On Monday January 11th. 2021 Visited again around 3:00pm Was not too crowded, as always good professional friendly staff and services. Keep up the good work everyone at the Supercentre! On Thursday morning around 11:30am out of 12 checkouts only 3 of check out were open to serve. Big line up and longer waiting for checkouts. Overall well organized store and friendly staff to serve you. One minor issue regarding price display for eggs as picture attached, confusing between 6pack and 12 pack, which was notified to the cashier. She was very polite and helpful to resolve the issue. Store is following COVID19 protocol accordingly. Keep up the good work.

Although I like this superstore, and love the underground parking, I hate the design, bc It's such a long way into the store. There is also frequently a ton of trash around the outside of the store, most of it related directly to the store. Some of it ends up blocks away into the residential neighborhoods.

Rudest staff ever. Especially the ones at self check out and customer service. The self check out people are never there, so you have to go and disturb them from socializing at customer service since it seems like it’s always “social hour”. Now since they guard the shopping bags like they are double flaps from Chanel, you have to “ask” for shopping bags. Then, they barge in front of you without a mask or a word of politeness to enter the cost to your bill. Customer service workers try to look busy in order to not serve you. Again, lots of socializing amongst the girls and not a lot of productivity. The manager needs to address these issues, because there are 3 other grocery stores in the immediate area that I will happily go and shop at.

Great store to shop at. The biggest thing is that they price match almost every single grocer as well as Shoppers Drug Mart and Giant Tiger. The people are so friendly and helpful. It is a bit of a ways for us, but it is worth the trip. Highly recommend!!

This store is located in a great area. It's pretty big, super clean, and organized. Customers service staff were nice to me. All the racks were full and accessible for customers.

This is really a super big store in the nearby area. You can get most of our daily necessities and all kinds of food here. The store is clean and tidy, price is reasonable. I usually, I will read their flyer before I go there . Their specials on sale are usually in good deals. This is one of the supermarkets I like to visit in Aurora

Sorry but the lovely gentleman that works in the smoke shop needs to be reassigned! He gets confused and takes way too long. I waited 1/2 hour to buy lottery tickets and there were only 3 people in from of me. He is very sweet but really I don't think he should be there.

2022 January 3.5★ there's a lot of grocery competition in this area with T&T just north of this plaza and others just a few minutes south. Plenty of parking in this plaza, with other stores including LCBO being the anchor store. Step inside and you'll be presented with flowers, seasonal, or discounted products right at front. They have a bakery, produce, dairy, seafood and all the usual sections available. There's also a section for beauty, optical, toys, clothing (Joe Fresh) and home products. When sales occur, they do run out quickly, so getting a rain cheque certainly helps. Overall, it's what you expect at this brand. Lots of selection, but sometimes limited quantities - especially on sale items.

They are very fast at getting the online orders processed! Order 1 day, pick up next day. Also fast in bringing your order to the car.

For the most part, good. Tried to get a roast on sale. They did not have it and the meat guy claimed it was not on sale even though it was in the Aurora flyer. Customer service would not give me a rain check same reason, she claimed it was a different flyer. Called head office and the only thing they did was give me a hard time over my points card. Oh well.

My husband keeps trying to convince me to stop shopping at Superstore but the prices are what keeps me shopping. However he's right about the store- it's very dirty, under stocked, and visually unappealing. My experience today almost made me leave my entire cart behind because the debit machine at the self checkout wouldn't read my card multiple times, wouldn't accept my method of payment or account AND the stylus wouldn't work to make any selections either. I'm at the end of my transaction and I can't pay!!!!! Finally on the 4th try, I was able to make the machine work. Superstore never fails to make shopping a frustrating outing. Edit: today despite NO ONE USING THE SELF CHECKOUTS, clerk wouldn't let me scan my items because I was over 25....by 2 items. IF I AM DOING MY OWN SCANNING I SHOULD SCAN HOWEVER MANY I WANT, especially when no one else is there. I have seen families with 2 carts full of groceries at the self checkout, but on a Sunday evening when it's not even remotely busy I can't scan my own order. Your store is the worst. Edit#2: the washroom was disgusting. I debated even using it. The toilet looked like it hadn't been properly cleaned all day - with visible residue along the lid and bowl. The floor was also dirty with litter and fragments of toilet paper. There is no place to hang your jacket or purse - so I had to balance my purse on top of the electric hand dryer. Good thing I didn't have a jacket because I would have had to wear it. How can there not be a hook for these items? I'd rather use a gas station restroom.

Generally the experience here is good. We find the stuff we need, they always have good coupons and usually staff are friendly (there are some cashier's who frowns at you or just don't acknowledge you). We love that you can price adjust and if things are out of stock, you can do a rain check

Conveniently located at Bayview and St John, close to other stores including LCBO and Beer Store. Loads of parking spots. Great selection of cakes and treats

Shocking response from the woman in the meat dept. at 5pm today when I asked for a large frozen turkey. There were 2 shelf labels on the freezer bin: 5-7kg and 9-11kg, but all of the turkeys in the bin were the smaller size. After a huge SIGH and a roll of the eyes, she said she would have to look in the back and tells me to come back in 10 minutes. I told her "It's ok. don't worry about it". I then left the store purchasing only a bag of lemons. I am a retail store manager and have worked in retail for 40 years. I would never dream of treating a customer this way. It was clearly too much trouble for this woman TO DO HER JOB. She has a terrible attitude and should not be in a customer facing position.

Friendly store. What I like the most is the pharmacy section there. The ladies are all very nice and patient. We make them our family pharmacy after one of the lady works there help me to get urgent need medicine for my dad when she has already closed the pharmacy section for the day.

As a regular at this superstore I always have a positive experience. The staff are very friendly and helpful, the lines move quickly and they keep the shelves well stocked. The prices aee competitive compared with other supermarkets in the area. Plus the location is extremely convenient. Would highly recommend.

I have never made a review for anything in my life but I just needed to take a moment to say the absolute biggest thank you to Curtis and Michelle!! What truly wonderful people you both are. I came to the store looking for a specific item that was not in stock. I ran into Curtis and he took my information and assured me that someone would be in touch with me when they got it and he honoured his word and followed up with me. I cannot tell you how happy I am and how grateful I am to have had such amazing customer service! Thank you thank you thank you!!! :))

Whatever happened to helping one customer and appreciating their business??? I’m always feeling rushed to pay and get out. Yes I do have a PC Card but do you mind if I finish getting my groceries packed up before I’m forced to pay right away and have someone push past my baby’s stroller and I. Scanning is the fast part, packing up however takes time. Give your customers time!! Not sure if this is what you train your cashiers, however I find it very annoying and inconsiderate. It’s not even at busy times either. There are a couple cashiers who have waited but most don’t.

It's large and has a very large variety of food. The ethnic food section is growing, but still lags behind specialty shops in the region. This location has a butcher counter, bakery, prepared food area, beer and wine, housewares and a drugstore.

I called the store to ask about a product availability and a young man from Customer Service was going to check. I was on hold for several minutes, which was fine because he didn't seem to know exactly what I was looking for, then someone disconnected me .I tried calling back for another 30 minutes, but no one answered the phone. Worst customer service ever.

I think you would find better expiry dates from stuff in the trash of real grocery stores. I don't understand how a "premium" grocery store can sell stuff that is soooo old. One of many examples, we bought ground beef that the butchers had just put out thinking it will be super fresh. Only to come home and see it will expire in 2 days. So we had to cook it the same day, then the smell it gave off was terrible!!! which would indicate that it was most likely already expired. Straight to compost. I don't even wanna start on the produce and expiry dates of items from the shelves. Waste of time and money.

Incredible!! I was there the other day with my grandma, she was visiting from Montreal. Rebecca was on cash and she was amazing! She was friendly, funny and above all perfect. She really made my day by showing off her appreciation for a customer. She deserves a raise now.
