I had an Okay experience at this location. As a long-standing Keg frequenter I was under the impression that there are no reservations on Saturdays. Also the website stated that there were no Reservations at the Aurora Keg. We did arrive at 5:45pm so it was really before the rush. The front desk manager was in my opinion being overly fake, she assured us that we should be able to make reservations online and when we showed her on our phone that in-fact we were not able to she mentioned she would talk to head office - she clearly did not believe us. She found a seat for us by some miracle, yet it was the worst seat ever... I went to the front desk and explained I was having anxiety and asked to be moved anywhere else including the Patio. It was a chilly and windy day but I wore a sweater so I was actually okay. Greg was our server and he was amazing. He was easy to understand as he spoke clearly through his Mask - I commended him on this and told him to keep up the great work. He also gave us time and we didn’t feel rushed. I am also someone who has a very cheerful voice and loud tone, but someone better tell the front desk manager to show a little empathy and true emotion. I will be back but I will likely call ahead next time. ***Edited with a lower review as I have reached out to the Keg as per their response a week ago and I still have not heard back.

Stopped here for the second time in a while and enjoyed a great bottle of wine, and tried the peppercorn crusted NY with an extra coating of blue cheese and garlic, wow, flavour overload! Not much has changed, you can always count on the perfect cook to order steak, the prices just seam to climb each year. But, nobody knows how to age and cook a cow better, for the money. Service is always impeccable and makes you feel welcomed. My buddy chose the lamb shank and loved every bite. Its on a fall menu that I hadn't seen before.

Had lunch there with a party of 35+ from work today, and I must say the staff there did an amazing job. All things considered, the food arrived at a reasonable time, and the quality did not diminish. They open earlier around this time to accommodate events such as company team lunch. Always enjoyed my experience here.

Went for very late dinner after my sons Graduation 👨‍🎓 from high school and the hostess (wish I remembered her name was incredibly upbeat and friendly). Then Zachary B served us and was very attentive and timely. The food was outstanding except for the Billy miner pie (our fav dessert) which had a crust that was a little dried out. Overall worth the money and great service. I would love there to be more light in there but I get why it’s darker.

We used to order from The Keg, but this time we were disappointed. The steak was burnt (not browned, but burnt, tasted like charcoal), overcooked (we ordered medium rare), and this should not be served to any customer. Second, we were given a whole quarter cabbage as a vegetable side. Shouldn't it be chopped nicely just like other salad? I don't even know if the cabbage was rinsed. Third, you can see in the picture that the broccoli next to the burnt steak, was also burnt. Giving a 3 out of 5 because other dishes were fine.

Went to The Keg for a family outing...first time since full capacity. Make sure you make reservations to make your dining experience more enjoyable. Chris, our waiter was absolutely fantastic! Super nice, friendly, great with the kids and his recommendations were excellent. The kids got the Keg Burger and they both found the burgers on the greasy side. Hubby got the Rib Steak with a Lobster Tail and he said it was tasty. I got the Sirloin Steak and with the Baked Twice Potato and it was very good! The desserts were delicious. Some people wore masks and most didn't.

Huge thanks to Carlos, our amazing server !!! My family was visiting The Keg on Christmas Eve 2022. Food were delicious and looks like arts on our plates and Carlos- superb professional and nice was making our celebration just unforgettable!!! Thanks The Keg for GREAT experience :)

Celebrated my son’s birthday there. Their steak cooked to perfection. I ordered frozen margarita. All I have to say I had to order a second one. It was delicious 🤤. Super friendly servers. Highly recommended!!

Enjoyable food, great service. Keg classic bread w/ 3 cheese spread, escargots, Keg classic Top Sirloin w/ mushrooms and onions, double baked potato. 2 lobster tails, mushrooms and double baked potatoe. A 1 pc of Billy Miner Pie. Yum. This locations should consider a dress code for patrons though.

The medium cooked striploin is the best. The medium rare baseball sirloin is a bit hard to chew. They have free snacks celery and carrot for kids. Only thing I would suggest to improve is their mushroom rice as It is too dry. Great service and great food. Thank you!

Had our first dine in meal with 100% seating capacity. It’s was really busy but the staff did a great job. Meal and service was great. We were a party of 10 and there was a group beside us with more than 20. Every table was occupied, it was a bit odd being back at 100% seating capacity, it was crowded. However service was great and would definitely recommend this location.

Just got back from a birthday dinner with the family. What a mistake. To start the food was as expected from the Keg. The service was absolutely horrible. Constantly waiting for the server. Started with waiting for kids menu(had to ask twice for this) then waiting for drinks, then waiting complimentary bread, waiting for apps, waiting for entrees. (daughters chicken fingers and fries got to the table 5 minutes after the steaks and ribs made it to the table) When I say waiting I mean waiting. We were there for just over 2 hours for a simple dinner than should have taken 75 minutes. The manager removed two drinks off my bill but who cares, I will pay for what I consumed, not looking for freebies. We even ordered the entrees at the same time as the apps. I can’t even fathom how long we would have been there if we ordered entrees after the apps! And no, I didn’t get the free desert because I couldn’t wait any longer and needed to get out.

Overpriced for some stuff, like $13 for the “jumbo shrimp” (5 regular sized, slightly burnt shrimp). Also forgot the bread. 3 of us ordered steak, medium rare and all of us ended up getting medium/well done… Lobster tails were tiny compared to what we get in person. For the Steak Oscar the shrimp, scallops, and asparagus were unseasoned. Food was still warm regardless. Was not worth ~$50 a plate.

We went to the Keg in Aurora to celebrate my 67th birthday. Our reservations were for 6 o’clock, and when we arrived, it was nice to be escorted directly to the table past eight or 10 people who didn’t have reservations. The waitress was exceptional, helpful, friendly, and made us feel welcome. We made a mistake when we ordered our food at the same time as we ordered our drinks. The problem with that the drinks got delayed in coming, and then the food started to pile up. Normally we would have waited to order our food after the drinks arrived. That was our mistake . We all had a variation of sirloin. I had the baseball sirloin, medium, rare cooked to perfection with vegetables and baked potato with sour cream. Topped off in the end, with one slice of Billy Miner pie, shared by the four of us. As we left, we realize that we must’ve lucked out with our reservations because there was a large number of people in the lobby of the restaurant waiting to be seated. There were probably 30 people. Can’t wait for another trip around the sun.

Was first time to the keg. My steak was little undercooked for me but overall was still delicious. Hunter was our amazing server took care of all our needs. Thanks to manager for speaking with me and offering to take my dinner back to kitchen which I appreciated but wasn't necessary. Thank you for the dessert. Overall was amazing evening will definitely return.

I was at the KEG Aurora location last night. I had the Rib Eye and to my surprise it was horrible. I asked for medium rare, the meat was so tough, it was unbelievable. I have been eating KEG’s Rib Eye for the past 15 years. I always felt they were very consistent; however to my surprise the quality had come down dramatically. With the respect to service & atmosphere it was superb 👌. I really hope they take this feed back seriously and improve their meat quality.

Had dinner here for the first time in a while. It was busy but it was Saturday night, so, it was to be expected. Our server was friendly and knowledgeable. Our food was brought out promptly with a team strategy and it was excellent. I had the mixed green salad and it was enormous and fresh. The dressing had a great flavour and all the ingredients were crispy and delicious. The calamari was piping hot. The bread was amazing as usual. All our steaks were cooked perfectly and the vegetables the side were cooked very nicely. Had beets in our vegetables today. Never seen this before but it was a really nice touch. Thanks to everyone at The Keg Aurora. Highly recommend this location!

My boyfriend and I came here for dinner just to satisfy our steak cravings and it did the job! Always delicious and steaks done right. We had the bacon wrapped scallops for an app and it was delicious. Prefer it without the lemon though. The staff and service was great and our food came out in a timely manner. Loved this location and will be going there again soon.

This Keg is way better than the one in RH. Steak cooks to perfection and service is top notch. Must try if you are around Aurora. Better make reservation before going.

I was happy to receive the same excellent service and quality dishes as it was pre-pandemic. Our server Ryan was fantastic! My only complaint was the salads have been reduced in size. Aside from that it was an enjoyable birthday dinner and I highly recommend this location.

The newyork peppercorn striplion was delicious with the garlic mash potatoes. for appetizers ,the escargot came on top of mushrooms and was delightful. Nice beautiful atmosphere; friendly staff.

We tried this location for the first time as a party of five celebrating my father's birthday. It was already quite busy at 5 pm but we were seated promptly in the booth I requested. Our server Danielle was a dream - perfectly attentive without being overbearing and very friendly. She even brought by a delicious slice of ice cream cake with a candle at the end of our meal without any prompting. Will definitely recommend this location. One note is that it is quite loud on Saturday evenings! Though this is to be expected for such a lovely and large restaurant! Good job to the Keg team for making our night special!

Had a reservation, but still had to wait 20 minutes for a table. Crowd management in the lobby was terrible. It was simply packed with people waiting for tables and those walking-in. Only half-hearted attempts at verifying vaccine passports and no system to ensure those making it into the dining area had been checked. Clearly the goal here to just get as many people through the restaurant as possible with little regard for their health.

Disappointed with this evenings meal. Ceasar salad was plain and and barely dressed. My steak was overcooked. Sent it back.Now my spouse's dinner is getting cold. They comped our appetizer. Overall. Not what it used to be.🤔

The bartenders provide a fast and courteous service at the bar. The drinks are great. Busy restaurant , so make sure you book your spot in advance . Good ambiance and good location.

We have ordered from here numerous times, and also dined in- it has always been excellent. I was particularly impressed with Carly; she is professional and engaging, the perfect person to have as the first point of contact. You're the reason we keep coming back! Thanks for your hospitality.

What a fabulous dinner out!!! Julianna was so welcoming and diligently took our proof of vaccination and ID… bravo!!! Our server Shawna was extremely attentive and friendly, she was amazing. Christopher served us our delicious meal and was super sweet. Highly recommend this location for a scrumptious meal and excellent service. The filet mignon was incredible, bravo to the chef!!! 5 thumbs across the board! 👍👍👍👍👍Thank you all!

Sat outside on the patio for dinner with the family. Server was quite slow which made matters worse since the kids hadn't eaten and were hungry. It took 45 mins for him to bring out bread while other people that newly got seated had already gotten their drinks and bread. Food isn't bad overall. The tuna tartar could use some lemon or salt as it was more on the bland side. Steak was cooked slightly more than what I asked for. Wine menu by the glass should have more options for a steal house. The options for red cabs are something I buy at the store.

Although there was a long wait, it was well worth it for the wonderful service and delicious meals. Our favourite place to get steak and the calamari, shrimp and lobster were fantastic as well. We will definitely be coming back and trying more off the menu!

Had a reservation for 7:00 was made to wait 1 and a half hour. While the waiting room was jam packed, and they continued to tell people that they would be let in soon. Never had to deal with a wait this long and the sheer dishonesty of the situation. Wouldve appreciated being told how long the wait was going to be or to not bother. I have never been in such a situation. Go elsewhere.

Though eating at 6pm on Sunday is very busy, the service and food was amazing. Shawn was a great and entertaining server who told us some great stories. It was my son’s birthday and he wanted something discreet, so Shawn put the candle on the bill. Great idea on his part and my son loved it. Props to him.
