Don’t let the name fool you, this place has great food! The service is exceptional as well. We felt like Frank has been a friend for years, he’s got a kind and genuine vibe and made great recommendations.

Excellent food and service! The wings are the move. Emma was a fantastic server at the bar. I’ll definitely be back, and hopefully she’ll be working again!

Food was good. The drinks were not. I’m a lightweight and had 5 alcoholic drinks and walked to the room completely sober. The next night we decided to make the drinks a double…instead of charging us for just the extra alcohol, we were charged the full price of 2 drinks, while only receiving one. Drink flavors were fine. As it’s connected to two hotels, the bar stays relatively full but the staff cannot keep up so prepare to wait for a drink

Hadn't planned to eat here, but was tired after a long day traveling and needed a bite to eat. Customer service was good. Was greeted with a smile and informed I could choose my own table as the restaurant wasn't busy. Geremy, my waiter, was nice and sweet, offering suggestions and tips. He provided awesome service. My hamburger was cooked the way I wanted and was quite nice and edible. Prices were expectedly in mid-to-high range. Overall, a nice, quick meal.

I've never been to champions before, but my friends and I stopped by on a whim, and I have to say it was the best decision we could’ve made. My bartender that night, Mary, was the nicest, most helpful bartender i’ve ever had in the Austin area. There was a couple of issues I had with my order, (granted, some of them were my fault) and she did everything in a power to make it right. Her drinks were absolutely amazing, and her service was impeccable. She really went the extra mile for me and my friends. After this experience, I think I’ll start making this place a regular stop. She recommended a couple food items, and they were all incredible.

I really enjoyed the amazing customer service for the breakfast. All the staff is super nice and will help you with everything and the food was also very good. Andrew was really helpful with everything!

Tony was our server and he was AMAZING! I requested to watch a WNBA game and it was put on and I was so happy to watch my hometown team when I’m not home. Then not even half way through, the manager disrespectfully changed it as I was watching and looked at me as he was changing the channel. Very disrespectful and poor customer service. Tony informed him I was in fact still watching and it was put back on. Our server Tony, the food and all other service was top notch. The manager would get a 0 or negative in my opinion though did not even apologize for changing it.

Pretty good hotel food. We had the chicken sandwich and BBQ burger. The fries were tasty and old fashioned was on point.

Overall good experience. Server was attentive and helpful. Double cheeseburger was good and came with large serving of fries. Only complaints were they have no mustard in the restaurant and it was cold but I would go again.

This is what $20 enchiladas look like. They tasted okay although the chicken was dry. Overall, small portion that’s not worth the price.

Went last night 15 min before closing. I thought they would hate us… but the server was very polite and sat us down no problem. Our server Frank was awesome. Super upbeat, personable and professional. I’d love to have him be our server everywhere we go!

Elizabeth my server did a fantastic job. The guacamole is good. The chef Jeff accommodated my request for wild shrimp vs farm raised. However, I think presentation could improve, maybe cocktail glass vs. Small plate and the condiments were missing. It looked not appealing.

Caroline did a great job at recommending dinner. The service was prompt and the dinner was amazing!

My friends and I had lunch here. The food and drinks were great. The service was excellent. It’s an all-American sports bar, restaurant and a local hangout in the middle of downtown. It’s close proximity to 6th street and the Austin Convention Center. It’s a great place to watch the game but also just to hang out with friends.

Food is excellent! Drinks were excellent! Frank was excellent server! Will be back.

A welcoming restaurant at a Marriott establishment. Friendly service-my waiter Frank was terrific and made great recommendations from the menu. The service was accommodating and the manager stoped by to make sure all was okay. All-in-all a great experience at a hotel restaurant and I will definitely return for another meal!

I had an amazing experience here. My server was Cassidy and they did a fantastic job, great overall service and very knowledgeable about the whole menu. I’m a big smoked salmon fan so the kennebec chips and smoked salmon dip was probably my favorite of the night, however the gooey butter cake was a VERY close second. Everything I had was amazing (including the cocktails!) and everyone was extremely kind and helpful. Not only would I recommend this place, but I plan on going back myself very soon. (:

I’ll start by saying, the service was wonderful!! Jasmarie was so friendly and attentive. She really walked us through the menu and recommend some great menu items! We loved the jalapeño hush puppies, the Baja fish tacos and the shrimp and grits. Not to mention, all the cocktails were amazing. We will definitely be back!

Great food, friendly service and reasonable prices

Wonderful meal, great service. You have to try the Loaded Mac N Cheese. This was at least three meals for me! And yes, those are Cheetos on top!

Plenty of TV screens. Service is overwhelmed and slow. The beer menu and menu had food crud on them and should have been thrown out. Food was decent.

You can take a stroll from The Fairmont Hotel to Cahmpions. Upon arrival it's cool and inviting. It's a nice place good nachos that hit the spot. Friendly service.

Excellent Chicken Caesar salad. Staff were very friendly. Good came out quickly. Not overpriced for downtown Austin
