I typically don't care for franchise restaurants and that is because of the quality of food as well as customer service. Tonight's dinner service really proved to me why I will never go back. The only fresh item on my plate was the sweet potatoes. The rest of the food felt and tasted like I had someone else left overs. The only tasty part of the meal was the Jumbo Freezey Bowl. I did order apps and entree meals, but was not about to order dessert seeing how dinner wasn't very appealing or tasty. I did tip the staff as this is not their fault.

Went out with some friends for a get together and had a great time. Their food, atmosphere and service was all above board. The new server Shaz was able to get us everything we needed with little to no wait, awesome stuff.

A really lovely spot with probably the kindest service I’ve ever experienced from a restaurant. Would go back a hundred times just for that. ❤️ (Food was great too!)

I ordered a bunch of food off Uber eats, and one of them was a burger with pulled pork and the burger was frozen on the inside. Holy hooked it up. I really appreciate it.

Website and door sign said they opened at noon. We waited outside til 12:15. Went to another restaurant. This place used to be good.

1st time at this location, just stop by to have some appetizer and drinks. The server Alexis was very accommodating, super friendly great service. Wonderful food and good times. Definitely great atmosphere too enjoy and evening out.

The food is delicious and looks good. The chicken wings were tender and juicy. The Chipotle BBQ sauce is awesome, it's sweet meets smokey meets Chipotle. The kids meal sliders were a bit basic but a safe design. The bowls are diverse with ingredients and full of flavour. The vegetable side dish had lots of variety. The service was a bit slow and confused. Errors occurred but only minor. The overall valued experience here is Okay

Food very tasty, staff helpful and fast. This is a good go to for relax time, they even have pool table in back. Patio is good vibe. All serves are awesome but shouts out to Malika She is very attentive always checking if we good. Had mountain nachos super awesome bruchetta, wings beer beer n beer. Overall awesome place to chill... bbq cauliflower is a treat!!!!

We went here for my nephews family birthday dinner. The food was fantastic, great selection for everyone, kids to adults. The pool table in the back was a huge hit. Service was great as well

Not mobile friendly. My mom and I came here for lunch this week. My mom is in a wheelchair. Both washrooms are downstairs. When I asked our server about handicap bathrooms she said there was no option. Not going back.

I tried something from the temporary menu. It was chicken tenders on fries. It was quite good. My girlfriend had a chicken salad. It tasted good, but should have come with one more skewer of chicken. The staff was very nice.

The food is consistently good. The staff is great, service is fast. Great place, one of our regular go-to.

I usually like this place and return from time to time, however this time, the overall experience was disappointing. Ordered the steak and it came plain, I mean it. Whoever is incharge of prep was not a happy camper. Forgot to serve the truffle aioli. Ensure for the mighty price, the food is of a decent quality, the steak was so not presentable and the taste was mediocre. I’ve had it before, didn’t even match that standard. Just wanted to share, as returning would be optional. The staff is lovely as always, just need better kitchen skills. Sorry guys, not happy with the meal tonight.

Alexis was the best server I ever had . I will always ask for her every time I come in . She went above and beyond to take care of me and my friends . We love her so much , sweetest girl ever . I strongly recommend her to everyone .

Take out order. Ordered the angry burger with banana peppers and jalapeno. Waaaaay too spicy. So spicy you couldn't even taste the meat. However there is no real indication on the menu that you're going to be taking a bite out of a chunk of lava. Also ordered the spin dip. The artichoke was waaaay to noticable. Spin dip was like soup rather than a chunkier consistency. Also pretty inedible. Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo was pretty bad as well. Chicken was just slapped on. Not cut or chopped or anything. Just a solid dry slab of chicken. Spinach was just slathered on it. Not to mention it had a very overpowering burnt taste. And WHERE WAS THE SAUCE. Ordered garlic bread that was harder than the stones in my driveway. The whole meal just felt like there was no care whatsoever. This will be my last time at this establishment and it's really too bad as I live right down the road. $60 for tasteless, careless, joyless food.

Ordered from Uber eats. Always cancels order 20 minutes in. Awesome. If you love not eating and waiting for nothing, I highly recommend. Took photo of where food could have been. 🤷‍♂️

Great service, wonderful food, amazing atmosphere! Our hockey team dinner was a huge success, thanks to the Shoeless Joe's dining room and kitchen staff. Organizing a team dinner for 30 people was seamless. Right from our reservation down to providing our dinner pre-order, everyone was able to sit back and relax, and our food and drinks arrived without a hitch. I would definitely recommend choosing Shoeless Joe's for their next team dinner. As a matter of fact, we will very likely book our end of season team dinner here! Thanks a bunch Holly!

Food was terrible. Burger was so greasy the plate was soaked. Services was terrible server only 3 times didn't check to see how the food was after brining the food to the table. We couldn't get a hold of our serve as the were too busy talking to their friends and not paying attention to their customers. We asked for the manager at the end the manager never came to see what the issue was. Would never eat here again.

As myb90yr old mother said "this place has the WORST service". I had to ask for water THREE times, they punched in my mother's order before me and my husband even knew what we wanted. The dirty dishes even though they took up the entire table after we stacked them for the waitress were left. The food was meh. 😐 Never going back!!!!

Beautiful cozy place with nice sitting and good bar area. Menu is pretty decent and place is clean. Service is friendly. Had wings, Caesar salad and Steak. Salad was good, Wings were ok. Steak was of good quality but had absolutely no spices on it thus making it a little bland.

Food was amazing. Big blue bowl Curacao drink mix is a show stopper. Great customer service.

Ordered the peppercorn burgers and they were the best burgers we have ever had!! Thick and juicy and cooked perfectly! It had a sweet taste which was a nice surprise and the salad that came with it was yummy too! Sorry no pictures, we devoured it so fast!

The server took forever to take our order and despite walking past our table several times, took 40 minutes after we were seated to get drinks. And almsot an hour for the food. Server barely acknowledged us the entire time. Will not be coming back here again.

Ordered a chicken quesadilla and mashed potatoes from UberEats. Chicken quesadilla was decent, enough tomatoes and chicken was tender. Came with 6 pieces so that was appreciated. The mashed potatoes were good just really small. It was like one lawyer of potato. I know it was only 3 bucks for the bowl, but at least add enough for more then 4 bites worth. Not worth the price.

Sitting here right now after "finishing" my meal on the patio. Had wings and poutine. Needless to say the the wasps that were surrounding us didnt make for a pleasant experience. Especially when they started to eat my wings! I lost my appetite. We got the bill and they charged us for the wings. We were even told that they have had a wasp problem and they cant figure out where they are coming from. The waitress went back in and got the manager to come out and talk tus. She was EXTRMY RUDE! She said we should have asked to come inside! The wasps werent that big of a problem until I lost my appetite watching 3 of them eating my food so it was to late. shouldn't the waitress be the one problem solving here? Or atleast comp the wings! Terrible customer service. I will never go back to this location

Food and service were excellent. Try the nachos & burgers. The place is small but good size tables. Good place to watch sports & have drinks.

The food and service was excellent! Not a huge fan the bathroom was in the basement and it was very cold down there. The paper towel despenser didn't work properly. Seemed very clean though with a nice atmosphere. Would definitely go again!

Food and service were good! It's smaller than expected but there was plenty of room and wasn't too crowded.

Went on Sunday to watch some football, there were no games on their 17 TV's and with only 1 server had a hard time getting the game on , food was good enough but with so many places to go customer service has to be better
