I am so happy I found this place. I come into town for work and have always been looking for a nutritionally dense meal in Augusta that tasted good. I finally found it!! The build your own bowl is great - you can do two proteins to mix up your bowl. I ordered the Thai peanut sauce and loved it. So many people came in to get their prepacked meals. I’m definitely coming back to have their lunches for my work week lunches and come to sit down for dinner as well in the future. I’m so happy I don’t have to eat greasy food anymore! So excited that Clean Eatz is here!

Came here after work for a quick bite. Ordered a wrap with sweet potato fries & a shredded beef bowl with mac n cheese. Surprisingly tasty. Ordered couple breakfast items togo, they were good. Will need to return & try other prepped dishes - pasta.

note : the photos attached are of my partner’s meal as served . its to my understanding that clean eatz aims to provide health conscious meals and as someone who is a health conscious eater and a nutrition nut, i commend anyone who is committed to creating a healthier world . what i can not and will not commend is the execution of the meals my partner & i received . im usually the last person to complain that theres not enough salt , pepper , etc on my meal ( my mother always cooked w/ necessary, not excessive amounts of seasonings because she has to be conscious of her health ) but there is a way to not over season food and still make it flavorful . my partner ordered the chicken panini & sp fries ( as pictured ) & i got a quinoa kale bowl w/ the black bean burger and veggies . very different meals . both were SO lacking in flavor . the saving grace of the meals were the sauces we ordered . whoever is responsible for the sauce needs to be responsible for the cooking . that bowl was the blandest meal ive had in a long time . portions … i understand that clean eatz provides appropriate portion sizes based on a criteria they use & for that reason i wont fixate on this too much but it was shocking to see then . to the average consumer who isnt ( on average ) eating the “ appropriate “ portions , i can see how they would be upset w/ seeing the bottom of their container very easily under this amount of fries , w/o this knowledge . whoever is in charge of the fryer ( if you have a consistent schedule every week , this was a monday so whoever is in on mondays ) i would suggest being more mindful of how long you fry these fries . they were so overdone … in all honesty we suspected that they had been fried earlier and then put back in the oil later so they would be hot again . refried fries have a specific flavor and texture and thats what these fries reminded me of . the ladies at the front were pretty nice and patient . the infused water was a pleasant touch and made the cost of the meal a bit more worth it but the meal , the product , was a very disappointing experience for my palette .

***Quick update 8/18/2023: I left a note with their team about my two favorite meals and to contact me when they would be available. They reached out this week and were able to hold the amounts that I wanted of each. I'm so bappy!!! I've been getting prepped meals here for a while and they're pretty good. It's not always the most flavorful but they really help me stay on track. The customer service is pretty decent and since the expansion the space doesn't feel crowded. I definitely have some favorite meals but since I only do the grab and go freezer I get what I can. I wish there was a way to curate my own meal plan instead of the weekly ones they do.

Everyone was very nice & I love the concept of eating clean. I placed a to go order and the black bean burger was delicious, however the sweet potato fries were a disappointment. I know they were baked but they were very dry and flavorless. I didn’t have the luxury of bringing them back because I had to go to work. I think these were almost sweet potato chips.

I really wanted to like this place, but it just wasn't good. The salmon was not fresh (had an overly fishy smell and was a bit chewy.) The food was extremely under-seasoned, but the sauces were over-seasoned. The carrots and brussel sprouts were undercooked. For almost $20 for a bowl and a side, I expected a lot better quality.

Our family is just in a busy “season” of life. And, the Meal Plans means we don’t have to compromise eating healthy with our need for fast and convenient meals. I love the variety of the Weekly Meal Plans and if we forget to pre-order or don’t see anything on that plan that we like that week- we hit up the pre-made freezer of meal options. Everyone is always so friendly when we come for pick up.

Came in to pick up and order and was greeted by one of the rudest customer service reps period. Not sure if she was having a bad day or what but the attitude given as soon as I stepped up to pay was ridiculous. When I asked if I could pay for both the meals I preordered as well as an additional 14 I got the reply of “are you actually going to pick up the food”. No lady I’m going to give you 120 dollars for fun YES I WANT THE FOOD. The whole time this is going on the other work bringing my order is continually dropping the containers on the ground. 10/10 WOULD NOT recommend simply because of how poorly I was treated as a person.

We wanted to grab a bite that was healthy and quick. Decided we would try this place and we were not disappointed. It was clean, the staff were so patient and kind with all of our questions. We will be back!

I am so disappointed. My husband and I ordered bowls to go. We paid $11 and $13 for medium bowls with the rice option. We got home to find a small amount of rice in the bowl. Does this cost $13? It’s certainly not worth the money if so. We will not return.

This is my new favorite place to eat! It's half the price of the factor meals I was ordering and taste much better! The frozen meal selection is healthy and a great way to keep your calories in check. I've been eating the prep meals for a week now I feel better and have energy all day! Food Matters.
