Bad experience & customer service 22/10/2022 early morning around 2am The girl mistreated and abused me. She was watching Netflix in the middle of our session, when I expressed my displeasure, she mistreated and abused me. I had to come out of the room in the middle of an hour session. When I complained to the duty in-charge there is no proper response, I was sober but they went with what the intoxicated girl said. I don’t recommend this place to anyone (especially international visitors to Auckland)who is looking for a professional service. It’s waste of your time, money and you loose your respect as well.

Girls were rude and did not want to talk to anyone there. Asked to book a girl and was told she did not want my booking. Especially blonde with lots of tattoos and foreign accent.

In a market with more and more competition emerging in the way of ladies advertising through websites and working from private houses. It's my opinion that Pelican needs to review their pricing. The substantial leap in their fees is not really doing them any favours. I appreciate they need to be able to offer good money to attract new ladies to work there etc. but beyond providing the venue and all associated with that they don't seem to do alot in the way of advertising or promotions. However I've generally always found the ladies there to be friendly and accommodating. Pelican also offers some outcall services which can be convenient.
