Don't waste your money at this dump. I went to get a room and asked to see it before I paid. The guy had a problem with that request. But he did show me and the room smelled. Holes in wall. ALL the drawers, etc were missing, the microwave door was missing. This guy actually thought that I was going to pay for a slum! He was trying to charge me $100! I told him you ought to be ashamed of yourself. This is among the worst hotels in Austin. Skip it

First off we did not even stay we walk into the room,the room reek like cigarette smoke the walls were filthy the bath towels had stains on them the draws were broken,the counters were stinky with black slime,the manager was very rude he cus me out refuse to understand that the room was dirty but he did give me back my refund being there only 10 minutes very over price this place needs to get shut down asap! Please do not waste your money here because you will regret it

UNSAFE, AWFUL. Locks on the door broken, electricity didn’t work, NO smoke detector, lamp had wire cut, holes in the walls, tons of broken fixtures. Owner was extremely rude - he walked away from us and refused to discuss the issues we were having or refund us. Nothing we plugged in was charged in the morning. Fan in the bathroom was broken and hanging open, and it was gross inside. Reeked of smoke, bugs, unclean. They ROBBED us, I can’t believe this guy is getting away with charging SEVENTY FIVE DOLLARS for the cheapest room. I’ve stayed in motels for half as much and it was ten times better. This place should be shut down for safety hazards. I can’t believe I can’t rate it lower than one star.

I'd definitely go back and stay another night. I mean I have stayed at .more luxurious hotels and there were gnats, cockroaches or really bad service and yet here it was clean the sheets were very comfy and everything worked no problems. I went to sleep very relaxed knowing my vehicle was parked right out front. It was one of the best relaxing nights I've had in a long time. Thank you!!

The three-star rating is due to the price, which is a fair bit cheaper than nearby motels, but that comes with the caveat that this is probably not the cleanest or best maintained motel in the area. If you're looking for a cheap place to sleep on a decent bed and clean sheets, with cable TV to watch and a reasonably clean shower, then this place will serve that purpose. However, due to the lack of upkeep from a strictly visual perspective, and the carpet needing to be shampooed and showing its age, I can't recommend it for families--especially those with small children who are prone to sitting on the floor--and I'd recommend wearing house shoes or flip-flops in the room. There are fast-food places nearby and at least one pizza place that delivers. There's no coffee maker, iron or hair dryer in the room, but the room had a working small fridge and a microwave (both fairly clean), so you can keep and reheat leftovers, and there are drink and snack machines near the office, along with an ice machine. I didn't see any bugs, although I was watching for them, so that's a plus, and the service was reasonably friendly. The bottom line is it's in a good location and cheaper than surrounding competitors, so for adults just needing a decent place to sleep and shower with clean sheets and towels for a night or so, and you're wanting to save some money, this motel serves the purpose. If you're very finicky about motel standards or have smaller children, you might want to pass it up, because it is an older motel with older trappings, and priced accordingly, but you'll pay for that choice, and the other nearby motels seem to be older as well (if not as old as this one), so you may not fare much better with them, anyway. It's no-frills, has the basic amenities, it's decent for crashing and it's cheap. If that's all you need, this is your place.

Do not come here . there are bed bugs. Tons of roaches. Staff are very rude. When told something is broken. Instead of replacing or fixing they will blame you. My room was infested with bugs. When ask to be placed in other room i was told i can simply leave with no refund. I was told online 170 for a week but was charge almost 400. Please do not come. They should be shut down .

Electrical wall plug behind the head side of the bed shorted out and melted into the mattress and started a small electrical fire while i was going to sleep.I started to smell a plastic burning smell n then I noticed smoke coming from the wall and mattress so i pulled the bed from the wall and saw the electrical outlet glowing red and melting.I went to the office and told the night clerk what was happening and when he came to the room to see what I was talking about he started asking me what I did as if I caused the fire when I pulled the plug cover back to show him how the outlet was burned up inside.By then the fire was out so he tried to tell me that it was ok being how it was nolonger burning so i would be safe I could not sleep because of the idea that it might start burning again while I was asleep he said that all rooms were full so he couldn't give me another room and there was nothing he could do until morning when the day shift came in i told them what happened and I wanted a refund because of this they did give me half of the money back.My problem with all this is that nobody was called to investigate this problem and that because it wasn't burning anymore everything would be ok what kind of people work there that don't seem to care about the safety of their customers or their own business.

The place is dirty. It is out of date on everything in the room. Full of roaches. It has a smell like dogs used the rest room in it. Would not recommend this place. Dont waste your money.

This wasn't at all worth the $299 for a king bed. The restroom was atrocious. I know we got a smoking room but no one should have to stay in rooms that look like a mess. Although he said no refunds. After we left, yes we left. He called and offered a refund. That was probably the only thing I could appreciate from that motel. 10/10 wouldn't recommend.

This motel is so nasty I do not know how they stay in business? The Middle Eastern owners that live there as well are so rude and have very poor hygiene themselves as well. The rooms are Roach infested, full of grease and there's bed bugs on the wood furniture and beds... DO NOT STAY THERE!!!

DO NOT STAY HERE... THE GUY WILL TREAT YOU BAD AND WHEN YOU GET INTO THE ROOM ... IT STINKS ...THE BED IS TORN... THERES WALL SOCKETS OUT... UNBAREBLE STENCH... RUG IS MILDEWED AND WATER LOGGED THIS IS A SHAME ... ME AND MY WIFE WALK RIGHT BACK OUT AND HE TOLD US NO REFUND THATS 100$... DONT DO IT ... RUN

I don't even want to give it a star. The room was dirty. The beds and the sheets were gross. The carpet was wet, the whole room. No air conditioner. The doors were broken. Blood in the carpet. For the price I paid, really disgusting and not worth it

I like it everytime I get a room. Management doesn't bother you and the shower has always been steaming hot. And from my experience if u just call ahead and pay in person vs online. It's usually a couple bucks cheaper. Js

That's good I'll give him no stars that place was horrible I mean it look like the old East West hotel look better than that
