My first impression was "what a happy place". The staff were all busy and smiling. They took time to answer allergen questions, then had my order ready in a shockingly short time. I took my assortment of untoasted bagels home, with 2 tubs of cream cheese, and became the weekend hero. These bagels are delicious! Seriously the best, most chewey, flavorful bagels with perfect amount of crunch when toasted.

I love this place. They are one of the only bagel shops around Maine that has the correct texture and chew for their bagels to really deserve the title “bagel”. We order bagel sandwhiches almost every Sunday since they opened, and get a few extra bagels for the next day. Yesterday I got a bunch of items from the bakery case and every single one was absolutely delicious. The cookies are to die for and HUGE. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Local here. We tried sunrise bagel around 10:30 this morning. We called in an order for 2 sausage egg and cheese. One on Asiago and one on Pumpernickel. We got there to pick up and they only had 1, so they had to rush to put together the second one. Staff was friendly enough. Food was very disappointing. Bagel was stale and egg was cold. For $22 I expected better. I won't be back the other bagel place in town is 100 times better.

I order online so the pick up takes just a minute. My favorite bagel place so I'm glad Augusta has its own now! Rosemary olive oil bagel with chive cream cheese is my absolute favorite. Better quality and better prices than the other bagel place in Augusta as well as better service, so I am glad to switch.

These bagels are the best I have ever had. We have never had a bad bagel. Their cream cheese options are fantastic, and their specials/testers keep getting better. Workers are friendly, and the service is speedy. No waiting for 30 minutes for a bagel like other places.

Went in for the first time today during breakfast! Warm, welcoming and clean environment, staff was extremely polite and looked like they actually enjoyed their environment as well! Got two salt bagels with scallion cream cheese and a coffee! $10.10 is a steal for that quality! Bagel was light and fluffy on the inside and very crispy on the outside. About as close to perfect as you could get! Keep up the amazing work y'all 💪 you've got a new regular for sure!

Really great takeout sandwiches, bagels and pastries. The service was friendly and accommodating. I had a toasted rosemary and salt bagel with extra cream cheese - so delicious, I had it another day that week. There are no tables, so plan on takeout - worth the stop in!

Awesome selection of quality bagels, spreads, pastries and sandwiches straight out of a breakfast lover's dream! Incredibly clean establishment and the service is truly 5 star. All the employees were friendly, smiling and had great manners with both customers and each other. So rare to find an upstanding business nowadays that treats both employees and customers with respect. Once you stop in, you'll be sure to visit again.

Amazing bagels. Definitely the best in the area! Their bagel sandwiches are so good. The Hathaway is my personal favorite. Their pastries are very tasty, too. And the customer service is A+! My only complaint is that they close a little early; they should stay open to at least 2PM.
