1 star is already way too many! I took my 12 month old baby to the emergency room on 10/11 for respiratory problems on the advice of the 15th. I was sent back as quickly as a doctor arrived who examined him for 30 seconds and told me it's his nose that is full... so I'm not a doctor but a mother of 2 children a baby with a blocked nose doesn't don't keep your tutute in your mouth and that for a logical and even vital reason! Brief.. Result, return to the emergency room after my daughter's state of health deteriorated, on the 15th we had an ambulance come. His state of health is quite worrying. My daughter will stay 5 days in pediatrics (thanks to the staff of this department by the way) including 4 days on oxygen because she has 2 pulmonary viruses... (but it was just a blocked nose let's see!) Unfortunately my first daughter a few days later is not doing well. Blood in the stools which increases. On December 1st the on-call doctor we consulted sent us to the emergency room which we did. Extremely long waiting time especially for children. But this time we are taken care of on the first try! The doctor makes a diagnosis We return home with a prescription and instructions. December 2 the next day so my daughter is not well complaining, has a fever continues to go to the stool with blood. In view of the recommendations given the day before written in black and white on the report we decide to return to the emergency room (and on advice from the 15th) and there we are refused and directed to the medical center to see an on-call doctor again. I lose my patience and then I am told that I can stay and wait but that nothing more will be done. Exasperated by their behavior, I went home and reported it to the 15th. I had barely arrived when they decided not to take me into care without even seeing the department's doctor, without even checking the child's real condition, looking down on you as if you were worth absolutely nothing. You're not a doctor but you know? No, I followed the doctor's recommendations, seeing as you didn't follow the day before! Perhaps we should come down to earth a little, respect parents and be HUMAN! I am well aware of your workload but that does not give you the right to address worried parents like that. What are emergencies for? Especially when it is on the advice of a doctor or the 15th. We don't play with children's lives. I don't intend to stop there, this way of working is not normal and too many children are obviously victims of this ludicrous operation of emergencies. It is not normal to have to travel miles to treat your child when you have a hospital right next door.

(Translated by Google) Deserves 0!!! Ashamed to wait almost 4 hours without having been seen by the doctor and when we see 1/2/3 people arriving more than 2 hours after passing us while one has a micro injury to his hand and my son has fallen on the violent back with pain all along the spine and we tell you we take priority! I ask in this case what is the priority and that I leave the emergency room because my son can no longer take it with the pain of sitting on these benches I am answered, we understand you madam. I am amazed not at the lack of professionalism childcare workers and nurses but rather the doctor present who has a rather particular opinion on the priorities. 2 people before me also left the emergency room having waited 3h30, in particular a lady with a little girl of about 1 year and a half.

Ashamed to do this with children. The 5th country we have lived in, and never seen anything like this. Perhaps we should review the organization of the hospital center!!!

A star for the night doctor in a vital emergency, he deserves his star for his humanity and his professionalism, thank you very much to this doctor. On the other hand, I could have given one star to the one who is at reception, we call them switchboard operators, we teach them to be friendly to do this job and well I wonder if they have had any training. Very unpleasant hosts. I could have given the other 3 stars to the day doctor still in vital emergency and his team, completely incompetent and inhuman in the face of a patient in absolute emergency, announcing bad news by telephone or in between knowing what indelicacy, I I lost my dad, everything needs to be reviewed at home.

On the night of September 5 to 6, I had a traumatic experience passing through Valenciennes. I had a teleconsultation and had to go to the emergency room because of unbearable pain. There I explained that I went to the emergency room in another city more than 3 months ago for the same pain, the x-ray and the blood test found nothing, I had sessions of physiotherapy and painkillers by my doctor, in vain... It was speaking in a vacuum and again: radio / RAS blood test. Obviously. I explain that perhaps more in-depth examinations should be carried out, I was only given paracetamol... After waiting 6 hours in a chair with vomiting and pain, the Dr. told me to leave. I'm in the corridor with other patients, I'm doubled over in tears, I'm shaking, she tells me that I just have to go see a GP, that there won't be any other tests since my blood test is normal, and above all: to leave. My head is spinning, a patient tries to get me up, I say that I need transport to get back to where I am staying, it is 12:30 a.m., there are no more buses or trams (VSL offered to other patients). The Dr. tells me she is not, quote, "a social worker." I beg her to help me but she says nothing more, she leaves giving me a smirk that I will never forget, I am in tears, crouching on the floor in the hallway. The door is opened for me and it is explained to me again that I have to leave. I find it hard to breathe with the pain and I find myself outside, I walk unsteadily at night in streets I don't know, it took me more than an hour to find my way back, crying. My mother calls the emergency services because my condition worries her, and they hang up on her. NB: In the end I was pissing blood, my analyzes were not good. I have anxiety-depression with PTSD and following a week of nightmares and night terrors, I wanted to end my life, with the memory of this woman's face smiling at my suffering. My husband had to take care of me as best he could because I never want to go back to a hospital, ever.

(Translated by Google) I call to explain that I have plaques appearing on my body, I am advised to go to the emergency room to be taken care of directly for what I am doing. I only dealt with one nurse who barely let me talk and explain my problem. So I could not even be examined because she was determined to say that I had nothing when she did not even know what I had, given that she remained seated on her chain in front of her computer at look down on me. She kept cutting me off. It is a shame to leave people like this in their suffering. What a job change!! Even her colleague didn't even know where to put herself so much she dare to look down on me. If we come to the emergency room, we have a problem, so we take care of people. Otherwise it is non-assistance to a person and that is serious. If by misfortune one day I find myself again in the emergency room, it is better that it is not her who welcomes me. You really have to pay attention to your staff, it's shameful!!!

It's been twice in one week that my 80-year-old mother has been brought in for severe kidney failure and suspected phlebitis. Aside from bringing her back to my home at 3 a.m., everyone worked hard and found solutions (no medications in the on-call pharmacies this Sunday, hospital pharmacy closed because Sunday...) A lot of effort to take each case humanely despite the large crowds. thank you for everything

(Translated by Google) Emergencies clearly hurt the good specialists in the hospital. A shame. My sister suffered in general (stiff neck, back pain, very painful legs and arms with great difficulty in standing), they left her sitting for more than two hours on a chair before seeing a doctor. Then she got an IV that she had to hold herself because there was no more metal thing to hold her. Not to mention that a nurse came regularly to tell her that she had nothing
She thought she was dying because she was in so much pain. Currently, we are awaiting the results of her examinations (because after a month and a half she is not better), and we are considering filing a complaint against the nurse who allowed herself to make remarks each time she saw my sister. . So condescending
Why work in healthcare? A real lack of professionalism in these emergencies, with the exception of a few doctors and nurses who have a bad reputation because of others.

Two stars for the nursing staff who were adorable. The rest, doctor, emergency doctor... Despicable. You don't come in zombie mode, you're not taken seriously. I went to the emergency room for my sister who has a disability. She had been feverish for 48 hours. Her IME told us that if this was still the case, and if she had not had a bowel movement, we absolutely had to go to the emergency room to do a urine test and an enema. Guess what ? I came close to not being accepted at reception. I had to insist and give the ultimatum that I would not leave. She is disabled, cannot express herself. She was at my house for the weekend, she is based in Lille with our mother. I received inappropriate remarks about the fact that I had to go to their house. I wasn't going to drive 30 minutes at the risk of triggering an epileptic attack when the pain becomes unbearable! Sloppy care, because he is a disabled person. I am outraged to live in this city with incompetent emergency services! Thank you to the nursing staff, nurses and caregivers for their competence, but the doctors, to see again.

One star because you have to give one, I don't call it emergencies, my daughter was received in a neglected manner, she is only 6 and a half years old, she screamed in pain begged for help and all they did was give him Doliprane which I had to ask for, apart from giving him a negative Covid test no blood test nothing, everything needs to be reviewed in this hospital center I mean EVERYTHING. My daughter came home and we still don't know what's wrong with her. I find that I have had to deal with truly incompetent people and this is not the first time.

I just came because I'm having trouble breathing. His whistle. Frankly, the reception nurse that day was not nice. He made me understand that I had nothing to do there. The very kind doctor came to see a problem. Well, I went out anyway. For my first time, sad disappointed with his behavior. Nothing to do urgently.

(Translated by Google) I went to the emergency room on Monday evening because I was really not well (the principle of emergencies, you might say) and I couldn't even see a doctor. In the end, I ended up in Vauban's emergency room a few days later. From there I saw a doctor and it turned out that I had the flu, Covid and angina. As usual, Jean-Bernard is unable to do his job.

(Translated by Google) Very good reception at the emergency room as well as at the pediatric service for my 2 year old son. Rapid care despite the incredible number of patients, I admire these people who work in these conditions with the lack of means available to them and the lack of respect for certain patients. 👍👏🙏 Special mention to Rachid from pediatric emergencies for his warm welcome!!!

(Translated by Google) I found the staff VERY friendly. They are overwhelmed with work (unfortunately they lack medical staff) but they are doing their best. But suddenly, the wait is very long... To see the doctor 1 - 2 minutes big Max.. :/

A star because you have to put one, otherwise 0 is more appropriate! The emergency rooms of this hospital are catastrophic, go there if you are about to die, maybe they will agree to take care of you otherwise move on and head to the private clinics where human beings are considered! Nurse who allows herself to criticize the doctor who sent me to the emergency room and who sends me home! To escape you should change jobs. Greetings.

Visit to the pediatric emergency room at night from Wednesday to Thursday for my 18 month old baby with very weak fever... and complaining of severe ear pain. We were made to wait 3 hours in the room even though there were very few patients in the department. I find that shameful! Without re-checking its state between 2. The intern came by and made his diagnosis and made me wait in the waiting room, where I was alone, for 30 minutes to give me a prescription! My son couldn't take it anymore, his temperature rose to 40!!!! Review the organization of your department because this must not happen!!!! I think that day's intern was very slightly outdated. A little reactivity and speed in the face of a suffering 18 month old baby would have been welcome!
