North Shore busses in Lower Albert Street. Looked in lots of different shops then went up the escalator to a huge of food types in the food hall, and some fine dining restaurants too, (like Ahi). It's a good place to hang out even if you're not hungry.

Huge variety of meals on offer with quick service! Also able to have a more formal sit down meal in restaurants or a drink at the bar. Had some pasta and also a Gyros- both good Excellent spot for a quick bite whilst in the CBD without any fuss

The upmarket inner city mall Auckland deserves, and honestly you could eat something different at the food court and come in for drinks every day for a week without any issues. Shops are trending towards fancy tastes, so bring your wallet warmed up & ready to go. Can be a bit snobby & over the top.

Vendors and facilities are perfectly fine. However, I bought a gift card for my mum for her birthday, last year. I find most commercial retailers will kindly extend beyond the original expiry date at the manager's discretion due to the pandemic, but not Commercial Bay! She was turned away after trying to redeem the value two months past the expiry date. For anyone else that may find themselves in a similar situation.

Fantastic retail space in the heart of AKL city. So many things to do close by. Go shop, walk along the Viaduct, take a ferry. AND eat at the food court on L2 👌 just too good to miss. Have a feed there - so many yum choices 😋 Fun festive atmosphere inside n out by Commercial Bay. #Auckland #mustdo

Food was so amazing at Kai Eatery that I returned with family in tow a few days later. Priced reasonably with a simple ordering process coupled with splendid food and jawdropping drinks. Portions were ample and drinks made just as the menu promised. One of the highlights of my dining adventures during our NZ trip. Highly recommend.

Great variety of food types from numerous vendors ranging from Kiwi, Vietnam, Korea, Japan, Argentina. It all looked tasty. I had a slow braised Argentinian beef sandwich, which was tender, tasty and filling in a crispy toasted bap.

Great place...heaps of places to eat...I didn't expect to walk into such a fancy restaurant with a gorgeous view over the harbour. Something for everyone whether that be casual or fine dining

Enjoyed the food. Did not appreciate having to order by touch screen. I did not know some of the cuisine and would have liked assistance is finding what the product was. Could not find anyone interested in helping

Quite a large Commercial shopping complex but hard to navigate around

  • 5/5 Gleeko M. 1 year ago on Google
Centrally located just outside Britomart station. There are shopping boutiques like H&M, Mecca, etc on the ground floor. The second floor is a big area with lots of food choices... a food court. You have different selections like pasta, kebab, Greek food, Indian, Korean., etc. There are places where you have a sea view while eating.

For the first time had the chance to explore the food options here, so I took my time to take a leisurely look. I saw a good and varied range of product and prices. I tried a small (maybe Peruvian) place, delicious food options, gluten-free, and good value. I had pulled pork, garlic potatoes, and a carrot and beetroot salad. The staff were friedly and happy, which is always a bonus.

This is a cool little set up, has something to tempt all tastes. Didn't get to view the all the shops as late at night. That will be on the next trip. Quite busy though which was great to see.

Nice new mall in Britomart. I had a quick stroll to look at the shops but usually stopped by for the food. Little Queen street on the ground level has lots of fancy shops as well as some food options like Honest Chocolate or Bluebells Cakery. The second level is mostly shops. The food court is located on the third floor and quite large and does have plenty of seating and food options. One Queens Rise is where some of the fancier restaurant are located, which have their own seating areas. It was nice to stroll through it all though.

I recently visited Commercial.Bay Mall in Auckland, and it exceeded my expectations! The mall offers a fantastic selection of stores, ranging from high-end fashion to local boutiques. The food court had a variety of delicious options, and the modern design of the mall creates a vibrant atmosphere. Highly recommended!

We highly recommend commercial bay for a night out. The options at the eateries is amazing, it's not your typical food court. Great ethnic good choices and everything at tried was delicious. Go give it a go and try the wonderful eateries here.

Sunday with the family visited but not reassuring enough about pick pocketing after seeing 2 suspicious people following us around the food court, that has this closed in bunker feel with low dimmed lights. we had to shift towards viaduct side restaurantsto feel more safe and have an open space view to enjoy Sunday afternoon. I highly recommend for security guards to visit around food court as often as they are in shops area, it just helps your community feel safer.

A great experience and the staff were very knowledgeable about the food. We could have had the $197/person option or select individual dishes ourselves. We went with us selecting dishes and sharing between the 4 of us + cocktail each + 2 bottles of wine + brandy afterwards. No change from $800.

Not a bad place to shop. Food court is not too bad with good variety of options from Asian /indian/middle Eastern and European foods. I wouldn't not go out of my way to shop here or eat here if I lived say closer to Sylvia Park or St Lukes. Whilst not bad you will need to find and pay for parking as well. In Auckland CBD that is any where form $4 to $6 plus an hr week days and sub $5 for weekends.

Great food and great stores, sometimes the food at some places can be a little be okay, and the prices for the drinks are bit over the top for what it's worth, and you can definitely find somewhere cheaper

It's been a long time since I've been to CBD...only went as I saw an exhibition at the Art Gallery. Much cleaner and looked good with heaps more shops open and lot of people around. 2 cruise ships in port, which is amazing for the economy. The only downside were the beggers on the street but bless them they need somewhere to go. 🙏

Excellent selection of places to eat. Lots of Asian inspired places. Not your usual food court. There's a few top class Korean fried chicken places. Everywhere was clean. Price was reasonable for city centre.

The worst strawberry smoothee I have ever had. More like strawberry flavoured iced water, I just left it behind, terrible

A very classy and upmarket shopping centre just a 5-8 minute walk from Viaduct Harbour. While there's many big brand retail stores, Harbour Eats was quite something with at least 30 eating/dining establishments with a very wide choice of cuisine and dining options. Plenty of seating both in-restaurant and open areas.

Beautiful shops and lots of food courts. It seems it is getting more and more busier now, which is a good sign shows that the business is recovering.

Food was good but we had issues grabbing a drink at Public. Super rude bartender who took our cocktail order, but after waiting a while and two groups before us getting theirs we went up to the counter only to learn from someone else that they were out of ingredients and weren't making any more. Got refunded but would've been nice to know before going through the trouble!

😐 The most modern mall in NZ. Not as big as Sylvia park but much better interior design and efficient use of space. Even though it’s smaller, I think it has more to offer. The only issue is the parking, it offers 3 hours on weekdays, which is sufficient but just 2 hours on weekends. That means you don...
