This location meets the brand standards for me. My room is clean and well maintained. The staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast service was great for what it is. Tidy, well stocked, and we'll attended. I'd recommend a stay here!

My family recently had the pleasure of staying at the Homewood hotel at Domain Austin by Hilton, and I cannot express enough how positive our experience was. From the moment we arrived, Sarah went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was comfortable and enjoyable, especially for our family with newborn baby. One thing that stood out was the hotel’s exceptional level of accommodation for our little baby. Manager Sarah understood the needs of our family with baby, she allows us to check in early so that the mom could breastfeed and put baby down for a nap during the mid early summer, which made a world of difference after a long journey this level of flexibility and understanding really went above and beyond which made us feel valued as guests. Moreover, when we realized that our baby’s favorite toy was missing, Sarah personally took the initiative to help us find it, ensure that our little one felt comfortable and welcoming during our entire stay, this personalized attention and care is truly remarkable. Thanks to Sarah’s exceptional management skills and dedication to customer, We will definitely be revisiting Homewood Austin at Domain in the future, it’s refreshing to find a place that genuinely cares about the well-being and comfort of their guests, especially families with young children. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a warm and accommodating experience!

Very polite without being creepy. I love it a lot. I believe the breakfast crew has done a fantastic job. Very friendly and they always greet you with a "good morning". Not to mention that the to come in at 3 or 4am to start the breakfast routine for us to enjoy. Front desk personnel has been very, very helpful and friendly. I have even enjoyed conversations with the security evening guards on watch and confirm that they make their routes continuously. Good job team! Keep it up!

This hotel suite was perfect! Will definitely be returning. Pros: AC was perfect, no issues with that. Full size refrigerator with ice maker, microwave, coffee maker for 2, toaster, electric stove top. King size bed and TV Spacious shower Cute little living room area with TV Free & close parking (we were able to park outside our room all nights) Free breakfast (not just continental style) No bed bugs, very clean room. Very spacious perfect for me and my hubby’s little getaway. Everything you need for a comfortable stay away from home. Cons: None

This hotel was a Trash, Trash, Trash. . Dont stay here..The life you save maybe your OWN!!!! This hotel is Not well maintained at all......I had took a shower and the water was slowing draining. I called to have it fix, the staff showed up i hung around for awhile and then went to go run a errand. When i come back to me room my noise was tingling, and it was a awful smell. The staff put some industrial strength Drano on the tub. It CLEARLY states on the bottle they tell you should not breathe in the fumes and to leave for a few hours. I called the front desk and told him what happened, he said hr will send someone back up to the room. I told him I need a new Room, this room is A HAZARD at this point, he gave me another room which was not so great as well as loud music being played right next to it. The incompetence at this place was unbelievable, i had to just pack up and leave. And to add insult to injury management think just because the refunded my money for a room i never stayed in more than 2 hours is proper compensation for this Horrific Event !!makes everything okay. Well it does not!! I had to find another room at 8pm at night on a Saturday. I should not be surprised do to the up keep of this hotel. I have reached out to corporate as well. Hopefully they have more tack than management at his hotel. Hilton this hotel is really hurting your brand, i have not ever had such poor treatment for your hotel until this day. The lack of empathy and compassion for management to right this wrong is absolutely despicable. I had a minor issue at a Hilton years ago and that Hotel Manager went over and beyond for much LESS!! DO BETTTER!!

Hotel is on the older side for sure - windows, stairwells, and elevator are all a bit rickety. But the important parts like bed, bathroom, and kitchen are nice. Air vents in my particular room were admittedly a bit gross and rusted/had spots on them? I tried not to look too hard. Air conditioning worked well otherwise. Free hot breakfast is a plus. Definitely suggest renting a car unless you're ok walking 10 mins in 100 degree weather to the Domain. Otherwise the only somewhat walkable restaurant is The Boat. Big plus was the very friendly front desk staff, and I especially appreciate their subtle sense of humor - see the "human treats" label in the photo haha.

Very happy with this property so far. The staff has been absolutely amazing. Have not met an unfriendly staff yet. I wouldn't say the property is one of the newest I've been at, but they definitely kept it in great condition and very happy with my stay.

The rooms were spacious and clean. Service was decent but a little slow. Aside from that, we had a pretty good stay

Here for a conference for my job, 2 night stay. Room was clean, full kitchen pull out sofa and king size bed. Pros- AC worked great, shower pressure was nice, didn’t see bed bugs. Sheets would not stay on the mattress they barely stretched across the mattress and definitely did not go under the corners of the mattress. Pillows are feather and they were terrible. Breakfast was slightly above continental. One meat one potatoe and styrofoam eggs and a waffle maker. I’ve stayed at Drury and La Quinta that had way better breakfast, and bedding. Did not sleep Well. Saw homeless people walking the parking lot at night.

I had an absolutely perfect experience during my stay at the Homewood Suites in the Domain. Every aspect, from the exceptional staff and ideal location to the delicious breakfast offerings and more, exceeded my expectations. While I wasn't initially anticipating a lodge-like ambiance, the overall experience was truly outstanding.

I really wanted to love this hotel. But the fact that there were ROCHES/BUGS in our room is not ok. The gym did not have sanitizing wipes or towels the entire 3 days of our stay. The first 2 days we saw small bugs in the kitchen. The day we were leaving we saw an actual roach in the room. The receptionist gave me a $15 certificate to use at the snack shop and offered to add points to my account.

Let me first say the ladies working the front desk were very friendly and the room was pretty clean but unfortunately that doesn’t override some pretty large negatives about this hotel. The hotel in general is about 20 years old and in need of some hefty renovations and upgrades. We had major problems with the AC not working great. It’s August in Austin…. Cold AC in your room is a must. At one point is was 75 in the room even though we had it set to 68. The front desk sent up maintenance and his main answer to fix the problem was to “not have it so cold in the room”. He said that the units were not able to handle anything more than than 70 in the room. Again the next morning I went to the front desk and ask the maintenance employee to come look at our air-conditioning while we were out for the day and the nice girl at the desk told me “ we sure are getting a lot of air conditioning complaints today”. We came back that evening and still the air would not get cold in the room. The last two nights we were there I wound up, taking a cold shower right before bed, just to be able to fall asleep. The last night we were there I went looking for the ice machine in the hotel. I walked the halls of all 4 floors to find the ice machine, but could never locate one. I went down to the front desk and the lady told me that there were no ice machines in the hotel because each room had a refrigerator with the freezer and an ice machine. She did go to the breakfast prep area and get me some ice which was nice. When I returned to my room, I turned on the ice maker in my room. 10 hrs later I had 7 cubes of ice… 7… I have never stayed at a hotel without an ice machine. I am pretty sure an ice machine is hotel 101. Do yourself a favor and pay a little extra and stay at a newer hotel.

This was a great hotel for my quick business trip to the area. The host that was there when I arrived was awesome and very helpful. Even I checked out the gentleman was helpful and pleasant. The gym was rather small so if you're a gym person be prepared for that. I can likely only hold 3 people and there aren't many weights. The rooms were clean and spacious.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay! I am seldom disappointed when I stay at a Homewood Suites hotel. This location was a few minutes away from the J.J. Pickle Center. A clean room and bedding, a well-furnished and sensible suite layout that had the basin outside the bathroom, large screen TVs, and a climate-controlled thermostat made for a comfortable and cozy room. A good seafood restaurant (The Boat) was within walking distance. In the morning we were ecstatic to see crispy bacon as the food item during the complimentary breakfast.

Overall the stay was good. The staff was excellent. Friendly and professional. However, the hotel was a bit dated. There was some remodeling in the bathroom but the kitchenette should also be remodeled, curtains were stained, you had to squeeze by the bed on one side because it was so close to the wall. They still have textured ceilings. It just needs some work.

This place is peaceful inside and has very quiet surroundings outside. My reservation included two large bedrooms and a decent living room. The kitchen included a two burner stove top, dish washer, sink with food disposal, microwave, dining table with chairs. The breakfast is very good. There are working washers and dryers down stairs. Pet friendly. Clean pool area. Guest services is good too. This place is the total package.

Nice hotel. Convenient to the attractions we were interested in visiting. The front desk staff was nice. The room selection was perfect for our family size. The hotel was overall quiet. We would return again on our next stay.

We used the Homewood Suites NW / Hampton Inn for our wedding hotel block and it was an incredible experience. The sales manager, Carolina, went above and beyond to accommodate our wedding needs and be kind and helpful to our guests. They also have a shuttle service to and from your wedding venue you can book for very cheap / have your guests help pay for if you have several rooms booked at their hotels. Further, we also booked the conference room at the Homewood Suites for our bridal party to get ready in, and Carolina and her associate, BG, set up a lovely floral arrangement for us complete with a mimosa bar and a card congratulating us on our wedding. Who knew the hotel block would be one of my favorite wedding vendors!! I cannot recommend working with this hotel and their staff enough, and our guests had a great stay. Thank you Homewood / Hampton teams!

My family of five comfortably stayed in their two bedroom suite. The rooms are very clean. The staff is so friendly and I loved the workout room. Craig and all the staff were super friendly and helpful! We definitely will stay again when coming to Austin!

I was able to accommodate 6 people in one room for a very affordable price. The room was very clean and comfy and had a full kitchen with kitchenware. I was very impressed. The staff was very friendly and made sure I was taken care of. The complementary breakfast was really good too! I would definitely stay here again. 10/10 hotel.

Room was great but the desk staff leaves A-LOT to be desired. Customer service needs improving along with the breakfast staff. No complaints about the property. Clean rooms and hotel. Very spacious and quiet. If the staff was on point then would have rated 5 stars but nope. Professionalism goes along way especially when staying a week.
