Every time I have been in over the years I have left feeling stunning!!! They are hype queens and their customer service needs to be harnessed and spread everywhere!!!!! Went here today looking for a puffer jacket. The queen that helped get the perfect one gave me compliments after compliments and I’ve never felt so happy when I left 😁😁 she honestly made my day. Sorry I forgot to ask her name. Would definitely visit again. The comfort is on a whole new level and I’m here for it. ❤️❤️

The staff in this store in manukau mall are amazing, myrtle is an exceptional sales assistant for lack of a better title this lady knows her stuff and goes above and beyond to help her customers. The other staff members seem the same. I left feeling on top of the world. This is a exceptional team Keep it up ladies... Went into the Manukau store today just browsing… left with beautiful 2/3 beautiful outfits! The staff are beyond amazing and helpful and made me feel comfortable! No judgement coming from them at all! I am in love with the new store layout and looks more inviting 😍

Absolutely terrible. DO NOT EVER ONLINE SHOP HERE. Returns Must either track n trace ($50 minimum) to Australia or return to an NZ store within 30 days of purchase not receipt , too bad if it takes 10 days to receive. They’re basically making it impossible to return.

This shop has many chic styles and casual looks for the curvier lady. I was passing by after only buying at another store. Something in the window had caught my eye and so I quickly popped in. Unfortunately looking was all I could do. 😉 Will definitely take another look, next time I'm out there ..🙂✌

I needed an out for a memorial luncheo and the ladies were soo helpful Fortunately they found me an outfit that looked nice and I felt comfortable in.. Team work great together. Definitely go here very helpful staff.

2 out of the 3 girls were friendly and helpful, the taller girl kept walking directly in front and making me move instead of walking around while I was grabbing clothes off the rack which made me want to walk out. Some work could be done to re-organise the displays to make it more ergonomic but all in all keep up the good work the 2 good girls.

Shout out to Nella for her amazing service!!!! Not only did she help me to dress my curves but she even showed me style I never thought I could achieve on my body. I purchased a top I didn't go in for because of her. Highly recommend this shop.

I often purchase online and then return anything I don’t like as I find it hard to find everything in my size in stock that I want. I placed two large orders ahead of starting a new job and the staff were so bloody friendly and kind and sweet when having the mammoth task of refunding half of my purchases.
