The Draught House Pub is a great neighborhood tap room! I have been bellying up to the bar here off and on for decades. It is a great Irish/British pub located in North Central Austin. It thankfully survived the pandemic. They have plenty of beer on tap and outdoor seating. They have a food trailer out front offering Fish & Chips, burgers and other pub grub. This is a laid back casual hang frequented by locals and travelers who are in the know. Do yourself a favor and get down here for a pint ot two 🍺🍻. Don't forget to tip! U love this place!

Great classic Austin vibe outside, good English pub vibe inside. Lots of seating but not too much parking. Bar service was meh, beer was delicious. Food truck service was fast and burgers were delicious. My biggest complaint was no high chairs even though there were a ton of babies there and it seems to be a business that attracts families.

Draught House had been one of my favorite place in Austin for over 22 years Came by to celebrate the 53rd anniversary of Draught House on November 5th! The bartender was rude and obnoxious! He was upset because I asked about a lager and wanted a pitcher instead of a glass of beer! What happened to Austin friendliness? This is not the first time that we had to deal with rudeness at Draught House. Very unfortunate!

Nice spot for a beer. I like the inside of the bar, it has a medieval / British / New England vibe. The table was sticky, but otherwise it's a dark pub on the inside. I saw two dart boards in the corner, various sized tables. Outside there are a ton of picnic tables under shade and there's a food truck that I didn't try. The beers were reasonably priced, normal Pint sized glass. Pretty good beers. I'd go back.

Draughts....are the social currency here. Some wine, but beer is King. Live DJ with vinyl present...but not a request taker. Food truck and a crayfish table provided Holy Saturday dinner options. Overall, an open outdoors area that allowed free speech/music and was pet friendly. Interesting zoological head mounts of animals on the low light interior public bar space.

The food was delicious. Especially liked the fried cheese curds and Onion Jam Blue Cheese Bacon House Burger. Great coffee martini.

One of the few places left in Austin that have good food and good drinks, not an influencer heavy aesthetic. Their beer is incredible, and the burgers from the food truck make Clark’s burger taste like trash.

Brews are great! I had a German Pilsner that really hit the spot. We also got food from the food truck. The pepperwurst is amazing! I can’t recommend that enough. I enjoyed the German style wings. The only thing they need to change is the blue cheese dresssing. They make it in house but you really can’t taste it. The spices on the wings completely overpower it. The fries were also awesome!

Great food from the truck outside. Beers were great too. The bartender helped me select good drinks. The atmosphere is a bit dark but quiet cozy at night. Would 100% hangout here if you are looking for a place for nice conversations with your friends.

Tons of 🍺🍺🍺 and house beers are really good. Should definitely try the IPA’s. Very rustic look and perfect for the pub and brewery. I will surely return here again and try more of their house beers 🙂

The draught house is an institution. Gone are the days of tailgating in the parking lot. But you know what, the picnic benches rock too. The burgers from the food trailer are amazing. The service is as grumpy as ever, I guess it really wouldn't be proper if either of the bags cracked a smile (though one can always hope for change), and at most times the line moves reasonably fast. And it's the draught house! I'll happily wait 5 minutes for my beer.

Went with a sizable group of people. We sat outside, and even with January weather, stayed warm from the propane heaters. Overall a great experience. The food and drinks were great.

Lots of outdoor seating. Long wait lines to order a beer on a Friday afternoon. Clean bathrooms.

An Austin establishment. Broad selection of excellent house beers and plenty of guest taps. The outside seating is nice, and the patrons are always friendly people.

One of the best spots in Austin to grab a beer! Lots of character, comfortable vibe, and second-to-none draft selection... and all of the Draught House brews are top notch!

The only time I make a review is when I really enjoy the experience and making memories with friends. Sadly, this isn't one of those reviews. • Staff wasn't affable when we ordered our brew they didn't say hello and were rude. • The beer tasted like the draft lines were not clean and sanitized. • There was no music outside. However, there was music inside which I would enjoy if it wasn't just Metal music. I overheard multiple people inside complaining about the music. I hope this review is helpful and I hope I'm not being to harsh. The food was amazing and I love that it's pet friendly. Just mainly the staff needs to understand the crowd more and show excellent customers service.

This place is great. Not along a super busy road, the neighborhood provides ambience. The selection of drinks available suits everyone's beer preferences. Plenty of seating. Getting a drink was fast.

Remains a great place to chill outside or inside. Vast selection of beers. (BTW if you like this, I've got great food videos, google or you tube search CuisineQuest!)

Great beer selection. Outdoor seating is very nice and is a great place to hang out. Food was good but not spectacular. I was there more for the beer than the food anyway.

The Mocktoberfest is seriously delicious. The head was so deliciously soft and tasty and there for the entire drink. I will be coming back here for sure.

TLDR: Great pub with a solid beer lineup. They've done a great job capturing the cozy pub vibe here. I got a couple different beers, a hazy IPA as well as a stout. Both were pretty good. My biggest gripe is that they don't serve flights, which is sort of the standard for a breweries in Austin, but you win some and you lose some.

One of my favorite places to have a beer here in Austin. Always a really good vibe here, I'm almost hesitant to write this review because I don't want it to get too crowded. The food truck here turns out some pretty good pub food as well.

Beer is simply outstanding. Unpretentious. Good service. Exceptional beer. What else does one need?

Solid beer line up, nice cask ale selection. Amazing burgers. Missing those positive vibe feels, so just bring those with you!

Beer selection and outdoor seating great. Food truck must have been short staffed with an additional private party so couldn't eat there this time because the wait was too long. Last time had a delicious akaushi burger. Felt bad because saw some of the cattle on a ranch near Comanche and they have beautiful eyes and coloring.

Great beer with some nice local vibes, and the food truck in the parking lot has really tasty vegetarian options. Lots of outdoor seating with a connect-4 lawn game. A great place to go whether you just want a beer after work or a gathering with friends.
