What i experienced today was awful. I hope nobody had to experience the same thing. I finished scanning my items and there was red light flashing at the end. The lady came and said something in French. As I don't speak French, I asked help in English. She didn't find anybody speaks English and started to remove the items from our shopping cart. I again asked what is going on and she could only said "control". So I thought she was checking for something. Then she finished "control" and our grand total became higher. You can see it in the receipt. She scanned two items which were already scanned by me. Again I asked for help in English and at this point her attitude changed. She became very rude. Eventually i found help myself to correct the total amount. But i was still confused and trying to asked her what just happened via someıne who speaks English there. She ignored me, didn't even look at my face 😄 good manners... Then i filed a formal complaint. I also took a photo of that complaint. If I don't receive a call from you, I will take further action. That lady behaved like i was stealing something and when i asked help in English she became very rude. I think it is a tradition in this country to behave in racist manners to non-French speaking customers. Well done. Good manners Delhaize.

Unacceptable service. Probably the works delhaize you can visit. A disgrace of the entire delhaize chain. I visited the market today, there were so e items that a 10% discount but you should have spent at least 100€ last month. I used my delhaize card but didn't have any discount. I told one employee and he talked to manager. They asked if I had spent over 100€, told them I don't know, so they showed me the exit door. After 5 minutes and after I have already paid, I saw in my account that I have made 130€ purchases. I demanded the discount I should have received, they started fighting with me and tried to give me 24% less than they should. Then they told me to phone delhaize and behaved to me like I was nothing especially the management. Also, I should note that I am entitled to many other orders I made this month without receiving the discount I was entitled to. Unacceptable service

Shopowner is not honest, the shop is closed all the time. They never change the open time on Google Map.

Very rude staff at the self scanning cassa’s, on top of being absolutely lazy and useless (customer lady scanning two articles for 20 minutes because she was talking on the phone instead of actually shopping, she was blocking the whole line - dude from the shop’s reaction was to watch the ceiling and clean his ear with his pinkie). Congratulations to the management for providing such great staff to customers!

Delhaiz always try to give their customer the highest quality of product.Specially Fresh Fruits,vegetables. ***Fresh BIO bred and pastry (Very good quality)***

Empty shelves are apparently very common, also on their website. Prices are way up high since the first lockdown. Wouldn’t recommend.

A big Delhaize store near my area with a nice assortment of goods. Quite often I see several products prices in mark down there. A lot of cashier lanes as well as self-automatic cashier machines help to avoid waiting times. It is easily accessible near the Hankar metro station. Underground car parking and a bike parking is also available.

There was a rat running through the aisles today around 19:30. I often shop here and have bought meat and fresh produce here before. I will not be returning

The best place to go shopping in the area. It’s much larger than it actually looks and the staff is very friendly! Even with people like me who arrived 10 minutes before closing time!

The mood changed since the recent strikes. Several shortages mainly in fruit and vegetables. The staff apologizes. But meanwhile there were few customers...

Massive store 1 till open, 15 people queing, A joke of a place! Avoid

Spacious and with a timetable absolutely compatible with late working schedules. Staff is always kind.

Workers speaking English. Customer friendly. They explained very patiently about how to use the gadget to scan items when we pickup and how to checkout with that gadget.

Great shop with a lot of variety. Near "Hankar" metro station, and bus 34 route, easy in and out parking underground. Personnel are generally helpful and friendly. Fresh bread, good wide selection of fruit and vegetables, sushi stand, and ready to go meals ( salades, sandwiches, pasta dishes,..) Great number of low cost products, just as good as the brand makes.

Nice grocery shop! There is salad bar too. They have 3 types of container for the salad. The small one is for 3 euros, medium was for 5 euros, the large was for 7 euros.
