Ordered once recently for the family. Order was not complete: 2 items of a single happy-meal where missing. Cappuccino wasn’t that good. Looks like too fat milk was used, and tase of coffee vague, near missing. There where no tables available to sit. Toilet, available. But.... you need to pay €0,50 for it, and get a €0,50 voicer for ... next order. Children under a certain length can walk through, but helping parent ...pays. I understand the possible situation being near public place and bus/tram station , attracting additional unpaid toilet visitors and feeling the need to regulate that. The way it is implemented is not customer friendly at all, and no match with most other mc Donald’s restaurant visit’s.

Very strange staff. Security man was very unpolite, he get guests away from the second floor, even through that the toilet is there. He was hindered us to relax :( And the cleaner don’t give us to take our cola, we leaved it near the trash, and he took it out. I transfused my coke into the plastic cup and he also had questions about that 🤦🏼‍♀️

Nice place, good for kids, offers outdoor seating, has a good menu with the Café, easy ordering with the touch screen which is available in languages other than German including English, this screens accept credit cards too. Friendly people too. However, not the healtheast menu like all fast food chains

Very modern McDonald's, a bit crowded on Saturdays but always worth if you want to eat fast food.

Pretty good service but no English speakers, rude people coming in with no manners eating like pigs.

Bought 2 Menus. Got home. Main dish (McWarp) is missing. Great.

Not so bad. But you should never order to much, if you oder a lot of items to go, something will be forgotten. And it is not sauce it was Big Mac. Two times I didn’t observed in my pack big Mac. I didn’t write first time, but today happened second time. I will have never come again. One time it is mistake, two times it is system.

Well, it's mcDonalds and it is what it is. You know what you get and you get what you pay for. Nice and tidy though and with nice outdoors places to sit.

Really great Mcdonald's. Tastes just perfectly especially compared to some other ones around the region. Inside is modern and kept very clean. Queues and waiting times are quite long however it is totally worth the wait. And of course there are machines to order your food on the inside.

The self-service machines can be awesome, but unfortunately here they are sporadically out of service or have connection problems that force you to use the standard queue. Customer service is okay, but the machines make the in/out experience less of a hassle overall.

Usual McDonald's restaurant. Location is extraordinary,in the very centre of Augsburg,right at the main square of it, close to the main stop of several tramway lines. Recommended to go there not by car,since parking around there is almost impossible. Lots of people, queues usual.

Cool place where you can grab a nice warm meal, even on days when the rest of the town is closed. A life saver.
