Great little dive bar with friendly staff. Intimate and low lit, jukebox music, and a pool table in the back. Not too crowded, not too empty, and not too loud; can still enjoy a beer and have a conversation. Pool is $1/game.

Start your night here. $4.50 pitchers of Lone Star during happy hour, and $2 burgers on Fridays (that are actually pretty good). The bartender that always seems to be there is really friendly and great to talk with. Even though it's only a block off the middle of 6th, it's generally not that crowded. Finding a seat is rarely a problem. It's a divey sort of bar, but as they say, "We're cheap so you don't have to be".

Fun dive bar decorated with celebrity mug shots. Beer was good. Photo booth was fun and bartender was a great conversationalist. Don’t forget to take your own mug shot before you leave.

"Dive bar" was an accurate description, but they lean into the label in a delightful way. When I asked about drink specials, the bartender replied everything is cheap. Boy, is it. Beers were $2-4 and mixed drinks were $3. There was a nice patio area in the back. Bartenders were super friendly, quick and very fun. I'll be stopping in on my next trip to Austin.

Great laid back bar just a block away from the craziness of 6th street. We did a bit of bar hopping last night & they had the nicest, friendliest staff by far. I do wish they had another pool table because we never got a chance to play, but instead we enjoy the outdoor seating.

What a lovely space. This bar is a haven for both service industry folks and dirty sixth fleeing folks alike. Divey and homey in equal measure, this bar doesn't need you to read a review to be itself, but is happy to have you if you ever happen to stumble across it. Come in, and you'll have a great time.

A true to character, classic dive bar feeling. Their theme is consistent and funny. The bartenders are very quick witted, fun, and attentive. I always appreciate a small town feel in a city when you can create a bond with a restaurant or bar. Mugshots definitely gave me that. Shoutout to bartender Ashby (sorry if I spelled your name wrong) for being unapologetically hilarious and kind. Can’t wait to go back this weekend for some pool and drinks.

Cheap, easy, and no frills. Dive bar that has fast service, decent drink options, entertainment in the form of big buck hunter and other arcade games, pool table and a friendly guy outside cooking burgers for $2.

If im near 6th i always start or end my night at barflies. The drinks are dame cheap for being downtown. The staff have all been working there a while and they are played back and cool to talk to. There are tons of return customers. They have plenty of tables inside and out. A large patio for smokers, billiards, ECT. If you are going to a show downtown I def recommend stopping here for some cheaper pre game drinks before you start getting charged 8$ at the venue bc some band u like is playing lol. If you have noit been, check it out!
