Had some wings and fries here after a long hiatus, and was really happy I dropped by! Amazing flavor, as always. 🔥

I really wanted to leave a positive review, honestly. We sat outside, originally, and then asked to move inside after twenty minutes when we got tired of sitting in a dark parking lot in silence, without a server coming to even provide a menu. We were placed at a table inside and immediately received menus and put our drink orders in. Drinks took 10-15 minutes to arrive and then the nachos took an additional 20-25 minutes after that. We sat and waited for over 45 minutes to place our food orders and by the time it arrived, we were tired and lost our appetites. The food was mediocre with soggy, cold nachos as an appetizer. Drinks were okay, watered down but franchises often do that. We finished eating and waited another 30-45 minutes before finally waving the waitress down and asking for the bills. By the time we were able to leave, the restaurant was empty and we were all exhausted from waiting the majority of our visit. We arrived at 8:45 pm and left at 11:15 pm. The waitress never checked on us and if she happened to come over, she looked uninterested and left the impression that we were an annoyance. Generally just an unpleasant experience, unfortunately. Food was okay but definitely not worth all the waiting. We would come back but we would almost feel guilty, as we don’t want to seem burdensome on the staff for ordering food and/or a couple of drinks each

We went to this St. Louis location wanted to have some fries &wings that we craved for so long. Wings came with human hair on it, my friend also got hair on her wings plate… ordered salad instead and chicken was burnt. Server couldn’t careless about our experience, oh, actually we couldn’t even get the chance to talk to her, she was always hiding in the corner and talking to a group of regular customers. She didn’t even apologize or offer any discount after we complained about the food quality. Very disappointed. Will never come back again. Should have taken the pictures and report them for inspection.

Tried this place for the first time. I placed an online take out order. I ordered 1 pound buffalo ranch and 1 pound garlic parm wings and I asked for both to be tossed in the sauce. When I opened the container at home, I noticed there was no sauce on the wings, and half of them were almost burnt. Very disappointed and will never try this place again.

It's a very crowded bar & restaurant, their specialty are chicken wings with many different flavors from mild to spicy. The only problem is the reduced space. They also have multiple displays with sports channels. Great atmosphere and vert attentive staff. There's also Tuesdays wings special!

The best thing for this visit was that the Beer was cold with the calamari a close 2nd. The wings were not the best that I have had at this location. They were out of several menu items, including their RIBS. Overall not my best experience for this location. Oh, and the price of their wings has increased by a lot.

It was alright for a wings place. Not too many options on flavours. New frozen lemonade flavours called flight. That was pretty good. The sangria was very good. Clean store. Great Customer Service Experience. Thank you.

Food was ok, went for the endless chicken bites and a bunch of them had tendons in them still making them really chewy. The waitress was almost non existent and it wasn't super busy so maybe they were just under staffed for the night not to sure. The atmosphere felt like a finished basement at your friend's house and not a sports bar/pub. Not saying I wouldn't go again just maybe would try other things on the menu.

Customer service is amazing each time we visited and especially Arman one of the works his food is delicious and gives amazing customer service

Amazing wings, got the crispy battered ones and they're drool worthy. The ceasar drink was tasty too. Beer was cold. Good service too!

My go to place for wings and fries in Aurora. The wing are always juicy and the fries are done perfectly. The fries are cooked to a crisp. Some of the other St louis locations in the GTA don't cook the fries enough. Service is excellent, Jenna is wonderful. She goes out of her way to make sure that I feel welcomed every time.

We arrived at 8:30 and all the doors were closed and locked. There were few people inside eating. We called and they said we are short staff and we close earlier. Then what you put the hours till 10 p.m. this is not the first time. Staff can't make a decision to close the business early. Where is the management?

Had the all you can eat boneless meat here with family for my sister's 22nd birthday service was really great, drinks were great, fries and veggies were fresh and great. sauces were great. now, the chicken itself was too salty for our Asian palate, the breading was too salty and tough, making the sauce lose its presence.

Your typical St Louis. Servers are nice, but nothing over the top. Large Screen for sports is good but essentially 4 tvs put together so you have a black cross. One common theme amongst st Louis is their tables are always sticky... and this location follows the trend. Their fries are always nice.

Honestly the people here don’t care and they are very rude ! Wouldn’t recommend it here if you want to have a good night with no negative people around. I feel like they only treat their own nicely and respectfully

When in the North we go visit this St Louis as it’s clean, friendly, has great food and super tvs Always a pleasant place to watch a game or grab a bevvy Great looking staff too

Great spot for awesome food. Try the wing poutine! The server we had was very attentive, and the atmosphere was spot on.

SOLID 4.0 Rating (therefore the 4 star rating is justified). Good wings, can’t complain, nothing extraordinary though.

On Canada Day July 1 2022 , we came to St Louis on Bayviey , I do the order Sangria drink, so look on the pictures what they are bring to me 🤦‍♀️

Had the absolute best honey garlic wings I’ve ever tasted! Not overly sweet like many other restaurants and the jerk wings we tried were really good too.

Been here 2 times and both the food and experience were amazing. I love their spicy garlic parm wings. A beer goes well with it too!

The food is fantastic. The kindest waitstaff, and they still mask up even though they aren't required to. I'd give them 6 stars if I could!

The food and service were great. I had my dinner outdoor but I wasn't forgotten even though it was crowded indoor. Super nice and friendly staffs and I'll definitely come again

Service was slow but friendly. Restaurant seemed understaffed and servers were struggling to keep up with the dinner rush. We were seated and waited for a menu for 15 minutes. Food was also slower than normal to arrive Food was cold, wings were almost burnt Very disappointing. Won't be revisiting for a long time.

After having our dinner at St.Louis in Mississauga ( near UTM)... and we're just realized that we missed you guys.. We're always pleased when we came to this location..!!

Very disappointed with the service at this location. I don’t think it should be on the onus of customers to ask for the menu, ask to order, ask for a box to pack up your food, ask for the bill, etc. If it is, I would have made dinner at home. In terms of service, the bare minimum was provided. Wings are great, fries are always good. However, you’re better off going to another location to get the full experience of enjoyable dining - Newmarket isn’t much further.

Always a great atmosphere. Especially for sporting events - Need to inform your Sunday Night Server about Sunday Night Football and the World Series (or hire people willing to work Sundays). Coming out of a pandemic I wouldn't think you'd want to turn away paying customers because she decided to call last call at 9:00 pm. Very uncharacteristic of this establishment but common over the last 3 weeks. I've seen 6 parties be turned away because of early"last call" Ill update my review if I see things change. I sit at the bar. I order pints of Heineken. I tip. At least CHUCKS was bumping.
