I love Dunkin donuts. I went through the dive through and I received my order very fast. The staff were professional as well.

Horrible customer service, bad attitudes, and lack of professionalism. I ordered a caramel craze iced latte. When I arrived at the window the young lady told me the total was $3.45. That amount seemed a little off so I asked her to double check. She asked a co worker to verify and then she confirmed that same amount with me again. She handed me my drink afterwards and I drove off. After taking about three sips of my drink it didn’t taste like what I ordered. I drove back around through drive thru and informed them on the speaker. I was asked to come back to the window so they could remake it. When I arrived back to the window there was a different young lady who claimed to be a manager. She asked me if she could get my card to refund me for the amount I paid. After handing her my card she charged my card instead. I asked her why did she lie about my amount and the reason she asked for my card. She catches an attitude with me and hand me the drink they remade and asked me to have a great day. I asked her what was her name and she tells me she isn’t giving me her name. There was a co worker behind her who decided to jump in the conversation and state that she was a manager and I need to get out the drive thru because they have other cars. Well the young lady who charged my card finally decided to tell me her name was Shacorya. She just wouldn’t tell me how to spell it. The Second lady still refused to tell me her name. All three of these young ladies decided to close the window on me while I was talking. Anyways, I recorded everything on my phone and I’ll be contacting the BBB and the franchise owner of this location.

This place located at 3668 Wheeler Rd Augusta Ga deserves no stars it's deplorable customer service. They poorly made my order on every visit. No professionalism, playing at the window over your order, non experienced shift leads and horrible communication skills. The store manager/ owner needs to revamp the staff otherwise I'll never patronize this location again and I advise anyone else the same.

In the morning nice and fast, but afternoon the workers have very loud music and they don't like to work. I leave without anything to buy because nobody wants to attend to me. Very nasty attitude. Maybe because I am Hispanic? Who knows.

I find myself stopping at Dunkin at least 2 to 3 times a week especially on Mondays. With the app you can get a free medium coffee with any purchase. They also update the app the first of each month with other great rewards and they have a great Halloween theme going.

Great, responsive, smiling staff, all super friendly and on top of things. The seem to work well with each other and are coordinated in dealing with customers. Drive through service looked to be fast. Selection of well priced meals for breakfast in addition to the the donuts that everyone knows. Coffee is great, is well known and available to buy by the bag. Eating area is kept well clean and has room for 18 or so people inside. Also, there is outdoor seating for about 16 people which is really nice in the mornings when it is still cool. Bathrooms are single person type and are kept really clean.

The drive through was quick. The cashier was very pleasant. My mini stuffed bagels were delicious and soft, and my donuts were fresh.👍🏾 I also ordered the pumpkin spiced latte. It just tasted like a regular latte, maybe ask for extra spice? It was good, just did not taste any pumpkin or spice.🤷🏾

They don’t take any virtual wallet payments at the drive through window you have to walk inside. I almost drove off but didn’t want to waste their product. Really doesn’t make sense that all registers aren’t equipped with that functionality.

Stopped by before work last Saturday. The music playing was so vulgar that I left without coffee or pastry. I’m pretty tolerate about most things, but I couldn’t believe the language I was hearing. I’m glad I didn’t have my children or grands with me. Please clean up the music. This is a horrible atmosphere to start your morning.

Love this place, go there all the time, but I bought two large sweet teas today at about 3pm and they were sweet enough and syrupy enough to go on pancakes!!!

The staff are nice and it a clean, convenient location. However, I had to throw out my egg sandwich yesterday because it tasted like whatever chemical they use to clean their toaster oven. This is the second time I have experienced this at a Dunkin’ Donuts, so I will only order drinks there from now on.

Placed an order for a medium hot chocolate and it wasn’t until I made it all the way to work that I realized I was handed a medium coffee. I called 4 times and no one answered the phone so that I could make them aware of the situation and ask if I could come back to receive what I paid for Due to my work schedule, I was unable to go straight back to the facility until the following day. When the receipt was brought back as well as the coffee that was given to me, they refused to give me the drink that I paid for, even though they gave me the wrong drink.

Best Dunkin I’ve ever been to. Line was wrapped around into the road, and they got everyone out in less than 5 minutes. Awesome staff

The staff that is there on Sunday mornings are amazing!!!! Always smiling & cheerful! Every Sunday my sons are excited to go to the drive thru and see their “best friends”. Thank you Dunkin Team for brightening our mornings!!! We appreciate you!
