I would give this a 0 star if I could. Worst experience ever. Save yourself and go some place else. Their clinic says they're accepting new patients so I arranged an appointment for myself, my daughter and my mom. The doctor. Dr. Vasuki Coomaran had to cancel on me for our first appointment and then rescheduled on me 2x. Finally when I had my firat new patient appointment Dr. Coomaran refused to take me, my daughter or my mom as her new patients. During my conversation with her she told me that she couldn't help me and that I should find another doctor in my area. She offered to send me a list if MDs accepting new patients in my area. 3 days later I haven't recieved anything! She was unprofessional and wasted my time. Later when I tried to search for her on find a doctor I found out that she is actually an NP not and MD. I am unwell and its unfortunate that I had to experience this.

I have never experienced such unprofessionalism from a medical centre or a physician. The doctor seemed occupied with other issues and not interested at all in why I was there. She rushed the appointment and had me out of there in 5 minutes. She advised me to see my family doctor because I might feel more comfortable discussing my abdominal pain with a male physician 😕

Very unprofessional and rude. 0 stars if I could. I was told she will lose her temper on me for attempting to ask a question on something she later stated was concerning. As someone who works in healthcare, I've never seen anyone speak to patients or patients families this way.

We brought our 18 month old to get a check for her fever and see if she needed medicine for a possible infection. The Dr said definitely white spots in throat and prescribed antibiotics. Than said let's do a swab too. (why do that if already prescribing antibiotics? Probably to charge ohip for it) 3 days later after no results of the swab we are told we need to come in to get the results? If I knew we needed to come in to get results we wouldn't have put the baby through an uncomfortable swab since she's being put on antibiotics anyways. And why make me come into a clinic after the fact and expose myself to illness from all the sick patients waiting there to be seen just so I can get results??? The results also came back negative. So much for definitely lots of white spots in the throat the Dr saw...

Dr.Coomaran is awesome and so is her staff. She was the only doctor that was willing to take me on as a new patient when I was pregnant. Since then I now have a toddler and every experience has been great. The receptionist Ashley is so personable and is so great with my son, I'm not sure of the other 2 receptionists names but they are always sweet and welcoming as well. Dr.Coomaran always will squeeze me in when I call, she listens to every concern I have and she goes down the list and gets things figured out. If she's unsure of anything she will refer you to a professional that can give better answers for a concern and I love that about her. Any of these negative comments, I'd take those with a grain of salt, majority of the time they are from people that were demanding, rude or expecting to be catered to right away when they are busy.

Absolutely horrible experience. I was trying to explain what's up with my feet and she didn't care and said it's something I should have fixed when I was young and wouldn't refer me to a specialist. She wouldn't even give me time to explain it properly. I think young people that are trying to be proactive with their health are marginalized by doctors.

Staff make you feel very welcome from the moment you walk through the front door. The office has a nice atmosphere very bright and fresh. Doctor Coomaran is professional and friendly and takes time to listen to you.

Went to this clinic and was met with the rudest staff, the main doctor is unprofessional. whatever you do stay away from this place. No respect for sick patients.

I went to this clinic three times, every time the same secretary had the NO answer ready even before my question was raised. Not Helpful at all, when other walk-ins took care and solved the patients problem.

Incredible. Everyone in my family has joined recently this practice. Dr vasuki is knowledgeable and on time. Great with kids and we are in and out so quickly!

Rude staff

We were there only once, and loved it. Kind, patient receptionist, and the Dr was absolutely amazing !

Professional and Bright! I needed some forms filled out and they were able to get me in the next day! Additionally there has always been a great staff who are kind and willing to help out!
