Returned online purchases that were not suitable and was made to like I was being dishonest. Found the Manager on the day (Weekend) very rude! If I did not like Country Road as much as I do I would not spend the $1000’s of dollars I do each year on my wardrobe there. Takapuna store is very limited and this is why I purchase from the Country Road online store and return any items not suited to my local CR store - Unfortunately the Takapuna store is the closest store to me, I think it in future I will make the journey to the Albany store where I always feel welcome and they provide a wonderful service (when I can make it to Albany of course). I will only use CR Takapuna as a last resort only!

Worst service in Takapuna store - ordered mens linen shirts two weeks ago & was never contacted to inform stock had arrived. Went to Takapuna store to collect and rudely told by salesperson (Chica) who wasn’t vaguely interested to help, that Country Road don’t do in-store stock transfers unless you’re a VIP! Total lack of professional service, will take my business elsewhere.

Service at Takapuna CR is really good. Albany store would only give them minus 1 if I could. Been CR shopper for more than 28 years. Slowly losing my interest because of bad service at Takapuna branch especially the male serving there

I never go to this place. Unfriendly staff - customer service is non-existent. I'd take my business elsewhere. Albany is much better.

Enjoy visiting this store as I get alot of click and collects delivered here. The store manager is very helpful, and is easy to shop here at certain times as the mall itself is normally very quiet.

3 staff but no one helping customers. Unable to find staff to help find sizes. 2 staff at till but only one serving. Was ignored by another staff member for 5 minutes before she eventually said her till was broken. It took a long time to buy items.
