I am appalled by what has just happened. This Monday, July 19, 2021. I take my daughter to the emergency room because she is complaining of acute pain in her stomach and lower abdomen. Arriving at the emergency room, a polite and kind lady told us to go to the waiting room. When our turn comes, the nurse comes to pick us up. There a nurse dressed in purple accompanied by 2 others dressed all in green, asks my daughter questions. My daughter says that she no longer has pain but that the attending doctor said that especially if she has pain, she must go to the emergency room quickly because it can be dangerous. From there, the 3 nurses immediately said if you don't have pain we can't see anything so it's useless. Except that these intense pains only last a few seconds or 1 minute max. So when to finally come? They judged my daughter directly with their disdainful gaze. They tell me to leave because it will last 4 hours while they get the blood test results. I leave and take the highway. In the meantime, they released my daughter into the wild, telling her that since she can walk, she should go to the maternity emergency room herself. She is alone, in the dark, released into the wild, without exit papers and must manage alone to walk more than 1km to find the maternity ward. And me who in the meantime thinks that my daughter is safe inside the hospital!!!! On the road I receive a call from my daughter who is suddenly alone in an unknown place to call me for help. I get off the highway and turn around to pick up my daughter before something happens to her. It is scandalous to release people into the street knowing that they are alone and under the responsibility of the hospital. So I rushed to pick up my daughter abandoned in the street and took her to the maternity emergency room. There she was taken care of and I am in the waiting room hoping for news quickly. They are truly unconscious. Shame on them !!! Luckily I got my daughter back before something happened to her!!!!!!

Some teams don't even deserve a star on the pretext that we're not from the hospital sector, they send us into trouble and limit ourselves to making us look like imaginary patients.

Dr. Pauline Pauline is a gentle and understanding gynecologist who puts the patient at ease, I highly recommend her

Arrival with the firefighters who had done an electrocardiogram following discomfort at work and a finding of arrhythmia, a nurse and I suppose an intern gave me another electrocardiogram. They notice a strong arrhythmia and tell the doctor who arrives. He whispers and tears up my drawing then puts it in the trash. He does one again and doesn't give the result. They take my blood pressure 15 on the right and about 11 on the left. Blood test, a bottle clots, we take another blood test then I am told that everything is fine. When I get the exit papers it says symmetrical voltage (this is false), no arrhythmia noted (this is false) and I have no trace. When I asked the nurse and the intern if it was normal to tear a trace, they shrugged their shoulders and said nothing. I was also left out in the wild saying you need to call someone and if you still have problems see a cardiologist! No more emergency at this hospital for me.arrhythmi

Adult emergencies are to be avoided.... today for my brother external otitis with totally blocked ear canal, tells us to continue putting drops which do not fit🤔.... Fortunately an ENT appointment was made released in the afternoon otherwise not before May 2024😅result a pop drain apart from that it was supposedly not serious according to the emergencies...
