This store has more stock than the Albany store, parking space is limited but you’ll have one in most of the time. Like to visit whenever the store has a sale. By the way, their bags are well built and durable, they are perfect to be used as school bags.

I went to pick up one online order and it was close. I went in a hurry at 5Pm (they suppose to close at 6). Really annoying... They should put something on Google so people don't go in vain.

Terrible customer service! Went in at 20min to closing and staff ignored us entirely, only greeting us after we said hello - they did not even stop their conversation to acknowledge us (we were the only customers in the store). Ended up finding what I was looking for, which I had checked online before coming in and asked to try on a shoe quickly at 5min to closing. The staff were very reluctant and rushed us through everything (which wouldn't have happened if they had helped us when we got in the store). We left the store 4min after closing after having a made a purchase, which I am now regretting due to the poor customer service. Will never be returning to this store!

Expensive, but great quality clothing etc. Great staff, friendly and professional. Some very good priced clearance items.

This store is difficult to find but worth it as l got what I wanted and the best part of it was the guy at the payment counter was so helpful and polite. He even offer to order the one from out of Auckland for me as he cannot find one here! Thanks for being so helpful

You really don't want to buy something that isn't on sale. I saw a rain coat that had a regular price of $500, I'd want it to be made out of mermaid skin for that kind of money. Their range is reasonably good, but it can be a bit of a pig finding the thing you want.

First time I visited the Kathmandu store on Barry's Pt road. The customer service was fantastic. I have been to their other stores. I will make this store my go to store.

The only reason I shop here is because of the awesome customer service provided by Bekah. She is just fantastic!
