What
i
experienced
today
was
awful.
I
hope
nobody
had
to
experience
the
same
thing.
I
finished
scanning
my
items
and
there
was
red
light
flashing
at
the
end.
The
lady
came
and
said
something
in
French.
As
I
don't
speak
French,
I
asked
help
in
English.
She
didn't
find
anybody
speaks
English
and
started
to
remove
the
items
from
our
shopping
cart.
I
again
asked
what
is
going
on
and
she
could
only
said
"control".
So
I
thought
she
was
checking
for
something.
Then
she
finished
"control"
and
our
grand
total
became
higher.
You
can
see
it
in
the
receipt.
She
scanned
two
items
which
were
already
scanned
by
me.
Again
I
asked
for
help
in
English
and
at
this
point
her
attitude
changed.
She
became
very
rude.
Eventually
i
found
help
myself
to
correct
the
total
amount.
But
i
was
still
confused
and
trying
to
asked
her
what
just
happened
via
someıne
who
speaks
English
there.
She
ignored
me,
didn't
even
look
at
my
face
😄
good
manners...
Then
i
filed
a
formal
complaint.
I
also
took
a
photo
of
that
complaint.
If
I
don't
receive
a
call
from
you,
I
will
take
further
action.
That
lady
behaved
like
i
was
stealing
something
and
when
i
asked
help
in
English
she
became
very
rude.
I
think
it
is
a
tradition
in
this
country
to
behave
in
racist
manners
to
non-French
speaking
customers.
Well
done.
