Horrible
customer
service,
bad
attitudes,
and
lack
of
professionalism.
I
ordered
a
caramel
craze
iced
latte.
When
I
arrived
at
the
window
the
young
lady
told
me
the
total
was
$3.45.
That
amount
seemed
a
little
off
so
I
asked
her
to
double
check.
She
asked
a
co
worker
to
verify
and
then
she
confirmed
that
same
amount
with
me
again.
She
handed
me
my
drink
afterwards
and
I
drove
off.
After
taking
about
three
sips
of
my
drink
it
didn’t
taste
like
what
I
ordered.
I
drove
back
around
through
drive
thru
and
informed
them
on
the
speaker.
I
was
asked
to
come
back
to
the
window
so
they
could
remake
it.
When
I
arrived
back
to
the
window
there
was
a
different
young
lady
who
claimed
to
be
a
manager.
She
asked
me
if
she
could
get
my
card
to
refund
me
for
the
amount
I
paid.
After
handing
her
my
card
she
charged
my
card
instead.
I
asked
her
why
did
she
lie
about
my
amount
and
the
reason
she
asked
for
my
card.
She
catches
an
attitude
with
me
and
hand
me
the
drink
they
remade
and
asked
me
to
have
a
great
day.
I
asked
her
what
was
her
name
and
she
tells
me
she
isn’t
giving
me
her
name.
There
was
a
co
worker
behind
her
who
decided
to
jump
in
the
conversation
and
state
that
she
was
a
manager
and
I
need
to
get
out
the
drive
thru
because
they
have
other
cars.
Well
the
young
lady
who
charged
my
card
finally
decided
to
tell
me
her
name
was
Shacorya.
She
just
wouldn’t
tell
me
how
to
spell
it.
The
Second
lady
still
refused
to
tell
me
her
name.
All
three
of
these
young
ladies
decided
to
close
the
window
on
me
while
I
was
talking.
Anyways,
I
recorded
everything
on
my
phone
and
I’ll
be
contacting
the
BBB
and
the
franchise
owner
of
this
location.
